9/27/24- Finally got medical, so I had to get all my prescriptions filled after seeing a new doctor. I lost my insurance back in February. I don't have any income currently, and I am still waiting for SSDI to be approved. So, I came in with some apprehension on whether I would have all my medicines covered. I didn't get her name, but the pharmacy covering the register was very helpful in looking up my prescriptions to see which were covered. It did take a bit of time since I had a lot of prescriptions to be filled. I really appreciate her help and the pharmacist in going over which ones were covered by medical and / or if there was a restriction by medical. Unfortunately, this was causing the line to back up, and there was some complaining that I could hear from those other customers. That is unfortunate since the staff was giving great customer service. I wasn't rushed through or not given helpful assistance. I really appreciate being treated like a wanted customer. This CVS does, however, need to hire more pharmacy employees. There were only 3 staff members trying to process the prescription orders and checking out customers. read more

Oct 2 2020- they aren't enforcing customers to wear masks. Saw 2 men without masks/no masks visible walking around. They aren't cleaning self checkouts between customers. Only had self check scanners open today at 3pm. No option to use a cashier since actual register was closed and no employee in front. I hate self check out because it never fails that something happens and an employee is needed anyways. So I did need an employee because the self checkout computer called for one. The employee shows up scans his card and it starts working again. So I have no idea what the problem was and it seemed neither did the employee. This really sucks now. Also now it appears you need paper coupons because the self checkout asks you to scan them. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in Tracy, they are rude, inconsiderate and treat you like a criminal for getting what has been prescribed to you, if you can even get it at all...the lady named Ripul (sp?) was out of line today I'm never going back! I ended up taking my prescriptions elsewhere and got them Filled in 5 minutes with no attitude. I'll never go back here and either will My family. They Lost a lot of Buisness today for sure. When I got out of my car and I looked at the ground I felt disgusted. Walking into the store it doesn't look very clean and and hasn't been washed down in 20 years. So there's probably gum from when I was five on the ground outside so someone should do a good pressure wash. I think it would change the whole vibe going in. When you go into the store very open and big and they do have a nice pharmacy in the back. I went in get Jell-O and they do not carry Jell-O unfortunately. I went today to CVS on 11th Street in Tracy CA. The cashier at the entrance was kind but she did not do her job well, I brought a coupon for 30% discount on all the merchandise, first she charged me a hair mousse and gave me the discount, then she charged me separately (because she forgot) 2 packages of COVID-19 tests $30.00 each and she no longer gave me the discount. She told me to send the receipt to my health insurance so that they would reimburse me the money and that the next time I should go straight to the pharmacy and they would take my health insurance so that I would not have to pay. Why didn't she tell me that from the beginning? And since I paid she said she was going to email me my receipt but she NEVER did so I can't charge my health insurance. Very disappointed. read more

I wanted to cash in a lottery ticket, it was a small amount but the cashier lied and said they shut the system down early. this is disappointing because I kind of like the store. read more

This pharmacy has gotten so bad, they keep raising prices of medications and they make you sit and wait for your meds for over two hours. The people behind the counter are so rude. When I asked why I was paying more for generics I was told to take it up with my insurance, non generics cost less than generics what the hell. I'm on a fixed income so it makes it difficult to spend more one month than the other. I transferred all my stuff somewhere else, where people are friendly and willing to help. read more

The store personnel is awesome even tho the neighborhood is sketchy. It is the closest pharmacy to me. In the last, oh say 3-4 yrs this has gone from a 5star pharmacy to a zero star. Until today I just happened upon these reviews and now I see why I've been driven nuts the last few years and especially last few months. I come to this location b/c it is close to work. It's in an older building and oftentimes I feel as if it were to close, people wouldn't be surprised. The shelves are sometimes sparse. I come here when there's a sale on diet coke. Today (1/18/15) I got 4 12 packs for $10- I'll be back before the end of the week I'm sure... The employees have always been nice. The parking lot has plenty of angled parking. Swipe your rewards card at the kiosk and see what deals you can score! I get a weird vibe from this area of town but it won't stop me from shopping here and Mi Pueblo. read more

I've been to several pharmacies in california but this particular one has to be the worst in customer service, no knowledge of the customers background or even their primary doctors. They automatically assume you're a drug addict and make it so painful to pick up a prescription from your primary doctor. They literally call your doctor, take their time refilling the meds and couldn't care less about the patients condition. Don't bother asking for advice on certain meds either, they make you wait and offer one minute of useless advice and NO allergic reaction information. All I can say is that this pharmacy has the worst and unprofessional manners I've ever witnessed. The main pharmacist should be terminated due to her disgustingly rushing, rude and horrible attitude. If you don't like your job or the guests, then quit! I'm switching over to Walgreens. No wonder my pain level is getting worse: it's the staff here that's causing it. Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle with these uneducated, confused and misinformed group of terrible people. Trust me, Walgreens is a lot nicer and more effective and efficient. read more

