Update: Quick Quack car wash. Firstly, legally a sign and a policy does not absolve you from damaging vehicles - I checked. The vehicle is barely 6 years old. Morally you just have to do what a 11-year old would do: spend 30$ to fix what you broke. Instead you would rather garner poor reviews and get reported to the BBB and loose membership: your mentality is to loose 55$ a month membership instead of 30$ wiper That's corporate mentality and proves your just a hat behind a computer screen. *Update #2. A formal complaint has been issued with the City. Additionally the company is stating that a sign is legally binding contract that they may damage your vehicle if it's older than 5 years old even if the part's damaged are new. Neither is legal. Very Disappointed With Quick Quack Car Wash I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. My vehicle was scratched all over after going through their car wash, and based on the professional detailer who inspected it, the damage is consistent with dirty or contaminated car wash brushes. Several times while going through the wash, I felt hard impacts that were so severe it felt like I was being rear-ended or involved in a minor car accident. Unfortunately, Quick Quack denied any responsibility for the damage. I purchased this vehicle just three months ago. It was in pristine condition, had no scratches or damage, and had been garage-kept throughout its life. Quick Quack was the only car wash I used with this vehicle. After the damage occurred, I took the car to a professional detailer. He explained that the scratches were consistent with the brushes used in the car wash and that the brushes appeared to have been contaminated with debris. What made the situation even worse was the way the manager and corporate office handled my claim. I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously, and they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I have used car washes before, but after this experience, I will never use Quick Quack again and cannot recommend them to anyone. This car wash is so much better than competitors specifically because of the many amenities quick quack car wash provides. Quick quack has memberships that are priced fairly, provide clean towels to dry down your car, the vacuums have great suction 99.999% of the time, a crevice tool that for the hard to reach places. Usually, much more often than not the staff is good about keeping the towels stocked but tonight on a Monday at 6pm all the clean towels are unavailable :/ must be really busy! Nonetheless I recommend this place 10/10 it's also located in a great stop, right by many fast food options, tractor supply and a Walmart making it super convenient to grab a quick car wash while out running errands read more

Be aware if your car gets damaged they don't cover the damages! I had a membership at this carwash and my license plate has been damaged twice. I made a report and they didnt cover the damages. My license plate was bent in half and there reasoning was they dont cover damages for unsecured items. How was my license plate not secured? Don't recommend my car has been damaged too many times not worth it. Ive had damages on my back bumper as well. read more

I have come to this location and purchased multiple washes for multiple cars not under a membership. One day, a super nice employee (male, wears glasses) sold me on a membership. I thought, "Why not I come here anyways". Paid $31.99 for my membership. It had been only my second time washing my 2020 Honda Odyssey under membership when during the end of the wash entering the drying phase, my driver's side mirror flew off. I drove to the vacuuming area and wondered how to let them know before another car entered the wash. I then exited the vacuum section and went back around to let the employee know that my mirror came off in the car wash. The staff member went into the wash and came back handed it to me and said "It's broken" without stating whether I could file an incident report for the damage and just said, "Have a good day". I saw the sign stating that they are liable for damages for factory installed items on the vehicle, your vehicle must be under 5 yrs old, and which it is. Since I didn't know you actually have to file an incident report on site, I called customer service to inquire about the damage. Customer Service representative actually told me to go back to this facility right away and file an incident report after I told her what had happened and the brief interaction with the employee. So that's what I did. I let him know they advised me to come back and filled it out and was done. I received an email from the Store Leader Jessica Gage stating that the damage was in the drying faze and I can go buy a mirror for $30, all she could offer was 2 free months of membership. I wasn't and still am not satisfied with this answer because I told Jessica that I'm now out $31.99 for my membership and over $45-$91 (which I don't even think is the correct mirror I found on an auto part store website) for having to replace my factory mirror glass alone on my vehicle which is pretty ridiculous. Mirror price is based on vehicle model and I can't just order one on Amazon either. My husband let me know that we'll actually have to go to the Honda Dealership and get a quote from them. The only $30 mirror that I would even assume Store Leader Jessica would be talking about, is a cut to fit glass kit that you take all the broken glass off your old mirror and try sticking the cheap plastic/glass on your mirror base. Not going to work safety wise. In the same message responding to Jessica on 3/24/2024, I also inquired about cancellation of membership whether she could do it for me or direct me how to do it myself. She didn't respond at all. However, customer service was able to assist me when I informed them that I had received no response. In my 2nd email on 4/13/2024, I stated in my email that, "With your facility stating the requirements of anything broken that is a factory grade, a vehicle less than 5 years of age, at no point on the sign state "just in the wash portion" or vice versa. So either you guys are falsely advertising what you are responsible for on your facility property or your facility will honor what's advertised.". Still no response. So don't come here for a membership where if your vehicle gets potentially damaged, even though stated on a sign right when you enter, they'll find some sort of excuse not to honor their own policy. Hopefully I won't get a fix it ticket, cited, or stopped for the damage until I'm able to get it fixed with the dealership. read more

