Sanitizer is available throughout the store too. The vaccine process is straight forward. Make your appt online, check in at the front of the store (show ID), wait in pharmacy line, get your shot, wait 15 minutes... then live it up!!! I'm very upset with this place. I come here all the time and I've never had a problem until today. I was with my daughter trying to get ice cream. We waited for 10 minutes. The lady that worked there,said come pay upfront after 10 minutes of waiting. then I will serve you ice cream. we go up front and we had to wait in a long line, it just made no sense. We were waiting for 10 minutes and she knew that. I just don't think she has good customer service skills. This was today October 2 at 5 PM. now we are on our way to Baskin-Robbins. Four stars for carrying Thrifty Old Fashioned Ice Cream! It was only $0.99 for a single scoop when we started coming here. Although it is now $1.79, they still give you a very generous serving with their uniquely shaped cylindrical scoop. We have enjoyed all their flavors and Chocolate Malted Crunch has always been our family's favorite. We all scream for Thrifty Ice Cream!!! read more

This review is for the PHARMACY! Made 2 appts for family members to get their flu shots. We waited 40 minutes (no was even there)! What's the point of making an appt when you don't keep Your appt time? NO ONE was even there. 2 people are arguing in the back who is going to give my son his flu shot. One rude pharmacist shouting "I don't give flu shots to kids. They scream and yell, etc." She didn't even bother trying to get to know him or us for that matter. Because she was talking so loudly, I say, it's because of the anticipation of giving them the shot that kids cry! We've been here for over 40 minutes, what's taking so long?! A younger gentleman, I think he was a pharmacist (not sure) came over and apologized for the long wait. He gave my son a shot and my son didn't make a peep. He said "wow, you're very good". I'm like, yeah...he is. My son takes shots like a champ. This is the worst! Don't get your kids flu shot here. Our appt was at 11:20, he didn't get his shot until 12pm. And he didn't even get an ice cream like their website suggests. Go figure! I didn't even bother asking as I wanted to get the heck out of that place. Horrible pharmacist! Teach her some nice manners. Unfortunately her name is all over my son's vaccination card so I will always remember her name. Horrible! Here are some suggestions for rite aid: 1) Don't have people make appts, if you can't even keep the time straight. 2) Teach your pharmacist some manners. My insurance is paying for you to do your job, so do it! 3) Don't schedule children's flu shots if the pharmacist won't do it. 4) Don't say you get ice cream with the flu shot, if you don't offer it. Walk in here periodically if we need medicine or vitamins. Pretty clean and decent store. They always have a lot of deals going on... but we don't typically go for them. Nice parking lot and staff are nice too. read more

Are you an agent of those businesses driving business away from your shop ? I love the ice cream at Rite Aid. I love Thrifty's so much but I was extremely disappointed to see this in my ice cream while eating it. I have no idea what this is and i was disgusted. It was in the middle of my ice cream as I was eating the outside and made my way into the middle of it, i pulled this out of my ice cream. It seems to be a sting of plastic but i find it extremely unacceptable. I really hope it won't happen again. read more

Soooo #storytime my family decided to go to rite aid to check to see if our rite aid friend Errick was still employed there (he's missed our last two rite aid trips). Upon walking in we were greeted by a tall older white man we had seen before and assumed to be the manager. We asked him if errick still worked there and he said yes (which led to a mini family celebratory dance party). He joked around with us for a little bit and was so kind. I told him about how I wrote about their ice cream and how my family loves it in my college application and we talked about college and other things and he was literally the sweetest guy ever and he gave me my ice cream for FREE! And not to mention the scoops were rather generous! It was such a nice rite aid trip. If you needed a sweet little anecdote to liven up your evening, I hope this served as a good one. #riteaidicecreamforever read more

I really wanted to put 0 stars, whoever linda or lidia is she's annoying, she literally wouldn't let me return something that I had the wrong size in then basically called me a liar. I really wanted to cuss her out but I'd rather let her read this to let her know that she shouldn't be letting out her anger on customers, that's bad customer service. She told me she helped 100s of customers then asked some dude name Kyle if he remembered me and he said yeah but she couldn't remember me..? I don't want to make scenes in store especially through these times but employees/managers like that should be fired, enough said! read more

What!? it's a Rite aid, your going here for condoms and sun tan lotion right!???? Anyway, usual great selection of "As Seen on TV" artifacts and soda. Not too mention the sports therapy selection. pretty much think of Rite-Aids as a do it yourself medical office. Parking lot,.. lord I hate this parking lot, specifically the exits. Your only choices to exit this place during peak hours are North Corral Hollow or East on Grantline. You can do a quick U-Turn to go South Corral Hollow if you can get across the 2.5 lanes of stop and go traffic, or if someone is kissing up to the Karma bus and lets you in.. read more

So happy that they have the nostalgic Thifty's Ice Cream service here! I took my daughter on a hot Summer afternoon and picked up some drugstore make up & shampoo; then, one scoop each of Chocolate Malt Krunch and Circus Animal Cookie ice cream. One scoop is huge and costs $1.99. Not like prices back in the day, but when other places charge so much more per scoop, this is a steal! They have most of the old school flavors like Coconut Pineapple, Pralines, Cherry, etc. I have to go back so my daughter can get Cotton Candy, which they ran out of. As for the drugstore, be sure to sign up for Plenti in order to take advantage of special pricing; otherwise, you pay upwards of $3 more for items you could get at stores like Target or WalMart. read more

Some employee called to remind me my medication was available to pick up. With 2 small children some stuff falls through the cracks. I tomd her we would get it tomorrow and she said she was returning it to Stockton tonight. I told her to go ahead and start reprocessing it theb and she said we will do that Monday (like they can't hold it over night which is ridiculous). Suddenly she decides to be generous and hold it for me until tomorrow. Absolutely insane, I don't believe I've seen her before but her customer service skills are abysmal. I may be switching pharmacies permanently depending on how tomorrow's pick up goes (whether or not she decided to return the medication miliciously or not). read more

I have been wanting to leave a review for a long time now. This is the best pharmacy that I have ever had the pleasure of bringing my needs to. I have many medical problems/ medications that I take. All of the staff are always helpful and efficient. They always have a friendly smile! They always go out of their way to help with sending requests to my many doctors if needing refills etc. I love the drive thru and there is never a long wait. Love their rewards program but their customer service is something that I don't look foward to when going there. During the day the younger gals are very friendly and attentive but I usually only see them when I go there on the weekends. During the weekdays when I go at night the 2 older ladies at the counter seem like they would rather be anywhere else than behing the counter scanning my stuff lol! The restrooms are yucky and need some maintenance. Otherwise they have good selection on beauty products which of course I love! I will continue to use them as my local drug store =) read more

I went into rite aid store had some questions for the manager.the ladies there were nice and called her to the front. Her name is tory, but after waiting the girls went to remind her I was waiting, 25 minutes later I decided to leave. As i waied another customer comes up to me and says good luck. She had tried talking to the manager and she never came out to talk to her either. I called in a complaint to the 1800 number. I received a call back that same day. The lady identified herself not by her name, but with ," I'm calling from rite aid in regards to a complaint that was made." She had attitude with me but continued to find excuses for the manager not speaking with me while I was in the store trying to blame it on some of the girls that worked there. I finally asked her what her name was and she mumbled," Tory". I don't know if it's common practice for rite aid to have the person you complained about by name call you back and purposely not identify themself. I did speak to her district manager after but I am sure that customer services is at the bottom of their priority list. read more
