Angela helped me with my car and get it all checked In. Went over the process made sure I understood everything and the process. Painless process. She did all the work and including working with my insurance. That in it self is a huge task sometimes. ( she stated they work with all major insurance's.) Value wise, can't complain. They seemed to be reasonable and fair price points. I knew our repair was gonna be $$ pricey. I mean a new bumper. So yah. They made sure we Had factory parts, insurance appraisal ordered for cheaper parts. Taylored auto body made sure they put on the proper oem parts, at no extra cost to me. Anyways hope this has helped. And let them know yelp sent you.

So first a bit of history. This location was formerly Barreto's Auto Body, which handled a…read moresignificant dent on my 2002 Toyota Tacoma in Forest Green. In Lodi a drunk woman decided to hit my truck in the parking lot and proceed to drive home like nothing happened. Long story short, a cop was in the right place at the right time and followed her to an apartment where she was arrested for DUI and the judge made her pay restitution. Yes, the justice system does work from time to time... Anyway, Barreto's did a great job and since then I found that Dings and Dents Gone has taken over the shop. Although they are new to the location you can tell they know how to run a business and take care of their customers. My 2021 Cement Grey Tacoma was side swiped by some punks on bicycles and I was worried about rust developing since the scratch broke beyond the clear coat. This required painting two door panels along with color matching and blending the new coat with the original. Not an easy task, but one that a professional shop is expected to perform at a very high level. After a short wait period, my truck was completed at a very fair price and with a professional touch. The team here is great from top to bottom and I hope they have continued success. It's great to see a business deal with transparency and have pride in how they treat customers. They provide great service with quality and craftsmanship. I highly recommend Dings and Dents Gone for anybody looking for a fair priced repair on a car in need of some body work.

Results were amazing, I couldn't have asked for a better job. Paint match was spot on and they made it look just as good as the day I bought the car. I was smiling so much! I would definitely recommend this shop to anybody that needs some quality work done on their car, turn around time was super fast too! Brandon owned a Type R as well, got to take some extra pictures when I picked up my car!

I brought it on Monday at 9:00AM. Expecting it to be there a couple of days when at 3:00pm they called and said it was done. I paid to have a water leak in the cab of my truck fixed. Went home tested it and it leaked. Call them back and was back to the old schedule. To make a long story short I fixed it myself. They were to seal the seam under the cowl. There was no sign they even pulled the cowl and definitely no new seam sealer. I would not recommend this shop.
