They seemed to be reasonable and fair price points. I knew our repair was gonna be $$ pricey. I mean a new bumper. So yah. They answered all our questions and also kept us posted by text. When I called to inquire about status of repair, they had me speak to Joe the Mechanic, the repair was done but they charged the battery which was low to prepare for us to pick up.
