I had a very disappointing experience at Busy Bee Car Wash. On Saturday, I took my 2024 Tesla through their car wash, and afterward I discovered that my front windshield had been cracked. I immediately reported the damage to the staff and asked to review the surveillance footage to understand what had happened. Instead of showing me the complete video, I was only shown a few pictures. When I requested to see the full footage, my request was denied. I also felt that I was treated disrespectfully during the interaction. What has been even more frustrating is the lack of communication afterward. This is now my second email to the business, and I also called them yesterday to follow up, but I have received no response or assistance regarding the damage to my vehicle. I understand that accidents can happen. What truly matters is how a business responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern. Unfortunately, my experience has been met with a lack of transparency, poor customer service, and no effort to resolve the issue. I am sharing my experience so that other customers can make informed decisions and know what to expect if they encounter a problem. I hope Busy Bee Car Wash takes customer concerns more seriously in the future and improves the way they handle damage claims and communication. read more

Went for the first time due to the high ratings and was surprised it wasn't what we expected ... staff weren't that helpful cheerfully, car was still dirty on back bumper, you have to vacuum your own car. We thought staff do that... also the guy who wiped the car down didn't do a great job. We will go to the one near N Tracy blvd read more

Very very basic car wash. Quality, whats that! Value, if you was flea market value. Took my nice auto not know this was worst than a gas station wash. read more

Was looking for a spot to get the jeep washed after being up off-roading in the rain in the mountains Saturday. My girlfriend for this and it had great reviews and not far off 205. I bought the premium package and it was worth it. They really took the car to blast off the loose dirts and crud before I entered the wash. The was didn't just speed us through like other it did a great job and the guy at the end whipping down windows and mirrors free of spots was a great touch I don't see much. Will definitely use again next trip. read more

Busy Bee Car Wash - Jeep JL Rubicon on 37's - Car Wash Near Me - Tracy, California

Had a very positive experience at Busy Bee Car Wash. My friends and I were heading home from Yosemite after two days of hiking in the mud. Our car desperately needed and interior and exterior cleaning. We arrived to Tracy at around 5:03 PM just missing all of the car washes remaining open. However, we called Busy Bee and they graciously still accepted us despite their interior cleaning closing at 5. You first pay either 49 or 59. we opted for the cheaper option. you went through a car wash for the exterior and then sit at these outdoor tables while they clean the interior. They wipe down the seats vacuum the floors wash your mats and even provide an air freshener. Its located in a plaza with lots of food items while you wait. Since we came later we only had one person attending to our car (35 minutes) However, when they have 3-4 people it takes no less than 10-15 minutes. Would highly recommend - it is a bit pricier but the service os great and its extremely convenient location makes it worthwhile read more

Really good. They really clean the cars thoroughly and don't just rush. Worth the time. read more

My car wash here was.. interesting to say the least. I had a $20 bill on me so I figured to get my car washed while it was dirty. This was about a month or two ago so my memory isn't the best. It was easy and fine at first, when paying for the car wash. But then I had trouble getting onto the belt. I found one of the workers (the manager?) to be very rude and imposing. The other service worker kept directioning me forward and backward, back and forth. I feel like it's reasonable I was confused what he was trying to communicate if my car was ready to go into neutral. The manager annoyed, said "'M'am, you need to move your car." He then pointed to the directions that I couldn't see from my view impatiently. He then proceeds to try to touch and move my car wheel without asking.. I've been to many car washes so I'm confused how this place has good reviews. TLDR: Wash your car by yourself. Wouldn't come back. read more

Great customer service and great machines. We are washing our car here from now on! Very fast and convenient and also very cheap! read more

Busy Bee Car Wash - An award for quality service - Car Wash Near Me - Tracy, California

+3 for basic car wash and attendant who sprays and scrubs a bit before it goes through +1 towel dry at the end by an attendant +1 strong suction free vacuums I'm not a car enthusiast to get a membership, but I will come back sooner than usual because of the above reasons. A lot of these businesses are the same, but the towel dry and strong suction sets this business apart! read more

