Went in for paint repair on clear coat for insurance. I was confused after having to rush in at the end of the month and sign papers required for my insurance and not seeing the car because it was not fully assembled yet. I received my half painted car with only some stripes replaced a week later. When I asked about the rest, I was told I had to open another claim for it. Then again after rushing in to sign the check "end of the month" got my car done in another month which they lost (stole) the SHELBY badge off the trunk. They told me they ordered a replacement and it was "back ordered". I've called for 5 months. Apparently now it's all "new staff" and said I should take it up with my insurance. Never again will I Ever go here. Miscommunication I don't think so.
