This was my first experience with getting a blown-out tire and was very stressed out to say the least! I called the emergency number and received helpful instructions as to what I needed to do. After going through the steps of several questions and answers by the operator, she notified College Oak Towing to start heading in my direction. I even got a notification email when the tow truck was on its way, and I could follow its progress up until it arrived at my final destination. Fortunately, I was parked at a gas station and not on a busy street! Even though it said I may have to wait possibly a few hours, the tow truck arrived within 30 minutes! The driver was very nice and immediately drove my car onto the truck bed and fastened it in place. Then, as I rode along in the passenger seat, we proceeded to my dealership at Elk Grove Toyota.
