When we were finally ready to get this taken care of and have the car towed back to our house, Ponchi was again very helpful and accommodating, and was even able to help us out on a Federal holiday. The actual tow also went extremely smoothly - Ponchi had our car loaded onto the tow truck within minutes, and after we arrived at our destination, he was able to get the car unloaded and parked into position very quickly. They had made all the arrangements so I didn't have a choice of company to take away my old vehicle once it was sold. I was given about a 4 hour window for their arrival which they blew right past. Fortunately, I was able to get a hold of them via email and text and they were able to quote a new time window. They ended up arriving about 5 hours later than intended but the driver was apologetic and the transaction was smooth. Due to their lack of initial communication of their delay and the long wait time, I'd have to knock off a few stars. Overall, I wasn't the one paying for their service, so I can't speak to pricing. Service was good, once they did arrive. I wasn't on a time crunch that particular day of my pick up, but if I were, it would have been a larger issue. Things happen-suggestion is to better communication delays.
