Went to the auto parts store to get the fluid and the worker was kind enough to offer to help her add it to the truck. In doing so he remarked the fluid tank was almost full, that she probably had a faulty sensor and to get it checked out. Took it to the dealership to discover the wiring harness that controls the sensors had been ripped out and damaged. Scratches on the frame leads the service team to believe that due to the location of the harness the tow mechanism caused the damage. Called Templer's to advise and ask if they would help with the repair cost. I was told to file a case in small claims court, that there is no proof they caused the damage. No offer to share. Just go to court. Stay as far away from this company as you can.

Either they can come to my aid at a relatively short time for a ridiculous amount or come and a ridiculous amount of time for a relatively sane amount of fee. AutoFox Towing straddles in between, with an ETA of about an hour and a half form Pittsburg to Brentwood. They came much earlier at 45 minuities which was great. What's really even better was that me and the driver had a great time chit chatting as we drive towards my place. Food was in the discussion and we hit it off; talking about where are the great spots for good food the the Tri-Delta.
