With a brand new vehicle I am extra careful where I go and automatic car washes could potentially have brushes that scratch your paint. Everyone knows this. A family member told me there is a touchless car wash in Ceres and so I came to check it out. They provide three different wash options: Better, Best, and Good. As of July 2024, the prices of each are $10, $13, and $16, respectively. They not only provide single washes but also limitless monthly programs! That is available for $23, $33, and $40, respectively. Per my family, the prices have only gone up by one $1 in two years, which is pretty amazing since we are in an inflation. I always go for the Best single wash. This service includes a complimentary free towel, car freshener, and dash wipe! Before the service, the worker also pre-soaks and scrubs your vehicle to get the grime off. The wash is very clean and thorough. You just drive up to the middle of the wash and let the machine do its work by going around multiple times. At the end is a slow blowdry. Not only the wash but this place has vacuum stations too! I highly recommend this spot for a touchless wash.

We've owned this vehicle since new and keep it garaged and well-maintained. His response? "There's nothing I can do." He told me he'd fill out an incident report, but that it would go nowhere and that they weren't at fault. Then he said, "I just work here," as if that excused him from taking any responsibility. Duncan is not just an employee. He's the grandson of the man who founded 5 Minute Car Wash. His father helps run it too. This is a family business, and their response to damaging a loyal customer's car was to shrug it off and show zero accountability. I paid for the repairs out of pocket and I won't be coming back. If you value your vehicle and expect even basic customer service, take it somewhere else. They don't care about your car, and they certainly don't care about you.