A worker probably using the wrong polisher or the wrong chemical took the coating off of the spoiler on my Genesis. With just under 27,000 miles when I complained the worker told me I just need a "new car". Now to the body shop with my baby. read more

It seems that it's getting harder and harder to find a full service car wash these days. I was so glad to find Busy Bee, which is very close to where I live. It seems a little bit pricey but I think all car washes have gotten much more expensive. Because my car was quite dirty I went with the top of the line highest price wash that they had. They have you stay in your car while you go through the tunnel and there are people on the sides of your car with scrub brushes cleaning the sides and the hood and the back. Then when you pull around after exiting the tunnel they have you get out and they do more detailed cleaning. They had even bent down under the bumper and the sides of the doors and really got things spotless. They left a little fragrance card in the inside of the car and here it is one or two weeks later and my car still smells fabulous. I will definitely be going back. read more

Do not judge me, but I am writing this to help clueless people like myself when it comes to car washes lol. I was looking around for a place to get my car cleaned up, and this one has consistent ratings on platforms. The prices are very reasonable. Now the technicality... I did not know what to expect. So I pay for the full service Bumble Bee one. We stay in the car and go thru the dark tunnel for the wash where your hands are off the wheel, foot off brake, and car shifted to N(Neutral). I am sure the gentlemen giggled at my cluelessness, but they were very helpful. I did not enjoy being inside the car for the wash because I felt anxious not being able to brake or anything, BUT once you get out, it is a kinda of relief. Never thought I would have adrenaline rush for a carwash. Very efficient system, nice people, and I highly recommend. read more

I got tricked! I used their service once and was told that I could get unlimited washes for the remainder of the month for the same price as a one-time premium service (they called this a rainy day discount). I later discovered a recurring charge on my credit card - apparently they signed me up for a monthly subscription and continued to charge my credit card monthly thereafter. I did not agree to this. When I appealed my credit card charge, they denied it because "I got service". Be careful not to let them trick you into signing a subscription. At best, I misunderstood, but frankly, I think I was scammed. read more

Do not go here and if you do, do not give them your credit card. They told me if I signed up for a monthly service it was $20.00 per month. Well, they charged me $40.00 a month and even when I canceled on line and I had an email to prove it from them that they canceled my service, they continued. I called them to see why this was going on, and I could never get in touch with anyone as the voicemail said the voicemail box was full. It likely was full because these people cheat customers. I finally closed out the credit card so they couldn't charge me anymore. read more

Be aware of their "Scam Special Offers" They had advertisement of $5 carwash deals. However, when I went there and asked for that special. They said, they no longer have that special. I showed them their own website which still had the $5 special advertised! They still refused and said they don't have that special even after seeing it on their own website. Avoid this place if you could! read more

I bought a month membership thinking I'm buying it for a MONTH. When I saw another charge yesterday, they said I have to fill out a web form to cancel. They are not going to reverse the charge on my credit card. I'm going to drive around in the mud every day and bring it back to be washed every ****ing day. These guys are crooks and should be shut down!!! read more

My car was so dirty living here in the valley.:) I pulled up and was immediately greeted. The customer service is great and I left happy with a very clean car. Scammers!!!! Got my car washed at Grand Opening for $10. A few cars ahead of me and the machine stops working. A worker lets me know it will be just a few minutes. After it's back running he comes back and offers to take my card and process to make things go faster. After I get home, I took a look at my car and d it was not very clean. Ok, maybe machine not working properly it being their first day. Went back...nope, car still not very clean. Never went back. I get a $40 charge on my card. I go to BusyBee and tell them to refund or reverse the charge that I did not agree to or ask for. They agreed to refund and said I had to go online to cancel my subscription. What subscription..never signed up. Went online and cancelled with number on the sticker they provided and have yet to get my refund. How many people did they scam who haven't noticed? Bad business for Tracy!!!! read more
