I had a very disappointing experience at Busy Bee Car Wash. On Saturday, I took my 2024 Tesla…read morethrough their car wash, and afterward I discovered that my front windshield had been cracked. I immediately reported the damage to the staff and asked to review the surveillance footage to understand what had happened. Instead of showing me the complete video, I was only shown a few pictures. When I requested to see the full footage, my request was denied. I also felt that I was treated disrespectfully during the interaction. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication afterward. This is now my second email to the business, and I also called them yesterday to follow up, but I have received no response or assistance regarding the damage to my vehicle. I understand that accidents can happen. What truly matters is how a business responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, my experience has been met with a lack of transparency, poor customer service, and no effort to resolve the issue. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make informed decisions and know what to expect if they encounter a problem. I hope Busy Bee Car Wash takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and improves the way they handle damage claims and communication.
