Morally you just have to do what a 11-year old would do: spend 30$ to fix what you broke. Instead you would rather garner poor reviews and get reported to the BBB and loose membership: your mentality is to loose 55$ a month membership instead of 30$ wiper That's corporate mentality and proves your just a hat behind a computer screen. *Update #2. A formal complaint has been issued with the City. Additionally the company is stating that a sign is legally binding contract that they may damage your vehicle if it's older than 5 years old even if the part's damaged are new. Neither is legal. See their Yelp for reviews and for damage complaints.

Very Disappointed With Quick Quack Car Wash…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. My vehicle was scratched all over after going through their car wash, and based on the professional detailer who inspected it, the damage is consistent with dirty or contaminated car wash brushes. Several times while going through the wash, I felt hard impacts that were so severe it felt like I was being rear-ended or involved in a minor car accident. Unfortunately, Quick Quack denied any responsibility for the damage. I purchased this vehicle just three months ago. It was in pristine condition, had no scratches or damage, and had been garage-kept throughout its life. Quick Quack was the only car wash I used with this vehicle. After the damage occurred, I took the car to a professional detailer. He explained that the scratches were consistent with the brushes used in the car wash and that the brushes appeared to have been contaminated with debris. What made the situation even worse was the way the manager and corporate office handled my claim. I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously, and they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I have used car washes before, but after this experience, I will never use Quick Quack again and cannot recommend them to anyone. If you care about your vehicle's finish, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before putting your car through this wash .

Cost more than Bay Area. Quality of the wash is practically the same as prime shine. And there no half off on the second wash. That's the only reason why I came so I can clean both cars and one at half off the premium wash.. The reason I'm giving this location a one star was the experience. This car wash is messy, stagger vehicles trying to get in, no attendant designating who goes next. I paid for the $18 wash and I don't think I got the wash because the truck next to me paid after me and cut me off as I'm trying to turn in. The hummer behind him tried to do the same thing! This wouldn't happen at prime-shine because they will mark your car or let the operator know which vehicle paid for what. At mister you will never know. I had the tire shine and under carriage and came out with none of that. I could complain but the line was ridiculous long, terrible location to put a car wash. Even worst when no Mister employee designating the vehicle flow. Won't be spending $18 on a wash. Come here if you want to spend $18 on an unknown wash and you might get rear ended because they make you 4 inches away from each car..

A touchless car wash. TOUCHLESS! Need I say more?…read more I was in the need for a car wash, but didn't have the time to do it myself. With a brand new vehicle I am extra careful where I go and automatic car washes could potentially have brushes that scratch your paint. Everyone knows this. A family member told me there is a touchless car wash in Ceres and so I came to check it out. They provide three different wash options: Better, Best, and Good. As of July 2024, the prices of each are $10, $13, and $16, respectively. They not only provide single washes but also limitless monthly programs! That is available for $23, $33, and $40, respectively. Per my family, the prices have only gone up by one $1 in two years, which is pretty amazing since we are in an inflation. I always go for the Best single wash. This service includes a complimentary free towel, car freshener, and dash wipe! Before the service, the worker also pre-soaks and scrubs your vehicle to get the grime off. The wash is very clean and thorough. You just drive up to the middle of the wash and let the machine do its work by going around multiple times. At the end is a slow blowdry. Not only the wash but this place has vacuum stations too! I highly recommend this spot for a touchless wash.

When I asked to at least to make an incident report for my insurance for the sake of at least having it in writing he then refused to help. Place is a total scam and takes no accountability. Upon further investigation Brandon is one of the owners family members, which about sums it up. The Car was flawless before coming in. They will be hearing from my insurance and lawyer.

During my short time here, I received nothing but complaints and write-ups over issues that I felt could have easily been addressed through proper communication and guidance. I was repeatedly told that the way I was completing my work with the vehicles was "unprofessional," yet management never took the time to properly show me the procedures or expectations in the first place. It is frustrating to be criticized for not meeting expectations when those expectations were never clearly explained or properly demonstrated. I'm always willing to learn and improve, but employees need to be given the proper tools, training, and communication to succeed. Overall, my experience was extremely unprofessional and frustrating, and I would strongly encourage management to improve their communication and training process before holding employees accountable for mistakes they were never properly taught how to avoid.

I would strongly recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else…read more I brought my brand-new Tesla to Modesto Hand Car Wash this morning to have the inside and outside cleaned. When I got my car back, there was a large scratch across the center console that was not there before the wash. I immediately brought the damage to their attention. Instead of showing concern, trying to figure out what happened, or taking any responsibility, I was basically told that they were not responsible for it. What bothered me just as much as the damage was how the situation was handled afterward. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds when a customer reports damage says a lot. I expected at least some level of professionalism and accountability. Instead, I left feeling completely dismissed. If you are trusting a business with an expensive or newer vehicle, I would seriously think twice before bringing it here. Based on my experience, if something is damaged while your vehicle is in their care, you may be left dealing with it yourself. I definitely won't be returning and would highly recommend going somewhere else.
