Angela helped me with my car and get it all checked In. Went over the process made sure I understood everything and the process. Painless process. She did all the work and including working with my insurance. That in it self is a huge task sometimes. ( she stated they work with all major insurance's.) Value wise, can't complain. They seemed to be reasonable and fair price points. I knew our repair was gonna be $$ pricey. I mean a new bumper. So yah. Since my car damage will go through insurance, he explained the whole process step by step, and was able to do a quick assessment. His repair practice was for customer's best interest, not necessarily for the insurance companies. And they do work with all insurance companies, and help customers like me for the re-quote process, it was back and forth for their end, I only have to wait till it's done. It took a long time, but they communicated in time and always let me know the latest timeframe. Taylored Auto Body just maybe my new go to body shop. The front of my 2017 Prius is, in my opinion, too close to the ground. As a result, it seems to scrap on the ground at every parking spot and curb. A couple of days ago a parking spot grabbed the shield under the front bumper and broke it. Dave was excellent. It took him just a few minutes to diagnose the problem and give me a repair estimate. I left the car with him and, less than 24 hours later, he called to tell me that the car was ready. Just had Taylored Auto Body do a couple things for my Mustang, and I am so thrilled I had to come running to Yelp and post a review. I gave them a call yesterday morning, because I bought a spoiler off of Ebay, but my husband didn't want to do the install. The driver's doorhandle was also kind of coming apart and that was another thing my husband didn't want to deal with, lol. They told me to bring it on in and get a quote. :) I brought it in and got a very reasonable price for the install on the spoiler as well as fixing the doorhandle. There was a possibility that the doorhandle might have needed more work, they made it clear they wouldn't know until they started pulling it apart and seeing what was going on inside and I completely understood. They told me to bring it back the next morning to do the work. Dropped it off in the morning time and was told it'd be done around lunch time barring any issues with the doorhandle. Got a call to come and get it at 1pm, and when I arrived they had it washed (it was DISGUSTING when I dropped it off, I live out in the country lol). The spoiler looks great and they fixed the doorhandle for me. I'm really pleased with how quickly this all got done and how the spoiler looks, as well as having a completely fixed doorhandle now - not to mention how nice it was of them to wash it for me. After looking around on Yelp for a local shop, I chose to go with Taylored Autobody simply due to the great reviews and consistent work. David was very professional and a great person to work with. He made sure I understood what was getting done and even worked with me to get some upgraded parts at my request (I decided to not get those parts due to budget restrictions on my end.) One of my fears was that the paint was not going to match up to the fenders due to the different pearls in the paint. But every single part and all the body work came out amazing. After getting a dent on my car we figured we would go to Taylored Auto Body since we have used them before and they did good work. Well apparently this time the damage wasn't enough to warrant his time and effort because even though he stayed late to look at the car he couldn't seem to be bothered to call with an estimate. After a couple days passed we called and his receptionist said he'd call the follow me day. The following day comes and he still didn't call, when we called him he apologized and said he'd call the next day with the estimate. It's been over a week and we still haven't heard anything. Already have my car back to brand new before he could be bothered to call with an estimate. Really unfortunate since he's so close to my house but I'd rather drive a little further away for decent customer service. read more

Great, friendly customer service. The prices were very reasonable, especially with his specials he has once in awhile. The owner, Dave, was patient to explain his services and various paint/body work. I first went in 2 weeks ago for an estimate. He was straight forward, didn't pressure me for extra work that I didn't need. I arranged rides and such and finally brought in my car on a Thursday morning, and it was ready Friday evening. Quick turn around time! He did more work for me than originally estimated and didn't charge extra. My car had minor chips and scratches everywhere and a few major problem areas that needed its paint stripped off. He was able to do it all without issue! He even polished my headlights for me! Wow. My '06 civic was bought used. So of course I expected some cosmetic issues (dings, scratches, etc). Well, it started oxidizing like crazy. The roof of my car was literally flaking as I was driving. So was the top of my trunk and spoiler. The black trim on my car was fading to gray. My car also had dings and the front & rear bumpers were uneven, which was do to the previous owner. I took my car in and the price was very good. The service was excellent. All the dings were taken care of, so were the scratches, the paint job is fantastic, my bumpers were fixed. I have a 2005 PT Cruiser which I had painted a different color to use as a marketing car. Now that I no longer use the car for marketing purposes I wanted to return the car to its original color. I took advantage after being rear-ended to return this car to its original state. I did not imagine that Taylored would be able to do what it did. They repaired the damage to the rear end a left no evidence that the car had been hit. With regard to the painting, they sanded the whole car, spared a primer coat and then the color. The car looks fantastic. They even polished my sun-burnt headlight covers. Taylored and crew went above and beyond with regard to detail, timing, price and customer service. I would recommend them to anybody being in need for a full or partial paint job. The shop is clean, organized and you won't see a bunch of old parts laying around the shop.
