Excellent wash quality and service! I had a monthly pay plan with unlimited washes. My vehicle is very dirty, so I wanted a second wash but the gate did not allow me to enter, and I had to get scanned in, which took some time. I thought they changed the process and we're now monitoring second and third washes. I made a respectful complaint, and the manager promptly responded and was very respectful. He explained that my scan bar probably didn't lineup with the scanner, which caused the issue. He was right, and they still allow unlimited car washes with monthly plans. The location deserves a 5-Star review. One suggestion would be to ensure all vacuum filters are cleaned out regularly to ensure the best and most efficient suction. Just canceled my membership after today's experience. I've always gotten the feeling that these ppl love to pack cars in their wash like sardines. Despite them frantically signaling me forward, I've always taken my time going through in an effort to create some distance between my car and the car in front of me. Today I proceed forward, placed my car in neutral as instructed and my car continues on the belt as if it hasn't caught onto the belt yet. The attendant freaks out and shouts stop, meanwhile I'm in neutral, foot off break as instructed. When I tell you I was only inches from the car in front of me. It was definitely something I thought management needed to be aware of, and their (short blonde girl) response was to immediately shift blame onto me and ask whether I had lifted my foot of the brake too soon. Put car in neutral, foot off brake. If that was the case and this happens do we really think it's a good idea to leave 0 room for error by packing us in bumper to bumper??Very indicative of what would happen in the event their negligence and need for profit resulted in an accident. Quick car wash, pricey for what it does not do. Does not dry my car at all. Tired of having to completely dry my car after each wash. Vacuums seem to be down a lot at this location. I think it's ridiculous that the attendants have the nerve to ask for a tip when all they do is press a few buttons that anyone can press. There's no one to direct the traffic, so while vacuuming your car, expect to get trapped there until traffic dies down. This could take hours. The car wash itself isn't even good. I just started my membership here. The price is good, $20 a month unlimited. We'll see how it goes. I've been here about 3 times now though, twice with my wife's car, & once with mine on Sunday the 27th of February. The car didn't get all areas completely clean. upon getting to the dryer I noticed a crack in my windshield that wasn't there before I went in. My wife and I pulled back in immediately and told them what was going on. The staff took a report. The person who took the report said "my manager is on vacation but I'm going to have our district manager reach out to you in the next 2-3 days." Well that didn't happen. The car wash took off this hitch cover, I called and filed a claim, they were quick at first and offered 3 months free or replace the part. I opted to replace the part. I did not hear back from them. I left 2 messages and also requests to cancel my membership and I never got a call back. I got ahold of them finally and Jaden told me that the gm would be in touch, I never got a call or anything. I called again and he said that the gm said they spoke to me and were working on the 3 free months of car washed. I did not speak to the gm and i did not request free car washes. Don't go here. At the surface it looks like a normal car wash but once you put your car through it, it will never look the same. I've heard stories of peoples car getting scratches and just in general of car washes leaves swirls and light marks, but I should have known better going a few weeks after my step-mother's tesla got severely scratched along the top due to a tie-die wrapped up in the top roller. I forgot about it as I pulled into mister, it had been a busy day and I just wanted a clean car. I pull around to vacuum and immediately start to notice small marks on my doors. I go around to my hood and see several scuff marks in long streaks. These were in many places around the car as well of a few deep scratches that could be felt with a finger. I talked to manager and made a claim. He took pictures, tried to get a few minor ones out with turtle wax and a microfiber towel. He had no luck and wasn't even going to try any others. Told he he'd call in 72 hours. Finally got a call today saying they denied my claim. Told me he looked at the cameras at the time my car went through and didn't see anything in the brushes. Told me if it was the car wash that caused the damages, the scratches would be more significant and in more areas. Said he didn't want to leave me hanging, so he offered me 2 months of car washes for free. Like I'm coming to come back after going through all of this lol. I'm conclusion, this car wash is first off, overpriced, it's always busy for some reason, and you're risking ruining your car with no compensation when you go through. Almost certain the wash hit the car and scraped the front bumper. Felt two bumps while I was in the carwash and didn't think anything of it, then noticed two scrapes in the paint the next day. Wasn't a fan of brushed car washes to begin with since they're not good for the paint, but definitely not going back here given the scrapes. read more

