After running my oil down to 5% on my Accord, found this gem on yelp. Pulled in, was told to pop the hood and the staff started working on my car right away. Owner came around and I told him I needed an oil change with full synthetic. Stayed in the car the whole time and they reset the maintenance alarm from outside the window. Everyone was also wearing a mask. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Talk about speedy service. Just moved to Tracy but this will be my go to spot for all my oil changes going forward. read more

went in for a oil change I don't usually pay no more than 70 for. I was talking to a one guy which seemed to be new at was asking him the price and , what seemed to be a lead or manager took him away angrily before he can tell me the price. He rushed me through the process and decided to only tell me how much after draining out the oil. I told him I never paid 100 for a oil change on that car he told me he can put my old oil, which was on their dirty oil pan by that time, back in to my engine. After some words I just paid the 100 and he "finished" up the job I drove it home and it has been in front of my home due to me being off of work. This morning as I go to get in the car and start driving I hear noises which I never heard before and it stop once I pulled over. So I get back in drive two blocks no noise so I continue on to the freeway to drop my 6 year old off at school. Half way down the freeway all I hear is the noise again but this time 100x worse. I pull over on the side of the freeway and see the problem these money hungry people never replace the screws to the thing that protects my car from road debris. I had to call off of work and now they are closed on a Wednesday. Worse service I've ever experienced. Also learn how to treat your employees better if he'd want to sue you for unfair treatment I'd be a witness to it. read more

I've always just gone to Speedie for an oil change, but I wanted to support another local business and decided to try SuperLube Plus. I am very happy with my decision. I literally pulled into one of the empty bays, and they immediately began working on the car. (They have a huge basement underneath the cars so a technician is already unscrewing the filter and draining the oil without you even realizing it). Another man was under the hood, topping off my radiator fluid and eventually filling up with oil. I had the pleasure of actually speaking with the owner (who was there helping out this particular day) and he told me how he designed the entire facility from the ground up. Very impressive. Prices seemed higher than what I remember for oil changes, but I did get synthetic blend + filter, and out the door it was about $70.00 which I was totally fine with. They don't open until 9 on Saturday and dude is very rude if you get there before 9 due to the tiny parking lot. I got there at 8:20 and all doors were open so I assumed it was. I waited for 5 minutes & he finally came to my car & said he was closed & asked me to back out! Worst customer service I've had in a while. Speedee has longer wait times but well worth the wait. We just recently move here in town. And we're still on the process of trying to get ourselves familiarized with everything around and how to get certain places. When my car's oil change light when off I start shopping around where to take my car. And of coarse courtesy of yelp I found this place. Actually this is not our first choice. It happen to be the one we picked was close, so we end up picking this one since its on the way. Im glad we did because this was the fastest oil change I ever had. I called them first to make sure they are open and if they need appointments. The guy answered the phone said its first come, first serve. So we showed up and there's no line. We try to parked but we were instructed to just pull in. I got off the car thinking that we have to wait to the waiting room while they do their thing. But the guy told me to just back in the car. We dont have to get off all because their service is like a drive thru thing. How cool is that! They did change the oil like a breeze and we were out in less than 15mins. been going to these guys since 2018. the only ones i have used for oil change service on all my three vehicle's. took in for another oil change on my commuter car and they told me oil pan was cracked at the drain plug. they wanted $500.00 to fix it. told them i would take it to my own repair shop for the repair. They got mad and would not even do an oil change. They closed the hood and said ok you can go. I asked them if they put the skid plate back on and they assured me they put the skid plate cover back on. when i got to a repair shop, the skid plate cover was missing and the repair guy stated super lube had over torqued the drain plug and cracked the pan. i contacted super lube and they claimed the skid plate wasn't there and i must have had the service done else where and hung up on me. this is the only place that has ever taken my vehicles to for service for more than 6 years. Just Beware that there are over torquing the drain plugs and they will not stand by their work. also make sure they replace the skid plates and not leave them off if your a regular to speed up their service times. read more

His colleagues told him the payment type I offered was acceptable and he kept fussing out loud throughout the process. Disrespectful individual. Just lost my business for good. Came here to see if they could do a diagnostic on my check engine light. Was told mechanic wasn't available that day. All this is fine. However, as I sat in my car googling for another shop, the 'manage/owner' of SuperLube Plus came over, told me I had to leave (I was parked in a parking spot of which there were easily five more open parking spots) and tried to open my car door. When I told him I was waiting for my car to recover from the drive over (check engine light was on and car was driving rough) he told me to "GET THE F*** OUT of HERE!!" Wow. Such courtesy and fine customer service. Take your business elsewhere and support people who deserve it. read more

If I could give me less than one star, I would. I went in at 8:57 am and they told me to leave. I said I would park and wait for 9 o'clock when they open but he told me I couldn't do that. He said I have to leave. I explained that it would only be three minutes of waiting, but he told me to leave anyway. He said he would not do my oil change. I have never encountered such rude people and I have been coming to this place for a very long time and not had any issue. I will never go back and i hope nobody else will either. I Have had my work truck serviced here regularly ever since moving to discovery bay 3 years ago. Love that they show you the dip stick being at the proper level before i leave. They are paid to top off my fluids, - but if I ever run low in between oil changes- i can bring my truck by. You stay in your vehicle while they change your oil.
