I come here when I have a little extra time for a good vacuum and interior wipe down A big shout out to Elias and Edris who got my rubber floor mats washed for free. It goes a long way with making the interior look and feel truly clean for a long time. Loved it! read more

Each and every time I come here I am greeted and wished to have a good day. Devon, Dakota and Sierra are especially attentive. The wash and wipe down makes for a good 5-7 minute break for me and a mom on the go. Awesome service all around! read more

Fast Shine Car Wash - Car Wash Near Me - Tracy, California

Elias, Edris and the whole team are very courteous. Hard-working young people, saw them working through very hot days serving the community.

Fraud. Total fraud. I am being charged for my credit card monthly even though I am not washing my car.

Visit my local Fast Shine weekly, love my membership too. I like being able to just pull up and once my license plate is read, proceed through the tunnel. Great price and having it autopay monthly is a great convenience. So far every employee at the Tracy California location is prompt, courteous and friendly. Great work ethic by all. Thank you Fast Shine, on Grant Line Road, in Tracy California! We will see you this weekend! read more

Great place to get your car clean. Very conviently close to Costco. The General Manager, Devon, has been great. Always friendly with great customer service. Fantastic service! I have a monthly membership with them now. The manager and all his crew are amazing. They work hard and the manager always treat me extremely well. And they have new vacuum system with more power. I love it ! read more

The service here has really improved. The manager with the (Australian?) accent is especially good with customer service. I also am no longer having an issue with the hand dry people--they've been doing a great job. The vacuums are all strong and working, and I appreciate the free damp towel for wiping the inside of my car. Location is conveniently located next to the Costco gas station. read more

We love Fast Shine Car Wash! We've been using them for years and are always satisfied with the work they do and the amazing customer service! They always go above and beyond and we won't go anywhere else in town! Highly recommend! read more

Great car wash, the service was excellent, Elyas was very helpful and kind. Will be coming back soon.

Not worth it. The machine wash itself does not wash the lower sides of your vehicle. The air dryer doesn't do a good job and the guys who and dry only wipe a few panels and they leave the rest dripping wet. I've given them a fewl tries, but the culture is always the same. It's a weak wash with a sloppy hand drying process these guys work for tips, so you would expect much more. This is the bottom of the barrel car wash. I've attempted to call the manager six times. They never answer the phone and there's no way to reach out for a conversation, so this is the only way to communicate and let the Public know. read more

Good value, free vacuums! Good value, free vacuums! Good value, free vacuums! Good value, free vacuums!

Great Staff of both young men and young ladies and that is the reason along with a great car wash we are regulars

Devon and his team are 5 Great Customer Service and always has my cars shining

Antonio did a great job very respectful great person good work skills always appreciate the work he does goes out of his way to make customers happy like myself those things above and beyond read more

They haven't had working vacuums in months and there's limited shop vacuums shared in between each stall so you either wait till it's free or find somewhere else and get stuck in the parking stall at the other place. It shouldn't take so long to fix not to mention every time you call they forward the call, pulling in they'll all be grouped up watching you pull in but won't guide you in the railing so they wait to see if you notice the mirror up top or if you hit, you'll have a group up front doing nothing while one is in the back wiping the vehicle down. I like the car wash but the workers there are just too lazy and the ones that do work, need to pick up the pace for the ones not doing their part and it's not fair but expect a shared tip. read more

Really great car wash! Antonio is the best! I highly recommend this place for all your car wash needs.

Antonio was very helpful and attentive, fast shine is very fortunate to have such a great employee.

I'd like to give an extra positive review about this place. I've been coming here for several months now and the crew over there is always nice and polite to me. The customer services is excellent. I like to give an extra shout out to Devon who is usually at the computer when I pull in. He always maintains a positive attitude and he remembers me every time I come in and that's the kind of little stuff that means a lot to customers like me. Fast Shine Car Wash - Card - Car Wash Near Me - Tracy, California

Okay, not great. If I really need a car wash I might come here. The service was fine and people were friendly, but the wash itself wasn't very good. read more