Eric and Joshua were super accommodating. Brought my car in for a wash and ended up going for the top rated wash (I believe it was called platinum or premium). After the wash I noticed there was areas in the front and back that didn't get washed properly. I took back around to the line and they let me get another wash again for free of charge! I have been washing my cars at this car wash for years. When it was prime shine car wash, Everyone was so nice, attentive and friendly. Now its under new management and is called MISTER. Now it is a different atmosphere, it feels right at the beginning when I go in. On July 26th I took my car in for wash and came out with out the rear spoiler, I told one of the employees there and she was very nice about it, took a report and some pictures of my car and said she would report it to her manager. I've decided to give the manager ANGELICA (so call GM) a call 3 days after not hearing from her and she totally insulted me by saying that my car was old and that the blower had taking the spoiler off the car when all the parts inside the spoiler were broken by the machine while in the washing process. I only asked that she replace the broken part for me which is no more than $200 at Amazon and I would do the installation myself but she she flat out said: we don't have insurance! We can offer you 2 complimentary car washes or $40! I have spoken to professionals before and no one speaks like this woman. She is not professional at all and if she continues to manage like this she is going to drive it out of business. There's something called principal and I will never take my car to them again and I am advising anyone who takes their car to them to think twice before you do because if something happens to your car they will not take care of it and will leave you hanging. read more

This is no prime shine. I bought the cheapest car wash $13 based on the suggestion of the worker. Even the worker didn't seem confident on the car washes ability to wash the car. After driving onto the conveyor belt and under the cheesy cheap looking LED light arch, I could tell changes have been made to the equipment. These changes weren't made for the better. My car left the wash still dirty with swirl marks all over. Windshield completely spotty. I use to use prime shine weekly but I won't be giving Mister another day of my business. read more

My name is Eddie on Saturday 10/28/23 at 3:00 pm I took my suburban to misters on 11th st in Tracy right after went to Safeway which is next door when I came out i noticed scratches from my hood all the way up to the roof and went back and spoke to mason he took some pictures and filed a claim and said he would contact me in three days which he did not. I had to email multiple times just to get a response from them and when he finally contacted me back he said my claim was denied because the scratches we're not consistent with what they say The scratches would've been like. Also In his email he said he didn't see any scratches when arrived but my claim was still denied anyways! worst place ever to get you car washed I will be seeking legal advice in this matter obviously these scratches would have been visible in the video if I had theme prior to the wash absolutely the worst place ever read more

Do not use this car wash! What could start off as an easy morning chore can turn into a nightmare. The car wash shoved our car through, the girl told us to reverse. When we did the side brush caved in our door and mirror. I filed a report and should have called the police for an official report at the time. All this is minor, and it could have been easy to just go through insurance and let them handle it. First though we spent the week calling every number and got nothing. The manager didn't answer or return my calls. My husband decided to go down there to talk to someone and the manager Kylie comes out immediately saying she was "gonna call his wife he plowed through the car wash and broke the machine. It was his fault not theirs."She even showed him the video and it's clear his wheels are locked we were in neutral and the machine shoved us through. Then she says the girl at our window pointing to reverse did not tell us that. This chick wasn't even there that day. The report taken says clearly what happened and the employees acknowledged it. But she can read lips in a grainy video I guess. When my husband decided to leave as he is pulling through this manager says "everyone watch out this guy can't drive". He has never had a ding on a car let alone an accident, but she's is just doing whatever she can to make this situation worse. He comes home heated and I decide to go down there to find out who I need to talk too. Same girl comes out and tells me "like I told your husband you can take us to court". Car washes are shady of course but this corporation has a small time store manager telling people to go ahead and sue them. I left and called the corporate and finally got someone. Then I left a customer service complaint and that's what got me a call back. The regional manager Jason called me and told me this company does not have insurance for these small claims so they usually pay out of pocket to fix it if they think it's their fault. I want to be very clear this accident was 100% their fault. We would not have reversed if the girl in the wash didn't say to do so. So the girl said she didn't tell us to reverse I guess to save her job and now it's gonna cost me a ton of money. My insurance said this is all pretty typical of a car wash, rather than just pay for insurance they gaslight the customer and deny.
