Quick quack has memberships that are priced fairly, provide clean towels to dry down your car, the vacuums have great suction 99.999% of the time, a crevice tool that for the hard to reach places. Usually, much more often than not the staff is good about keeping the towels stocked but tonight on a Monday at 6pm all the clean towels are unavailable :/ must be really busy! BEWARE!! Took my corolla 2008 S to Mister Car wash at 1400…read moreGeer road, exactly a week ago. Half way into the drive-through tunnel, I heard a very loud bang behind my car. When I exited, I found out that the spoiler on my trunk was out and trailing behind my car, only held in place by the wire that connects the brake light. The I parked at the vacuum spot, tried to see if it is something that I could fix, but I could not. I was still ruminating on what to do, when I saw one of the staff and called her attention. Narrated what happened and she used her radio to notify someone inside the building. After some minutes, a lady walked up to me with a tablet device, interviewed me and took some pictures of the car and the damaged component and told me that she would submit the report and the management will contact me within 72 hours. She sent a copy of the report to my email. After 72 hours, I called the office line and was told that they were yet to carry out the investigation. After another 2 days, I called again and was told to exercise patience that they were yet to review the report. That they were facing a lot of challenges in their station right now (possibly their car wash machines are causing a lot of damages). I just got off the phone few minutes ago with one of their agents: the report was that the spoiler was loose (broken) already before I came to the car wash. They were not liable for the damage done to my car by their machine. What an insensitive, and racist feedback!!
