I used this shop when they were previously called Cooks Collision. They have changed their name to Calibre Collision. I had a workmanship warranty with them which is good as long as I own the car, so I thought. I called to see if they would do a repair using my warranty because it was the same part they fixed. I was told the warranty was no longer valid because it was under Cooks and not Calibre. Same place, same company, just a name change. What a scam. Consumers be aware. read more

I recently had to bring my Camaro here after it was hit in a parking lot (long story short - Woman in a truck hit me at speed as I was parking). What we initially thought was a small fender bender turned out to be close to 13k in damages: completely shattered the Axel, damaged the entire steering column, radiator, headlight and front bumper. Caliber did a really good job at fixing her (my Camero) up again, although it did take over 9 weeks. Partially due to getting parts but then further trouble with aligning the steering. Please don't take ur vehicle for repairs they are bunch of fraud and liars my insurance sent me their for inspection estimate when I went there based on my insurance appointment they gave me an initial estimate of 3,140 and wouldn't send the estimate to insurance so when I notified my insurance that I am not repairing my car at caliber due to bad reviews I have heard about them caliber changed the estimate to 2,200 after finding out I am not taking my car for repairs there I have filed a complaint with Bureau of automotive repairs and will take them to court for their fraudulent actions so please don't take your car their worst people. read more

Update. Took my car to a new auto shop and they removed my bumper and revealed that Caliber collision tried "glueing" on my bumper and caused all this damage rather than installing it properly. Now I will be needing an entire new bumper and taillight. Beware taking your car here. read more

Avoid !! I spoke with them over the phone first if it was fine to take my car with them I have a initial estimate from the drivers insurance and they gave me the OK to take it in. Not only did they waste my time but did not give me straight answers on why they couldn't do the repairs Then Bryan (supposedly the manager) ya he sucks with customer service. I do not recommend !! Go elsewhere cuz they will charge your insurance for the diagnosis but refused to give you the codes and refuse to Explain why they can't do the repairs. Literally such a waste of time. read more

Disclaimer: my insurance company forced me to go here. I was involved in an accident to which my pick up truck was totaled. I had just finished putting a cold air intake in and off road tires. I've never dealt with needing to clean out a vehicle and turning it over to the insurance company for a total loss. It sucks but these guys did me some big favors. I got approval from the insurance company to remove my tires and cold air intake and Adam was extremely helpful in allowing me the flexibility to be able to get this done. Like most mechanics, this shop doesn't have the machine to change out tires. Luckily, there is a Firestone nearby that does. This shop went above and far beyond my expectations in helping me get my expensive newish tires replaced with the old ones I kept, along with facilitating the replacement of my old air cleaner, which I also kept for some odd reason. I may not have chosen to come here, I wish I didn't have to given the circumstances, but you can be sure if I have a choice in the matter (assuming I need to) I'll gladly return. read more

I would like to share a great story about a solid company. I own a 2020 Ford Escape. In mid July '23 I noticed a "creeking" sound when I opened my drivers side door. I was taking my car to Ford for a recall issue. While there, I asked the service advisor about the door. There was no sign of damage to the door. He referred me to an auto body shop. I took to Caliber to seek advice. Adam came out and gave me his assessment. He was unsure. He said leave it and I'll check it out and get fixed. No estimated price was mentioned. I returned the car on 8-1-23 at 0730. By 1:30 I received a call from caliber advising the door was fixed and ready for pick up AT NO CHARGE. About year and a half ago this vehicle was involved in an accident. Caliber did the repairs, unrelated to this issue. A zero star would have been appropriate. Terrible experience at Caliber Collision body shop. Was involved in an accident and was recommended by my insurance. Never preformed inspection to see if there was any damage other than body damage when they were informed at drop off that there were some issues. Issues were never addressed and they attempted to inform us that the job was completed. In addition very dishonest and works with insurance companies to try to keep their cost down. read more

