Not worth it. The machine wash itself does not wash the lower sides of your vehicle. The air dryer doesn't do a good job and the guys who and dry only wipe a few panels and they leave the rest dripping wet. I've given them a fewl tries, but the culture is always the same. It's a weak wash with a sloppy hand drying process these guys work for tips, so you would expect much more. This is the bottom of the barrel car wash. I've attempted to call the manager six times. They never answer the phone and there's no way to reach out for a conversation, so this is the only way to communicate and let the Public know. read more

They haven't had working vacuums in months and there's limited shop vacuums shared in between each stall so you either wait till it's free or find somewhere else and get stuck in the parking stall at the other place. It shouldn't take so long to fix not to mention every time you call they forward the call, pulling in they'll all be grouped up watching you pull in but won't guide you in the railing so they wait to see if you notice the mirror up top or if you hit, you'll have a group up front doing nothing while one is in the back wiping the vehicle down. I like the car wash but the workers there are just too lazy and the ones that do work, need to pick up the pace for the ones not doing their part and it's not fair but expect a shared tip. read more

I think I'd ever used my Home vacuum has a stronger suction than those vacuums, and it was not just the stall that I was parked that it was multiple because I checked Horrible. Horrible horrible. Car wash was fine...damage caused on two rims of my car due to poor instructions from staff. Debit card was taken outside the wash and another employee motioned for me to come forward while payment was being run. I ended up in the wash with my window down while my debit card was handed back to me. Meanwhile the two pressure washer employees started spraying the windshield while my window was still down. At no time were any verbal instructions given by any employee. Since I couldn't see because of the power washing, my foot was on the brake. I would have seen the sign to be in neutral without the break had this not been the case. This resulted in the track that pulls the car forward lifting my driver side up and slamming down twice before employees told me what was happening. Because of this, both rims on my driver side were damaged. The wash itself was decent, but obviously my concern is the lack of care by employees to ensure damage is not caused by rushing and not giving clear instructions. The sign about neutral/brake should also be posted outside the wash entrance in case employees don't provide adequate verbal instructions. read more

The reason I'm writing is because of the sweet girl ( I mean she's grown) working the front register. She's a brunette with wavy hair. Let me tell you, she's brightens my day every time I see her. She has excellent customer service and always hustling. It really makes a difference and thought management should know. Love going here, I did accidentally buy a subscription for a car wash. I thought it was just one month of car washes but it is a subscription.. It is worth it though! You can go as many times as you like. For me it was great just going once a week and it pays for itself by the third wash? I got the $37 subscription for the Best wash ($17) I think it's worth it. Especially if you're a commuter. I'm from MH, and when I would go to Walmart, I would just stop by and do a quick wash. read more

My review of the wash is solidly ran. Never an issue when I pull in and the wash is substantial. Drying at the end is waved off typically with fear of scratches from watches and belts and such. Not saying that I have had scratches happen but just worry about it read more

Loyal customer for a couple years now and honestly love coming to this wash specifically. First off, how many places do you know hand dry your front/back windshield,side windows, and mirrors ?! I love that especially if I'm on the go! But if I have time, I love to get off and vacuum my vehicle as well at no extra charge. For the longest time I've loved this car wash. Unfortunately, around the time they decided to sell the service level dropped. The last few times I've taken my car through, components of the car wash itself weren't working or were under maintenance. The towel dry ( how good of a job done was always based on who was drying that time ) quality has been lousy the last few times I've gone. They raised their prices, and all the sudden the pricing is hard to justify, They've posted a new mile-long list of things they say they aren't liable for. Some of the items on the list are understandable, but others are a shame, like "cars over 5 years old." It shows low integrity to claim they won't take responsibility if their employees or machinery cause damage. If I have prepaid washes, so I'll atleast be back to finish those. Hopefully the new management will step up between now and then and improve the experience. read more
