What happened to prime shine xpress? I was ready to pay $12 for the premium wash but only to pull up to a now Mister car wash. $18 for a full detail and under carriage wash. Cost more than Bay Area. Quality of the wash is practically the same as prime shine. And there no half off on the second wash. That's the only reason why I came so I can clean both cars and one at half off the premium wash.. The reason I'm giving this location a one star was the experience. This car wash is messy, stagger vehicles trying to get in, no attendant designating who goes next. I paid for the $18 wash and I don't think I got the wash because the truck next to me paid after me and cut me off as I'm trying to turn in. The hummer behind him tried to do the same thing! This wouldn't happen at prime-shine because they will mark your car or let the operator know which vehicle paid for what. At mister you will never know. I had the tire shine and under carriage and came out with none of that. I could complain but the line was ridiculous long, terrible location to put a car wash. Even worst when no Mister employee designating the vehicle flow. Won't be spending $18 on a wash. Come here if you want to spend $18 on an unknown wash and you might get rear ended because they make you 4 inches away from each car.. read more

Most of last year, every time I would go to this car wash location, something would be broken, it would be closed, it would be closed early, or there would be some issue where I couldn't get my cars washed. In the last two months that I have been going back to the car wash, it's always been open during the listed business hours, and it's always been in working order. THANK YOU for fixing the issues. If I could give a negative 5 star I really would. My daughter's car got hit again in the same Mister car wash, in the same car two years apart. When it happened 2 years ago no manager ever called us to fix what happened. Now my daughter got rear ended on Monday and they supposedly took our info and told us that it would be 24-72hrs for a manager to contact us. I asked for the Regional Manager to call us because both cars had damage. Called Thursday to see why no one called and she said she flagged to have their Regional manager call us that night or next day. Friday 3:30p still no contact from any manager. Called back again and they told us it takes 3 days to contact. I think they're not taking this serious at all. The price they charge, $18 to have your car damaged, not completely dried, or still spots dirty is not worth it. I MISS PRIME SHINE!!! Just had this bumper fixed, paid a $500 deductible because an asshole hit her car backing up, then Mister car wash stacks up the cars so they hit and damage cars. read more

ALWAYS CHECH YOUR VEHICLE BEFORE AND AFTER THE CAR WASH LIKE I DO. My spare tire cover got damaged 2 weeks ago while it was inside of the car wash at the Whitmore location in Ceres and the manager open a report but when I talked to them to check the status of the report they said that the cover came off at the dryer section and that the car wash didn't to the damage which I know my tire cover we as not loose cuz I always check my car before taking it in, so in other words to them is not their fault and now I have to buy a new one and spend money I shouldn't because I didn't ripped it off. By the damage, it looks like one of the body cleaning brushes ripped of the cover letting it loose enough and when it got to the dryer section it made it come off causing more damage to it and I can't put it back on cuz it will not stay on and besides that now it has scratches. I'm not happy about this, this is the only place I trusted because I never had problems there before but after this I'm will not come back to any of their locations I rather take my vehicle to a car wash where they do it by hand and I will stop recommending this carwash company to my friends and my customers. read more

If I could give a negative star, I would. They are rarely open and when they finally were, they broke down 3 times while we'd were in line. Our car didn't get rinsed but we were glad to get out. Had to go to another one to get it Re washed and that was scary because they had similar issues. read more

Not liking this new car wash. No pre-soak, not towelette to wipe down the inside, no 1/2 off second car wash coupon. Prime Shine had it right. This place just charges you more and gives you less. Customer service is slow and they try to sell you everything. My car has smudges all over it so it wasn't worth my time. I can take it to 5-minute car wash and get it cleaned, vacuumed, the inside and outside wiped down and dried off for what this place charges. I'll go there from now on. read more

The personal are fantastic the car wash not so much. The system did not get the bird poo off my windshield, my rims still look the same dirty. Could not get to the vacuums the line forms right behind the vacuum parking spaces so left without getting all the services I paid for will not be returning there especially for the prices. Car wash left back window spotted. The first vacuum I pulled up to was missing the nozzle. The second vacuum I tried was running but had no suction. The pavement beneath the vacuum area was filthy with trash and landscape clippings which stuck to the back of my mat which I placed on the ground. A less-than and frustrating experience. read more
