I waited at your shop for over two hours because I care about my vehicle and am very particular with how it is treated. Because of that, I also took before and after photos of my vehicle. The morning pictures were taken before bringing my vehicle to your shop, and the night pictures were taken afterward. The photos clearly show the condition of the dashboard before arriving and the condition after the work was completed. Pictures do not lie. Instead of acknowledging my concerns professionally, your response shifted toward accusing me of having bad intentions from the beginning. That is unfair, disrespectful, and not how a reputable business should treat its customers. If my goal was to "take advantage" of your company, I would not have documented the condition of my vehicle beforehand. At this point, I am simply presenting the evidence I have and allowing others to make their own judgment based on the photos, timeline, and the responses provided by both yourself and the company. I got the PPF with Ceramic tint and window tinting. For $4300 and a "Certified Installer" I figured I couldn't go wrong ! WRONG ! It took this man 3 times to get it right , the first time taking over 2 weeks. There were bubbles so I had to go back a second time to have the bubbles corrected.... Another week. Then a THIRD time because there were bubbles again. He offered to come to my house to do it but only because I was going to take him to court for a refund. The third time has been successful, but here is the kicker ... he contacted me a year later and wanted to do a check up on his work, so I agreed and came all the way back he did his check around the car , maybe washed it , I don't recall now, but then tried to charge me for the visit , like $200 I think. I refused to pay and left .... I would NEVER go back to him or his shop for anything ! My son had his Tesla Model Y completely wrapped in a beautiful green, teal, gold, transition ... it took 1.5 days , was $2700 , and done right the first time at another place of course ....
