New Year's Day. On our way from north Cal to South Cal, we blow a tire on our trailer. I found Jack on yelp and called. He did not have our tires in stock and couldn't get them until morning, which was fine. First thing the next morning, he called, came and got our tires. We had already placed our spare on the trailer but he noticed it was very old and already dry rotting. He made the suggestion to replace that as well, which we agreed. 3 new tires, 2 hours later and we were on the road! Jack was kind and honest. He never tried to up sell. When he explained the spare tire and his concern, he made sure to explain it to where we could understand and make the choice. They had made all the arrangements so I didn't have a choice of company to take away my old vehicle once it was sold. I was given about a 4 hour window for their arrival which they blew right past. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of them via email and text and they were able to quote a new time window. They ended up arriving about 5 hours later than intended but the driver was apologetic and the transaction was smooth. Due to their lack of initial communication of their delay and the long wait time, I'd have to knock off a few stars. Overall, I wasn't the one paying for their service, so I can't speak to pricing. Service was good, once they did arrive. I wasn't on a time crunch that particular day of my pick up, but if I were, it would have been a larger issue.