Car wash was fine...damage caused on two rims of my car due to poor instructions from staff. Debit card was taken outside the wash and another employee motioned for me to come forward while payment was being run. I ended up in the wash with my window down while my debit card was handed back to me. Meanwhile the two pressure washer employees started spraying the windshield while my window was still down. At no time were any verbal instructions given by any employee. Since I couldn't see because of the power washing, my foot was on the brake. I would have seen the sign to be in neutral without the break had this not been the case. This resulted in the track that pulls the car forward lifting my driver side up and slamming down twice before employees told me what was happening. Because of this, both rims on my driver side were damaged. The wash itself was decent, but obviously my concern is the lack of care by employees to ensure damage is not caused by rushing and not giving clear instructions. The sign about neutral/brake should also be posted outside the wash entrance in case employees don't provide adequate verbal instructions. read more

Fast, thorough, and always friendly! I've been coming here for a while now, and they never disappoint. My car always comes out spotless, and having access to vacuums is a great bonus. Definitely my go-to car wash. read more

Great pricing great services will definitely be back . Really happy with quality of wash over other places

Only giving this three stars because the staff that I encountered were nice. The actual car wash was not very good, and the vacuums are the worst vacuums. I think I'd ever used my Home vacuum has a stronger suction than those vacuums, and it was not just the stall that I was parked that it was multiple because I checked Horrible. Horrible horrible. Not worth the price. read more

Horrible. Bought 96 hour gareentee rewash of my truck It was 86 hours after wash The manager refused to rewash the car because there was no paper proof Showed him that bank transactions didn't help Don't. Go to this business Unfair practices. Stay away!! read more

The reason I'm writing is because of the sweet girl ( I mean she's grown) working the front register. She's a brunette with wavy hair. Let me tell you, she's brightens my day every time I see her. She has excellent customer service and always hustling. It really makes a difference and thought management should know. Oh and the monthly membership is so worth it especially if you live in Tracy with the horrible sap we have coming off these trees here. read more

Been coming here for a long time. Always gets the job done. I use the unlimited for my company car and buy platinum for my private car. Always friendly staff and available vacuums. read more

For the longest time I've loved this car wash. Unfortunately, around the time they decided to sell the service level dropped. The last few times I've taken my car through, components of the car wash itself weren't working or were under maintenance. The towel dry ( how good of a job done was always based on who was drying that time ) quality has been lousy the last few times I've gone. They raised their prices, and all the sudden the pricing is hard to justify, They've posted a new mile-long list of things they say they aren't liable for. Some of the items on the list are understandable, but others are a shame, like "cars over 5 years old." It shows low integrity to claim they won't take responsibility if their employees or machinery cause damage. If I have prepaid washes, so I'll atleast be back to finish those. Hopefully the new management will step up between now and then and improve the experience. read more

This car wash is hands down the best in Tracy. They've always taken great care of us. We've tried Mister . They look fancy, but the wash is trash. read more

Love going here, I did accidentally buy a subscription for a car wash. I thought it was just one month of car washes but it is a subscription.. It is worth it though! You can go as many times as you like. For me it was great just going once a week and it pays for itself by the third wash? I got the $37 subscription for the Best wash ($17) I think it's worth it. Especially if you're a commuter. I'm from MH, and when I would go to Walmart, I would just stop by and do a quick wash. read more

Went there having intentions of Getting my car clean total opposite went through the drive-through car wash in the machine put soap all over my car and didn't even use water to rinse it off so I got stuck with soap all over my car and that's not even the worst part you got lazy workers who are overweight and does not care about their job I asked him a simple question hey can you wipe that for me (considering every wash comes with a free hand wipe down )and he gave me an attitude and start shaking his head and laughing with his friends completely unprofessional and a horrible Experience water/soap was left all over my car DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE THE URGE TO WAIST YOUR MONEY read more

Fast Shine Car Wash - Complete waist of money those kids working(drying of the cars by hand shouldn't have a job LITERALLY! - Car Wash Near Me - Tracy, California

My review of the wash is solidly ran. Never an issue when I pull in and the wash is substantial. Drying at the end is waved off typically with fear of scratches from watches and belts and such. Not saying that I have had scratches happen but just worry about it read more

Scratched the hell out of my wife's new car and the manager was a real jerk about it. It looks like the front of her car was blasted with gravel or something. The manager refused to open a claim and wouldn't let us see the footage of the car going through or before it entered. If you didn't cause the damage why are you hiding the proof? read more

Amazing and quick!!!! Sierra and Toni were excellent in servicing my truck. I come here often and love the easy flow of traffic also.