The bracket connnected to my spoiler broke off completely. (I had a friend install it) They were able to repair it by welding it together & re-installed it for me as well as changing the adjustment of the spoiler to my liking! I took my car in for repairs and didn't get good customer service. The technician never came to meet me or to explain what the repairs would be or how long it would take. We've been to another Calibar center and that is what they do. They meet you, explain the process and what estimated time of completion would be. I had to keep calling for updates myself. I know they charge tons of money from insurance companies when they do repairs so they should do better. read more

I didnt want to even put 1 star, if there was an option for no stars they would got it. It all starts with customer service and this place has no idea what that is. They first bugged me to schedule an appointment, which i couldnt at that time. I said I would have to call back when I have more time. They didnt like that very much. When i stopped by they seemed more worried about getting something from the insurance then taking care of me. At this point i knew i would not be comming back in for any repairs. Plus a friend of mine had their car repaired for something miniscule, and its been a year and he says he has had to go back there over 10 times for them to "fix" his car properly and it still isnt right. read more

Amy kept me informed throughout the entire process without ever having to wonder. Status at each stage was provided via text message. She even got me back in my van a day earlier than it was scheduled to be returned. I was able to leave the rental car there, and they returned it to Enterprise for me. Comfortable and clean waiting area with coffee, water and fresh popcorn. Staff is friendly as well. Customer service sucks. Had an appointment never got a reminder call. My appointment was booked two months out and of course I forgot. When I called to reschedule they didn't have any information on me or my appointment. Called the other Caliber Collision they didn't even take my insurance. Then I called the other one back to make an appointment and I mentioned that the other caliber shop wouldn't take my insurance and then she said they wouldn't either. That's bull crap. My black Lexus got egged on Halloween night while I drove to the store. Trouble is, when I got out and looked after hearing something hit the car I did not see anything. The next day I found it and spent days trying to clean it but it would not clean. I went in two body shops and the first said the entire panel had to be removed and painted. I went into Caliber and Thomas right away offered to send it back and try buffing it out at no charge. They did, and almost all of it, except two tiny places, came off. Enough that I don't need to do anything more for now anyway. When I decide to do body work I will not hesitate to use them. read more

Had a very unfortunate car accident (rear ended) two weeks ago. Our insurance directed us to Caliber Collision for some body work to our car. I was sad because we've worked with Cook's before and was very pleased with their service from a previous job but was very relieved that they just changed their name into Caliber! Same clean office and restroom (just being really honest!!!) friendly staff and our estimator (?) Mr. Juan Rosales went above and beyond for us! They are always busy but he made sure to make it a priority to get our car done ASAP as I have very little kids and he's very understanding about our situation. The guys in the shop did a good job with our car, they washed and vacuumed the inside, too! The job was supposed to take like two weeks but they rushed it to 1.5 weeks. My new Mercedes was in a small crash; Since day one, they called me to update the status of my vehicle. I was able to get text messages and emails with the updates. I honestly never take the time to write reviews but i especially felt the need to do so with this place. I was referred to this shop by Farmers insurance after my neighbor backed into my car and left a pretty decent sized dent in my front bumper. After meeting with an estimator at this shop, i went ahead and dropped my car off, they took before photos and it was there for roughly a week. I was super excited to know I was getting a brand new bumper and literally couldn't wait to pick up my car. When I did, I quickly noticed that there was scrapes and scratches on every single one of my rims that were not there before. Even in the before photos you can see my rims were in perfect condition and the employee working here tried to tell me they were already there. He zoomed in a glare from the sunlight and claimed that was a scratch, when i'm reality, that's not even where the scratch was in person. He basically told me i was lying and that there was nothing he could do about it. Not only was there scratches on my rims but the passenger side of my car had a few scrape marks as if they were trying to squeeze my car where it could not fit which would also explain my rims being scraped up. I also noticed this shop was packed with tons of cars super close together so it's no wonder there's other reviews on here about damage this shop has caused. I just feel like i traded a new bumper for other cosmetic damages that i now have to fix on my own because this shop wants to ignore calls and e-mails to resolve this issue. Very unprofessional. I wish I would've taken my car somewhere that actually cares about quality. read more