*WARNING* We are new members to Quick Quack car wash. This was the 3rd time taking our 2002 Silverado through the wash and I immediately told my son the wash sounded rough. It was close to closing time and getting dark. After coming home and walking around the truck I noticed alot of new, really noticeable scratches. They are actually really bad! Good quality car wash. Dries it not well. Thought that was no issue because they have the air to blow off the car, and towels...but wait! Many of the air things aren't well maintained and don't work well (at a new place), vacuums some work well and others don't, and they have towels available maybe 20% of the time I go there. I got the unlimited and I usually have to bring and use my own towels, and they seem to be closed during business hours a little too often. My truck was going through the wash, my truck seemed to rock back and fourth like it was stuck, this was right before the dryers. My truck was then pushed through the rest of the was by the car behind me. I had minor damage, mostly on my tow hitch. The car behind had a smashed in license plate. The team member was amazing! Helpful, took documentation, watched me go through, since the wash didnt rinse my car, she watched me go through with no other cars. The team member said i will be contacted by the manager within a day or two, this was 1 week ago! No one contacted me. As we were talking to staff, this happened again, but the cars did not hit, another person came up to complain. Staff stated they have been having problems with the tracks. This is ridiculous. I still have yet to be contacted. There was a report done and the staff was awesome, management that is lacking. read more

First of all, before deciding to take your car to a quick quack, go on the better business bureau site (www.bbb.org). They are not an accredited business and there are multiple complaints that they do not fix any damages to your car. Same thing happened to me and my husband's vehicles. Scratches all along the passenger side and according to their investigation, it was previously there. I hope this helps. Think twice before you go, especially if you have a new vehicle. I'm not a scammer, just a disappointed customer, with an honest opinion of this company. As I can see from other complaints on Yelp, quick quack has an answer for everything, but admitting to any fault. Save your breath quick quack. Don't respond to my complaint, Bbb.org explains it all. warning if you use them and your car is damaged they will not pay for the damag. I noticed my wiper blade broke off. I went to the worker inside and asked if he could please retrieve my blade, he stopped the machine went in a found it, he then directed me to the office, were I made my report. She said someone will call me. Almost a month and did not hear from anyone. I made a call and I was told someone should return my call, and that she was sotry for the delay. Another two weeks and still no call back. Called again and got the same response. I went online and read reviews of this common practice. Leaves spots on my windows regardless of what car I take through. Also the gate works half the time quickly and other times you have to wait to be let in by the staff. The only nice thing is that it's new, but quality wash is lacking. Also, to cancel, you have to call them, but you can make purchases and upgrade your plan online, which is weird. read more

The workers were so rude... the garbage was full and they had zero towels out so you can't dry your vehicle. If you have a truck it will not wash the front bumper, hood or even the front window. It is not worth it at all even when you pay for the more expensive one. Plus if anything happened to a new vehicles they don't pay to fix it like they say. This new location is amazing! The vacuums work really well and there is a lot of space for cars. I never had an issue. There is a long wait around 4pm but only because everyone is coming out of work. Stopped in to give them a try, paid for my wash in cash, was told it would be a few minutes while they were making an adjustment to something in the wash, 2-3 minutes later the young man came back with a receipt refund saying they had to close the wash....I asked if I could get the cash I just paid back and was told that the manager said they were not allowed to refund cash. Called the 800 number but nothing anyone could do. I understand that equipment fails, it happens and it's not anyone's fault.....but makes sense to refund via the original payment method. read more
