I think it's great that they have a monthly Program to get your car washed here in the valley with several convenient locations That Mister car wash has. I like the fact that when you need to wash your vehicle because of this dusty valley , you can always run down and wash it. I have been an unlimited member for a few years . Then in December I went through (always Monte Vista Ave ) and it pulled my left driver bumper away ,which pulled my backup sensor out . I filed a claim and got denied but was told I could call headquarters and have them investigate. I called them and was told we will investigate and call you tomorrow. If I could give this place negative stars I would give them negative infinity. BEWARE!!! We went in with our Honda Pilot and came out with our paint severely damaged. The "manager" Kimberly who manages the monte vista location made the decision that the car wash is not liable for the damages that occurred after we exited the wash. She has video footage of our car going in the wash without any indication of paint damage and coming out with the damage! Our vehicle has never been in an accident nor had paint issues ever. Two major issues with this spot: 1) I understand Mister inherited this car wash from Prime Shine, but the conveyor at this place is horrible. Before the conveyor moved your vehicle it jolts you like going over a speed bump. Terrible design. 2) The vacuums are becoming more and more hit and miss. You might park in a stall and get one out of 4 vacuums working in your vicinity. It's horrible. The Geer road location is a big upgrade over this place so we have that going for us. read more

I haven't tried the Geer location, but this one is absolutely awful. I miss Prime Shine so much. The conveyor belt, as mentioned, is very jarring--but what was egregious to me was that, last time I went, the back of my car was still just as dirty as it was when it went in! My car wasn't even that dirty, I mostly wanted the vacuums. Which, by the way, are hit or miss, like the other reviews say. There's hardly any suction at all. I'm so disappointed because I'd love to have a car wash company around with plenty of locations so I could invest in the Unlimited Wash Club. This re-opening plan is so lame. I was given a complimentary car wash coupon after having lots of work done on my vehicle. This place is currently only accepting members? The women was more then happy to interact with me to sign me up for a $20+/month membership, but not to take my coupon? Explain the logic in that? I have been a longtime customer of the old Prime Shine car wash at this location. I probably been a monthly paying customer for 5 years. When Mister carwash took over I expected improvement but that has not been the case. The washer does not do as good of a job leaving me to do much more hand work. The dryer leaves much more water on my truck. This morning I tried 3 different stalls to vacuum my vehicle and still came up short. Going to have to move one more time. I honestly hope they get the bugs worked out and this is not their finished product. read more

We've had a monthly membership on all of our cars back to when Mister was still called Prime shine and honestly there have been issues along the way but I would have always previously assumed that it was a solid middle ground option for a quick carwash. Not anymore. We purchased a new car and went to replace the membership of the car we sold with the new car- should have been easy! It was NOT. Vanessa at this location refused to place the sticker on the windshield slightly below the clear of the glass even though that was the sticker placement on every prior car and I had photos to prove it. She claimed it was "policy" to place the sticker on the clear glass only and told us "if you don't like that then I can cancel your membership that's it." We asked for a manger since she was hostile from the beginning. No one was waiting at the pay station for us to renew the membership- we had to wait for her to come across the lot and give us attitude. She claimed to be the manager for a few minutes until she let it slip that she was only the assistant manager and then she gave us the card of her boss. From a service standpoint being so adamant that the sticker cannot be placed a half inch lower because of a "policy" she could not provide to us when we have other cars with the stickers in the same location and letting us know the only option is to cancel the membership is crazy! We cancelled all of our cars and will be taking our business elsewhere. Mister can thank Vanessa and her horrible attitude for the loss of business and I would recommend the business work on giving her training on how to speak with customers going forward before she is an even greater problem! read more

So I took my brand new Subaru there for its first ever car wash yesterday 04/15/2024 at 4:20pm. I asked the attendant if this car wash would get the little bits of mud in the wheel wells off as I wanted to ensure the car got completely clean (I had taken the Subaru on a flat 2 miles long trail driving about 10 mph). He said "Of course, no problem". When I pulled in to vacuum my car, I noticed the mud was still in each wheel well--- but the rest of the car was shiny and clean. After the fact, the attendant told me that they don't clean that area and I told him "Yes you do, you just told me you do and that's why I paid the $26 for the car wash". A young lady inside also said that they don't do that but that I could run my car through the wash again at no charge. After I did that, all the mud was still in the wheel wells---what a joke. I got home and washed what little mud there was in those wheel wells for 3-4 minutes with my skinny little hose and now the car looks clean again. This place is a rip off and they lie to you with a smile on their face. Go to the Fast Trak Carwash next to Costco instead. They will spray out the wheel wells---I should have gone there instead but chose to try out Mister Car Wash instead. Don't be like me...stay away from Mister Car Wash on Geer Road. read more

Just went back for the first time since the change from prime shine and honestly they have the same issues as before. The dryers never completely dry the car anyway( I bring a towel to dry it more)some of the vacuums don't work sometimes(just go to a different spot). They were never perfect to begin with but I will miss the free dash wipes. I like the new double lanes though. Will still be going back it's just convenient and It beats washing it by hand. read more

I took my brand new car through this car wash one week after purchasing the vehicle. The car was completely blemish free before going through the wash. The front end of my car was damaged in the car wash. I filed a complaint immediately with the shift manager and I have been going back and forth with management all week. They claim their car washes only cause major damage and there is no way the "minor chip and indentation" on my car could have been caused by them. I guess that was supposed to convince me that they aren't at fault. They tried showing me a video of my car going through they wash to prove they are not at fault. The video does not get anywhere near close enough to the front end of my car, or at an angle that proves the damage wasn't caused by them. This place is a joke and has no sense of morality or decency. I highly discourage you from using them. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and looking into taking legal action against them! read more

What is that all about??!! Never could figure that one out. Very disappointed that Prime Shine sold to them. My car is usually still dirty after I go through now. Blowers at the end don't work as well to get water off my car. Every time I have been there I've had to move my car because the vacuums aren't working in that particular stall. If I could give no stars, I would.
