This is the best place to come for an oil change and car wash in Ceres. The service is always fast and everyone is so personable and friendly. The lounge area is spacious and well-kept. The attendants always do a great job and will even remove my antenna when i forget to do it. Bonus: there are hardly any long lines for the car wash or vacuums. I was told by attendant that is would be 20 minutes for an oil change. 1 hour later I'm still sitting at the lobby waiting for my car. I drive my car thru the car wash right after my car wash already upset from them taking so long to get my oil changed. I went thru the tunnel and for an UNKNOWN reason!! the car in front of me stops, my car keep going I start honking my horn to have attendant turn off the car wash. They did not do it in time which caused my car to hit the car in front of me numerous times causing my bumper to get damaged. When i talked to Ashley the on site manager she apologized and said she had talked to the owner Dimi and he stated to her not to worry they would take care of it. I went back on Monday to talk to Dimi and Ashley and was re assured my car was going to be fixed. Dimi asked me to go get an estimate at body shop and that he would take care of it. On 9/26/2013 i went back to Dimi with the estimate and he now went back on his word and decided he was not going to take care of it. He stating "I would rather lose you as a client than to pay to have your car fixed". Really!!! how does this man run his business???? Usually don't write reviews but this place sucks ass. As we went through the car wash, we joked and laughed about the disgusting look of their walls which were stained green and mildew-y and the brushes which were brown and looked dirty. After getting out and examining the car, it was much dirtier than when brought in, with none of the spots removed and a layer of dirt left over a large portion of the car. Furthermore, the blowers cracked and blew off a bug and rock shield that was bolted on and had been through hundreds of prime shine car washes. There is a sign we had missed at the front of the track that said aftermarket additions to the exterior of the vehicle were the drivers responsibility, so not necessarily their fault, but you couldn't pay me to take a car through there again. read more

I came with my dad to get our SUV oil changed and washed. Took about an hour and a half for it to get done. Pretty reasonable if you want a good job done on your car. BUT, be careful as well, seems like this car wash has broken a numerous amount of antennas on previous clients cars. One of the workers suggested to my dad that he would take it off so it wouldn't be broken, my dad told him not too yet the worker still did. That's when he broke it and told us that he tried to avoid the car wash itself from breaking it. That being done, we had to wait another 30 minutes for it to be replaced at no cost which is the upside. But being here here for 2 hours because of their mistake is kinda annoying. So he had to go inside to the atm and pay $2 to get cash. So they decided to ring me up in the mean time... Only before he swiped my card it completed the transaction. Was quoted $59.99 for Havoline synth oil change which I accepted. When completed I was charged $73.81. When I questioned the additional charges I was told the $59. price was for 5 quarts and it took 5 1/2 quarts to top off. I told them I signed for a $59. oil change and was never told about the additional charges until job was complete. I explained that this was a poor way to do business, the customer should be told up front of possible additional charges. (Note: car mfg. indicates 5 qt. capacity.) When I went to pay with my Chevron credit card I was told, rather rudely, that my card was rejected, so I used my ATM. I later checked with Chevron and they indicated there was no reason for my card to be rejected, I have used this card for many years. I came to wash my moms car because she was nice enough to let us borrow it while we save up money to fix ours. Well, service was good, nice and helpful. While i was in the wash itself i heard screeching noises. Thought it was just the machines. Once i went to the vacuums, i finished one side and when i went to vacuum the other, what do you know? Paint f**ing chipped above the drivers back tire! And scratches on the whole drivers side! Now i KNOW my MOMS CAR. I know for a fact that shit wasn't there. I've left the car in my driveway everyday. Only times i leave is to go to the store. They tried telling someone must have keyed the car or rocks went up and hit. All because there was a scratch on the front of the car that's been there seen my mom bought it, which was 3 years ago. They were going to help pay for the fix but after their "expert" knowledge of what happened apparently they changed their mind. And because im the first person in months to have this problem with their machines, it's so suspicious to them. I went to this location to get a quick car wash after working all night and as I was going through, the passenger side spinning thing was rubbing against my side mirror and caused one of the mounting screws to break free. One of the lube techs tried to see if it was just loose or could be fixed and it could not. So i asked to speak to the manager, Erica, about them paying to fixed the damage that was caused. The manager was very polite and looked at the damage and then went to the back office to speak to the owner named Dimi and the manager came back out explaining they were not responsible for damage to mirrors and antennas. When I asked to speak to the owner I was told "they are a little busy" so I asked for a card and contact info. If I have to I will contact a lawyer to get this resolved but I am hoping the company will do what is right. read more

My Wife took her Infinity there for an oil change and the technician neglected to put back the under tray securely. The technician only put back 2 out of 10 screws. As a result, the under tray fell on the 99 freeway which almost caused an accident. I immediately took the vehicle back to Premier Car Wash & Oil Service, and they informed me that the technician who worked on my wife's car got fired the day after the job was done (which is not my problem!) This issue was then escalated to a manager, then another, then another. To no avail! Meanwhile, they zip tied the under tray until they get approval to fix it. I then took the vehicle to Infinity of Modesto and they quoted me $218.76 to fix the vehicle and replace the under tray since it was damaged on the freeway. I took the invoice to Premier and the head manager Jim told me he would pass it along to their attorneys to review and get back to me. When I called him 3 weeks later, he told me the attorneys have a lot they are dealing with and that they would get my complaint when they get to it. It has been over 2 months and no phone call from anyone. This is just sad how a company can operate like this!!!! Ok the service was good. BUT their wash uses the old style rubber agitators. Right away I thought "f*×€#" and sure enough I found a paint chip ripped out if my 2016 dodge coupe sedan.