I mostly come here on a whim and usually can find something I can walk away with. -1 star for lack of choices when it comes to beauty products (such as hair items, makeup products, hygiene products) -1 star for the amount of unmanned registers when there is a long line! Other than that, great and friendly staff at the pharmacy and the front of the store. read more

It is always nice to have a CVS nearby where you can quickly get some basic supplies if a need arises. Somehow a need always seems to arise. Great parking. Easy to get in and out with whatever you are looking for. Not the answer to every problem but very handy for what they do. read more

This is my favorite CVS location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I also get my medications from here and the Pharmacist always has time for my questions. I have been living in Tracy for the last 18 years. They are remodeling the businesses around this location, which is great because this is one of the oldest parts of Tracy. read more

If there was a way to give the pharmacy Negative stars, I would. I have severe damage to my back. L-1, 2 & 3. I live with an average pain level of 7. 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. My doctor prescribed some pain medication, so I can have, at least some kind of life. Monday morning my doctor sent CVS a prescription after a brief phone chat with him. I called CVS an hour later to see if it was available for my wife to pick up. The CVS pharmacist said. Oh... We can't fill it, until we contact your doctor. WAIT A MINUTE !!!! The doctor was the one that called it in. You didn't talk to him then ??? I guess they thought I was dishonest. THEY TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS LIKE CRAP. Because I'm taking pain meds, I'm a criminal? Long story short. It took them two days to contact my doctor, and when it was approved, they couldn't even fill half the prescription. According to the pharmacist, they didn't have enough meds in stock to fill the entire order. That pharmacist needs to be terminated & her pharmacist license revoked. She has no business working in a customer support job. They don't know it yet, but that prescription was the last one for them. I take away the one star I gave them, and give them 10 NEGATIVE STARS. I guess I should say that, as far as the CVS Store itself, never had any problems. Other than the pharmacy staff, all the regular store employees are helpful & knowledgeable. read more

Don't like this CVS ever since my daughter needed to run in and get a perscription that was ready, I pulled up to the front and let her out, with my car idling waiting for her, and ready to move if someone needed me to. This Clerk/Nazi lady came storming out of the store and tore me a new one because I wasn't in a proper parking space. I think that is way over controlling. Hey if a fire engine were to pull up and needed to put out a big store fire, I would have moved, I was in the car with the engine idling. She just was very anal and had to have everything her way... Went to the pharmacy to pick up my 3 prescriptions CHITRA told me one of my prescriptions was being filled. I told her I wanted all 3. She started ringing up my 2 prescriptions I thought maybe the 3rd she was going to get. I signed the lil Electronic pad and told her again I wanted the 3rd prescription so I didn't have to pay again and make another trip. She told me I would have to wait. So I sat down. Finally my 3rd one was ready. So now my other 2 are still showing on the screen. CHITRA doesn't have a clue what to do. She had to ask the other person working with her. Who told her she would have to void it all and start over. I again told CHITRA I wanted all 3 and you didn't listen. CHITRA was holding a tablet and told the other lady I have to go. The other lady said I will help her but she has already been waiting. CHITRA didn't care she pointed at her coworker and told me she will help you and walked away. The coworker finished het customer than started fixing CHITRAS screw up. Saying she was sorry I had to wait. I asked her if CHITRA was new she said no she's been there awhile. I told her I've never had someone so dumb at the pharmacy. She is completely clueless. I pray she isn't going to be a pharmacist. Heaven help us if she is. read more

If I could give this pharmacy a zero, I Would! I can't even begin to explain into words how disappointed I am with their lack of customer service. I went in this evening with my husband that was in serious pain and they would not even consider filling his prescription because the pharmacist was backed up. They were no help what so ever. Luckily Walgreens was just across the street and all though they were busy as well, they filled his prescription on the spot in less then 5 minutes! Thank you Walgreens!!!! read more

I called the cvs on tracy blvd in tracy ca to tell them I was racing on my way to pick up a prescription and could the please wait for me so I didn't have to suffer with itchy eyes all night. They said it's "corporate policy to close at 8:00 pm". I got there at 8:02. The walls were already down and she'd signed out of her register. Really, you can't just be nice and go a little slower to close? It's not like I was 10-15 min away. Cvs sucks. Having the prescription transferred to pick up somewhere else tomorrow. read more
