I have never had such great service and such a quick response time. I agree with L.M 10 stars if it was possible. I needed a car towed from my property and James was there within 10 min at 11:30pm on a SUNDAY!! He was quick and very friendly. I would have lost my job and was an emotional mess and he not only handled my towing situation but calmed me down. James is a god send and I have taken photos of his card and sent it to all my friends with high recommendations. I won't use anyone else. EVER!! Thank you James!! read more

My timing belt broke on my car while in Sacramento with no way to get back to Tracy. Called James, who left Tracy right away to Sacramento to tow me back to Tracy. I had my buddy show up to give me a ride. My buddy also ended up having car trouble and needed to get have his battery swapped on the side of the freeway. James rescued both me and my buddy on that day. James is a nice guy that really likes to help his customers. If I ever need a tow truck again, James will be the my first choice. read more

I needed to get a recently purchased old truck towed to my house... I saw these great reviews so I called and Jimmy called me back promptly. We set up an appointment for him to meet me at the truck and then follow me back to my house. Jimmy was on time and had the truck ready to roll in minutes! He got the truck backed into my garage perfectly. His price was really reasonable too. Fast response, all business, great customer service, and he's a truck guy too. I was at an event in San Leandro, California and I locked my keys in the trunk of my car. OMG never have done that before, but I was very busy and my girlfriend said I will call my son he can take care of that for you. I said that is okay I have AAA, but all my information was in the trunk, feeling really stupid I said okay. I have never in my life have a tow truck come to my aid as fast as he did. I was very impressed with the punctuality he showed. He opened my car with ease and I tried to pay him for his time, travel and work, he said no. What, I could not believe that he wouldn't take a payment. I guess it was my lucky day and I will have to pay that forward. What a break and a very nice young man. Thank you James it was really appreciated. So glad you came out to rescue me. I will be calling you if I should need or my friends. read more

Let me start by saying that customer service is not dead yet! Patrick at Associated Tow is living proof of that! After one of my Spanish speaking customers broke down on the 205, I immediately jumped into action to find him a tow. I called multiple tow companies and all of them were extremely rude. No one wanted to work a threeway call with me and my customer and no one wanted to deal with a Spanish speaker. When I finally got to Patrick, he went out of his way to be patient and courteous with me and my customer. Even after I gave him the wrong direction on the 205, he was still very patient and courteous. When I have someone in his area that needs a tow, this will be my go to spot. I already locked in the contact info on my phone. Thanks again Patrick and I look forward to working with you again in the near future. read more

I misplaced my keys after I had locked my purse and cell phone in my car. After searching for my keys for over two hours I decided to call a company to come unlock my car. My husband found that Associated Tow has great ratings, so I called them after 9:30 in the evening and the driver (unfortunately I did not get his name) was at my home in ten minutes. Super friendly, very affordable and quick. I slept better knowing my purse and cell phone were not in my car all night. Thank you, Associated Tow, for giving me peace of mind. Most celebrated experience I ever had with a tow truck company! Being young and dumb I ran out of gas in the middle of the desert. I was still an hour away from home and miles from the nearest gas station. It was a heaven sent that James with Associated Towing was available almost immediately when I was in a crisis, especially on a weekend. When explaining to James what happened, he was gracious and able to talk me down from being completely panicked. Having the expertise, James took the necessary precautions during the high wind advisory on a busy highway. He was fast, efficient and I was lucky enough to say that meeting James and finding out about this company was a blessing. After helping me pump my gas, he stayed to make sure my truck would start, I knew where I was going for directions and checked if I needed a coffee or energy drink for me to stay awake. James has been the kindest person I have met in California. I can only imagine what events could have happened that night being a young girl, in the dark, by myself, with no help....have you ever seen Dateline?! James really saved the day and not sure what I would have done without his assistance. Associated Towing is the company to use because they are professional, safe, quick, cheap and most of all compassionate. I am so thankful that James was there for support instead of being stranded. After I relaxed from the anxiety of the situation and got home safe I was able to call my mom to tell her the story. We both praised the Lord and said hallelujah about the positive result of what could have been a much worse outcome. I counted my blessings that day and will forevermore be grateful to James for his excellent service. Now, I have a noble company contact that I am proud to recommend to everyone that I can. Associated Towing is the BEST company to call! Save the contact in your phone NOW, incase you need it someday unexpected. read more

True Story: I was broken down on I-5, blown head gasket and no cell phone. The owner of this company, driving by in his personal vehicle, stopped to offer assistance. The driver was professional in every way, got me home and charged the quoted price. A good ending to a bad day! read more

The guy met me right away and was super nice. I've never had an easier tow. Fast, friendly and reasonable prices.

I never write reviews for anything but I must say that Jimmy is absolutely amazing. He saved me when I was in a huge bind. I was stuck on the side of the freeway coming down the Altamont. I was on my way to get my son from school when my car decided to get stuck in the wrong gear and would not let me accelerate. I managed to get to the right shoulder from the fast lane. I immediately got on yelp. Jimmys was the first tow company that popped up. So I gave him a call. It was rush hour and I was a lil freaked out being stuck where I was. Not to mention my 3 year old daughter was in the car also. When I called he said he was in the middle of something but would stop to come and get me. I was beyond grateful. He was there faster then I imagined he would be. The first thing he did was put my daughters car seat in his truck and buckle her in. He was so kind to her. Made her feel safe. He quickly hooked us then pulled us of the first exit. Once we were of the freeway. He talked a lil more to me about what my car was doing. He said all I really needed to do was turn the car off and then back on and it would reset the sensor. So I did what he said and it worked. But I was still to worried that I didn't want to drive. So he finished hooking us up and drove us home. I honestly don't know what I would have done if he hadn't came for us when he did. I truly truly appreciate him. There is a reason that he is number one on here. He has amazing customer service and takes extreme pride in what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a tow. Thank you Jimmy from the bottom of my heart. You really were a lifesaver. read more

Driving through Tracy headed home to San Pablo when I lost all power in my truck, in the center lane of 205. Called my insurance they said it was a three hour wait. I found James on Yelp and he came right out. It was a Friday night so he checked what shop would be open on a Saturday. He made sure I had someone to pick me up since I was no where near home. The next day he text me to check if my truck was ready. Nice touch and a very nice guy. read more
