Had to bring my car in after a sideswipe with another driver that wasn't my fault. The other parties insurance Geico said I could pick my own shop or a shop or their choice. I would've took my car to a mechanic but with COVID still being COVID, a lot of parts are back ordered. The place to get the parts I needed the fastest was Caliber! I did have to wait about 3 weeks. Then I had my appointment, I dropped it off, they called the shuttle from Enterprise & I was on my way. They told me it would take 5 days.. kept me updated through text on repairs. It did end up taking a 2 weeks to fix because they endured a problem. But the lady in the front office called and kept me updated. The morning my car was ready, she called, I went to pick it up. I didn't even have to take the rental back to Enterprise I just left it at caliber and they arranged for someone to pick it up for me. I believe the girl I spoke with the entire times name is Jennifer.. she's a manager or supervisor of some sort because she has her own little office. She was very nice & informative. Tracy Caliber Collision had stupidly removed a very expensive technology feature that was originally installed as a part of my brand new vehicles luxury package from the dealership before drop off in Tracy. Upon driving home with the car after a number of days with them, I noticed the icon no longer typically appeared during my drive home. My suspicions made immediately to calling them back and ask, they said "that the technology feature did not come with my car". Did I say these people are stupid! I DO NOT RECOMMEND going to this location due to their stupidity. They DID NOT have a solid system of steps to prevent this stupidity. I am disgusted to have my vehicle feature taken away and only to be given back to me after their stupidity needed proof that they're not giving me an additional feature that didnt come with my car had created a serious problem to place me in this position and having to drive back for them to give me back what they took from me is not forgivable. In all if you dont know how to Work on Infiniti Dont touch it Last year i Had an Accident where someone accelerated and then slammed on their brakes at a yellow light.... (its yellow you dont have to stop tf bro) I took the car to caliber collision the car was repaired and I cant lie i was going to be late for work when i picked it up and from first glance the car looked good. I dropped it off to my lady got in the work van went on about my day For the whole time the car was being driven by her for a year I wasnt able to catch anything wrong with the car but i did notice every time i did drive it the hood would look shaky..... With the music on full blast you hear nothing so i thought nothing . Until i noticed about a week ago with the wind on hell i heard clicking ..... im like nooooo its at 141k i hope its not its time...... hauled ass to infiniti to see what it was ..... before i could even speak to the desk people a few mechanics saw what i didn't..... The right fender was not aligned properpley to the left ..... the bumper , or the hood was not put on correctly .. they had me pull it up to another Infiniti opened the hood and showed me that things weren't put in the right place...... That it was done by someone who had thought they can do what they do with Nissans ...... exact words " Nissan Work" all the measurements were not aligned correctly and that i needed to take it to who ever did it to fix it. Back to Caliber Collision i go Please mr adam sir I was told that the car was put together incorrectly can you please help me.... Sure i'll help you but it looks like u hit something else that may have cause damage .... (two scratches on bottom of bumper) caused the whole bumper to shift and the fenders and the hood is the theory..... How loose was it intially put on then? agree to align in 2 days cool bring car in half (10:30am- 230pm job done at bout 1 should've known better) day got half a days work ..... my car is even worse now even more gaps the fender is now overlapping bumper no lie check pics!!! Who Approved it touching the bumper and they still refuse to fix my fog light the insurance said was supposed to be there Wouldnt consider getting any body work done here .... its not cool that they allowed me or my wife to go on theses windy streets with everything loose .... I came here because my car had gotten broken into and my insurance needed me to get an estimate done so that I could get it fixed. Vanessa is who did my estimate. During my appointment she was nice, let me know it might take a few days to complete the estimate due to my after market stereo that was stolen as well as my dash that got broken and she needed to outsource some quotes. Let her know it was fine and I would email her the information she needed regarding my stereo. Emailed her and never heard back. Waited about a week and half and then called to follow up. Talked to the reception and they took my email down and a message for her to get back to me. Waited another 5 days, still never received and email or a call back from Vanessa. Called one last time and talked to reception again and they took down my email and phone number again, waited a few days and STILL never heard a word. Finally decided i was tired of not being contacted back or updated and went to a different auto body shop. If things take long or you run into issues, I never have a problem with that, but the least you could do is keep communication especially because now its been a month and you wasted a ton of my time to get things fixed. Calliber collision We took a vehicle to calliber collision for bumper replacement and when we picked it up we noticed overspray on the vehicle. They were really good about texting and updating us about the vehicle, but as soon as we pointed out that the vehicle had overspray, they had us bring it back in and they only cleaned one spot. We went to pick up the vehicle and had to talk to someone again about the overspray still on the vehicle. The whole car was sprayed with over spray and they wanted us to point out where the spots were so they knew where to clean. It was obvious. No quality control what so ever. But hey the bumper looks good. They did complete the cleaning of the overspray, but the whole process dealing with them was a hassle. We were there more times than we should have been for this service. The final result was that they finally cleaned the car and detailed it. They even paid for a rental car. We are finally satisfied with them cleaning the car. read more

