That patience is gone. Service here is a coin flip depending on who's working. One employee is consistently polite and professional. Another, who appears to be in a lead role, is a completely different story: confrontational, dismissive, and outright rude to customers. Yelled at in a foreign Language On my last visit, I walked over to the office simply to grab a towel while my car was being finished. This employee jumped up, visibly agitated, and snapped at me that I "didn't need to walk to the office" -- over a towel. In three decades as a customer, I have never been spoken to like that, for any reason. I loved this place and defended it through the ownership change. But loyalty only goes one way here now. I won't be back, and I'd think twice before recommending it to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

A formal complaint has been issued with the City. Additionally the company is stating that a sign is legally binding contract that they may damage your vehicle if it's older than 5 years old even if the part's damaged are new. Neither is legal. Very Disappointed With Quick Quack Car Wash…read more I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Quick Quack Car Wash. My vehicle was scratched all over after going through their car wash, and based on the professional detailer who inspected it, the damage is consistent with dirty or contaminated car wash brushes. Several times while going through the wash, I felt hard impacts that were so severe it felt like I was being rear-ended or involved in a minor car accident. Unfortunately, Quick Quack denied any responsibility for the damage. I purchased this vehicle just three months ago. It was in pristine condition, had no scratches or damage, and had been garage-kept throughout its life. Quick Quack was the only car wash I used with this vehicle. After the damage occurred, I took the car to a professional detailer. He explained that the scratches were consistent with the brushes used in the car wash and that the brushes appeared to have been contaminated with debris. What made the situation even worse was the way the manager and corporate office handled my claim. I felt that my concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously, and they refused to take responsibility for the damage. I have used car washes before, but after this experience, I will never use Quick Quack again and cannot recommend them to anyone. If you care about your vehicle's finish, I would strongly recommend thinking twice before putting your car through this wash .

BEWARE!! Took my corolla 2008 S to Mister Car wash at 1400…read moreGeer road, exactly a week ago. Half way into the drive-through tunnel, I heard a very loud bang behind my car. When I exited, I found out that the spoiler on my trunk was out and trailing behind my car, only held in place by the wire that connects the brake light. The I parked at the vacuum spot, tried to see if it is something that I could fix, but I could not. I was still ruminating on what to do, when I saw one of the staff and called her attention. Narrated what happened and she used her radio to notify someone inside the building. After some minutes, a lady walked up to me with a tablet device, interviewed me and took some pictures of the car and the damaged component and told me that she would submit the report and the management will contact me within 72 hours. She sent a copy of the report to my email. After 72 hours, I called the office line and was told that they were yet to carry out the investigation. After another 2 days, I called again and was told to exercise patience that they were yet to review the report. That they were facing a lot of challenges in their station right now (possibly their car wash machines are causing a lot of damages). I just got off the phone few minutes ago with one of their agents: the report was that the spoiler was loose (broken) already before I came to the car wash. They were not liable for the damage done to my car by their machine. What an insensitive, and racist feedback!!
