My car was towed by this company, and I spoke with an employee named Jimmy. Unfortunately, he was extremely rude and unprofessional during our conversation. He showed no sense of customer service and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. I expect to be treated politely and with basic courtesy, especially during an already stressful situation. Please address this issue seriously so that other customers don't face the same experience, You shouldn't be in this bussiness if you dont have manner to talk to customers. read more

5:40pm 2/1: I called, CUSTOMER SERVICE answered. It's a gentleman very unprofessional. His mouth was full (chewing while talking) and I had to ask am I calling associated tow? Then he said "associated tow!" I asked him for a service and he said my driver is not available until 9:00 PM. I said it should be OK. I can wait. He paused for 10 seconds and said nothing. so I asked, are you gonna be able to help me?? and he .... Hmmmm. So I just decided to ask if he wants the service and he said "MAYBE NO" and then I hang up. They are only 1.06 miles from where I'm at. it just shows very clear that this guy is not willing to work and help others not reliable! call All Star towing ... they are faster and very helpful lady customer service! 1 Star because what I experienced was definitely uncalled for. Were is the customer service? I called Jimmy because I was referred to him, wasn't sure if I had the correct number. As soon as he answered he said "Associated Tow" (unfortunately I didn't hear him clearly.) My personal issue right however I wasn't sure if I had the correct number so I stated "is this the number for towing services" Jimmy said, "Associated tow" I immediately stated, "sorry I was just making sure I was calling the correct number for towing services. Jimmy said "What do you think it is, if i said associated tow.." BEST TOWING COMPANY AROUND!!! I called James (owner) early in the morning. Needed my car to get towed to Concord from Tracy. He was not only able to do it ASAP but also in a very affordable price! I had to go to work. I couldn't come with him to drop off my car. I was a little bit nervous about how it was going to be unfold once he got to concord and my mechanic not knowing my car. But James called me once he got to the shop waited for the mechanic to come open the shop. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! He towed my car very quickly, professional and affordable! The owner is very rude and disrespectful, and needs to work on his patience especially with the industry he's in.he charged me 488 dollars to get my car out, I called at around 2 and my car was towed at 12:40 While discussing the price he stated he was getting his hair cut. When I asked if he was located in Tracy he responded back with my car was in Oregon. He told me I was a "big girl" and just came at me with so much aggression. He blocked my number while having possession on my vehicle so when I came to pick my car up I waited outside for over 30 minutes unaware that I was blocked. When he showed up and let me know he wasn't aware I was there since he blocked me and he only came to switch cars. This is just a summary of the events that took place, So much more happened but Overall he needs to work on his customers service skills! read more

Funny story I have AAA tow service they dispatch me to aces towing who really pissed me off they refuse tow my car long distance since Aaa doesn't Pay them well they find any excuse in the book to not tow, my point is doesn't help me any leaves me stranded. Absolute life savors. I always knew I did not want to change a tire on the highway, but today I learned I would rather get a tow than attempt it. No where had a truck available to tow me home right away because I would need a flatbed for my Subaru, but I do have a spare. When I called Associated up not only was he super helpful, he was able to help decipher my bad description of where I was as I am not the best with remember what freeway I am on. He was to my location in about 15 minutes with his truck ready to help me with my situation. Very quickly he had my spare on and it aired up ready for me to hit the road. I called at 3:30, I was on the road by 4. I asked him how much, but he informed me that they are apart of the Freeway Dervice Patrol and that it is a free service. I tried to tip him and he refused! These people are a life saver. On the way to work my car decided to overheat and I thought that it was a minor coolant thing. Associated tow mechanics were able to tell me exactly what the issue was and little did I know one of my coolant hoses were lose. Come to find out it actually slipped off during transit. I thought I was going to have to spend 100's of dollars just to get a tow. Just for them to tell me there price to tow my car was 80 bucks. Highly recommended!! After being stuck on Patterson Pass road for 45 minuets trying to contact AAA, I googled Associated Tow and they were there in 45 minuets during rush hour traffic. 6-16-2015...Locked my keys in my car at work...thought nothing. Called every tow truck service around Tracy, going rate was 75 to 100 bucks for a key lock out. After I kooled off and re-searched tow trucks in Tracy a second time Associated Towing poped up. Jimmy answered right away, asked what city I was in and said "no problem, a key lock out? 40 bucks I'm on my way...When he arrived I explained what the compititian quoted me, he replied "for a key lock out no way". I needed a car towed from my property and James was there within 10 min at 11:30pm on a SUNDAY!! He was quick and very friendly.
