A family member told me there is a touchless car wash in Ceres and so I came to check it out. They provide three different wash options: Better, Best, and Good. As of July 2024, the prices of each are $10, $13, and $16, respectively. They not only provide single washes but also limitless monthly programs! That is available for $23, $33, and $40, respectively. Per my family, the prices have only gone up by one $1 in two years, which is pretty amazing since we are in an inflation. I always go for the Best single wash. This service includes a complimentary free towel, car freshener, and dash wipe! Before the service, the worker also pre-soaks and scrubs your vehicle to get the grime off. The wash is very clean and thorough. You just drive up to the middle of the wash and let the machine do its work by going around multiple times. At the end is a slow blowdry. Not only the wash but this place has vacuum stations too! I highly recommend this spot for a touchless wash.

When I got my car back, there was a large scratch across the center console that was not there before the wash. I immediately brought the damage to their attention. Instead of showing concern, trying to figure out what happened, or taking any responsibility, I was basically told that they were not responsible for it. What bothered me just as much as the damage was how the situation was handled afterward. Accidents can happen, but how a business responds when a customer reports damage says a lot. I expected at least some level of professionalism and accountability. Instead, I left feeling completely dismissed. If you are trusting a business with an expensive or newer vehicle, I would seriously think twice before bringing it here. Based on my experience, if something is damaged while your vehicle is in their care, you may be left dealing with it yourself. I definitely won't be returning and would highly recommend going somewhere else.
