He explained that my scan bar probably didn't lineup with the scanner, which caused the issue. He was right, and they still allow unlimited car washes with monthly plans. The location deserves a 5-Star review. One suggestion would be to ensure all vacuum filters are cleaned out regularly to ensure the best and most efficient suction. Maybe I wasn't clear on what "carpet cleaning" included, but my kids spilled a milkshake on the carpet in the backseat so I assumed they would at least clean that up, but unfortunately they did not. I guess carpet cleaning only includes vacuuming. The exterior was fairly clean, but there were still a lot of dead bugs on the front of my car. Three stars is mostly for the staff that helped me, they were so nice. I'll probably give them another chance as they are one of the only full-service washes in the area, but I hope for a much better wash next time around.

I paid $30 for an exterior hand wash only to find the job was incomplete and poorly done. After the wash, there was still bird droppings on my car, along with other noticeable markings that were completely untouched. The wash itself seemed to have done more harm than good, as my car was left with noticeable swirl marks, likely from using dirty or old wash mitts. and missed the middle of my roof since it was still dirty. To top it all off, the "wheel dressing" was barely applied to the tires, with several spots completely missed. When I returned the very next day to point out these issues, I was shocked by the response.