I had got into an accident where my tire came off its axle, so I bring it into caliber for them to repair. They had my car for three months; I finally get it back and I realized my steering wheel is too tight along with not straightening it out. I call them, so they tell me to bring it back in. When I gave it to them; they called me back saying they have no idea what was wrong with it so I had to go to my dealership. My dealership tells me that my inner and outer rod are still bent from the accident; I call them back with this information. They tell me to bring it back and they'll fix it. I get it back, but my steering wheel wont straighten out now. I end up going to my dealership and telling them just for them to say that my inner and outer rod are still bent. What was the point in bringing it back if they didn't fix it? A big waste of my time and money. read more

Then I contacted Caliber Collision in Tracy even though I don't even live there anymore. In a couple of days, I was able to take my car for an estimate. I was greeted by Juan Medina who told me that they'll do their best but some parts are on backorder as the pandemic affects shipping too. Well, if you don't have parts, you don't have parts, not your fault. What Juan did was, to call me a few times and he also texted me to keep me up to date on the progress. I really appreciated that. I felt that I received an excellent service and Juan was not only working for me but working with me too. In the end, he delivered my car back to me a whole week sooner than it was promised originally. My vehicle looked super I couldn't even tell it was worked on. This was a positive experience for me all around and all I can say is that I definitely recommend Caliber Collision if anyone needs to have a car fixed. The guy ( i can't remember his name) told me they gave my car a wash. Everything came out good. Aside the passenger side carpet was a wet spot. I couldn't get rid of. He told me if the paint scratched off to give him a call and they can give it a fix. I called and left a message with the girls in the front but no returned calls. i honestly thought all caliber collision store were the same, but by far this is the worst location i could of chosen. i took my 2022 camry to get my fender and part of the back door repaired. they call me a 2 days before to tell me they had missed placed my number, not sure how that happens but ok! then she proceeded to tell me my car was almost done and that it will be ready the following day, like morning time. she said she will call to confirm which she did but hella late in the day when i was already at work. so i went to pick it up the following morning. lady dropped my car and said if there is any issues to let 'em know. didn't even bother to stay to go over the car to make sure it was all good. so i began to inspect the car the first think i found was some air bubbles with some sort of debris inside. open the door and seemed like they had painted the car and didn't let the paint dry completely and close the door. and made a couple spots where the paint seems smashed extra paint from those spots was stuck to the door. there was a couple rough spots inside the frame where the door sits. some spots not painted. BUT WORST OF ALL ITS SEEMS LIKE THEY TOOK BOTH PASSENGER SIDE DOORS OFF AND BEGAN THE SPRAYING PROCESS. AND SOMEHOW LEFT A BIG O HOLE OR SOME SH%# BECAUSE THE WHOLE INSIDE OF THE CAR, WAS COVERED IN WHAT LOOKS LIKE PAINT DUST, OR JUST DUST. THIS CAR IS A YEAR OLD AND STILL LOOKS AND SMELLS LIKE NEW ON THE INSIDE. NOT SURE HOW OR WHY EVERYTHING INSIDE WAS DIRTY SPECIALLY THE BACK SEAT. ITS ALL BLACK INTERIOR SO NOT SURE HOW IN THE HELL THEY MISSED THAT IN THE INSPECTION. IF I GIVE YOU CAR DIRTY DUSTY OR HOW EVER OK, IM NOT GONNA EXPECT YOU TO CLEAN IT. Horrible experience this far! The auto body damage has been fixed for 3 weeks now. They received a wheel which wasn't correct, asked for receipt from wheel purchase so they could see if they could get it from where it was purchased from in February. I called for 3 days to get update to see if they could get it. On 4th day I was told it was discontinued (it's not) and had to go thru manufacturer and it would be 6-8 weeks. Found wheel and am able to order it and get it in min. 2 weeks. Call my insurance to see if it can be reimbursed they say yes and call Caliber to get it removed and to let them know we are purchasing it on our own. They tell them it's non refundable and we will still have to pay for wheel. I call and am informed that I knew this was the last option and it would be non refundable, umm no I was not told this and told them in my email with the receipt information I said that we have found wheel online somewhere if that is an option, our next convo was wheel was ordered no talk of it being non refundable. I am now waiting on proof from manufacturer that it is in fact non refundable as it even shipped out. read more

We dropped off our Jeep Grand Cherokee on Friday and were told it would be done by the following Friday. We received several calls from Jimmy updating us on the status and progress. Was rude af yelled at her and slammed our van door because she didn't want to take van home since repairs weren't done properly my wife got scared and FaceTimed me. I have spoken to insurance about this situation, we have pic and video of him acting aggressively, feel bad for the girls in the office that work with him.
