Giving kudos where kudo's due. AJ's Towing came to our rescue after Loyal towing dropped the ball…read moreand canceled on us on and left my wife stranded and waiting for 2+ hours. AJ's picked up the job when our auto insurance's roadside assistance service received the cancellation notice almost 2 hours after Loyal originally agreed to take the job. AJ's wasn't super fast coming, so 1-star off, but at least they showed when they said they would, about 45m-1hr after the job transferred to them. At this point, I had come back w/another vehicle to let my wife get back home and eat and rest a bit. I don't recall who responded and came to tow my car to get our 1 nearly new tire that somehow got a hairpin puncture to the tire center, but he was professional and pretty quick about it, and the ride along was fine too. We will tentatively rely on AJ's in the future for towing services if we have a choice in roadside assistance providers and definitely avoid Loyal. The tow was free w/our roadside assistance coverage, but I see that it could cost a pretty penny if using them and you're not w/your car (they could tow your car to their tow yard and your belongings as well as the cost to get your back car back could be astronomical, so I'm not sure what that's about, but the super low reviews on Yelp here are concerning). The reviews seem to be either 1-star or 5-stars and that's usually not a great sign either, so just be aware to only use AJ's if you are w/your car and will be able to stay w/your car the whole time, and of course, document (pics and record) and report any suspicious activities.

Called here in a panic for a tow as my engine locked in my mini while working in Elk Grove. Omar…read more(owner) was friendly, calm, helpful, and we discussed the best for the situation. - as I had to go back to work, I booked a tow for the following morning and everything worked out just as Ammer had promised on the phone. I was towed and picked up exactly at 7:30 as he mentioned. His driver was super pro and courteous, and dropped my car to my preferred shop and all is good. Lastly, to comment on the price, it was definitely a good one and affordable, but please remember each situation is different and also it depends on the time of day. Support local. These guys are friendly and do amazing work!

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!…read more The level of unprofessionalism displayed by this towing company during an incident at my workplace was absolutely unacceptable. A tow truck driver was called out to assist with a vehicle recovery, and instead of handling the situation professionally, he repeatedly made inappropriate comments toward my coworker about her appearance, telling her how attractive she was while she was simply trying to do her job. His behavior left her feeling uncomfortable and harassed in her own workplace. Under no circumstances should an employee have to deal with unwanted advances from someone who is there to provide a professional service. Being on the clock is not an opportunity to hit on someone, especially during an already stressful situation. On top of that, the driver continuously made disrespectful comments about my manager, calling her lazy and unprofessional despite the fact that she was going out of her way to assist with the situation on her scheduled day off. He had absolutely no knowledge of what she was doing behind the scenes, yet felt comfortable repeatedly criticizing her to my coworker. The situation was already complicated enough with law enforcement involved, and the last thing anyone needed was someone making inappropriate remarks, disrespecting management, and creating additional frustration over payment and proper documentation. My coworker was doing everything she could to get the situation resolved. She should not have been put in a position where she felt harassed or had to tolerate inappropriate comments just to get someone to perform the service they were called out to provide. This driver seriously needs additional training on professionalism, workplace boundaries, and basic customer service. There is absolutely no excuse for making unwanted advances toward employees or speaking disrespectfully about management while representing a company. I sincerely hope this company takes this incident seriously and addresses the driver's behavior. Nobody should have to feel harassed, disrespected, or uncomfortable in their own workplace simply because someone else cannot maintain professional boundaries. Completely unacceptable.

Breaking down on the highway while heading home from the mountains is stressful enough. Add tight…read moreschedules back home, a nervous rescue pitbull, and not even being sure where you are--and the stress level goes through the roof. Priority Towing showed up and immediately changed the tone of the entire situation. The driver not only got our 4Runner safely loaded, but also drove all four of us to Stein's Auto Shop, waited patiently while we dropped the truck off, and then took us to a nearby hotel that allowed dogs. That alone was far beyond what we expected. What really stood out, though, was the humanity. Along the drive, we learned he had just gotten engaged to his girlfriend the night before. We ended up having a long, genuine conversation in the cab--exactly what we needed after believing we might be stranded in the small town of Jackson for a while. With work obligations and responsibilities waiting back home in San Francisco, the stress was high, and that calm, friendly presence made a real difference. Our dog is a relatively new rescue and was pretty shaken by everything. He was patient, kind, and understanding throughout, which meant a lot more than he probably realized. Priority Towing didn't just move a vehicle--they helped get us out of a bad moment and back on our feet. Truly grateful for the professionalism, kindness, and care. Highly recommend.

They were very quick and responsive and did not damage my car at all towing it a staggering 5 miles to their beautiful lot near Stockton avenue. I called Monday once they opened (towed Saturday morning despite their office being closed Saturday and Sunday) and was told the storage fee over the weekend almost doubled the towing charge ($290). They were very precise with the cost giving me the exact amount I had to pay, except for the extra $14 for using a credit card but that's my fault since I left $500 in cash in my other pants that day. I only have one issue with management - why not charge more? People rely on their cars; we live in a car centric society. You'll make money hand over fist! The sky's the limit! What's the cheapest used car nowadays? $8k? $9k? You'll have everyone who involuntarily requires your service make sure your exceptional business lives on forever, and then some. And while you're at it, take a day off! I read 4 day work weeks make employees happier, why not close your office on mondays too? That way you can charge customers more in after-hours fees! It's a win-win scenario. This company has done the impossible. They've made me miss meter maids

I documented the issue and followed their process, including emailing photos and calling multiple times for follow-up. Despite this, I was not provided any documentation (photos/footage) of the vehicle prior to towing, and communication from their supervisor was unprofessional and unhelpful. The vehicle is brand new (~2,500 miles). I also had it inspected by Honda technicians, who indicated the issue appears consistent with something being pulled or disturbed, rather than normal adhesive failure. I attempted to resolve this directly with the company before leaving a review, but was unsuccessful. I'm sharing this for transparency and would still prefer to resolve this matter professionally.
