In all if you dont know how to Work on Infiniti Dont touch it Last year i Had an Accident where someone accelerated and then slammed on their brakes at a yellow light.... (its yellow you dont have to stop tf bro) I took the car to caliber collision the car was repaired and I cant lie i was going to be late for work when i picked it up and from first glance the car looked good. I dropped it off to my lady got in the work van went on about my day For the whole time the car was being driven by her for a year I wasnt able to catch anything wrong with the car but i did notice every time i did drive it the hood would look shaky..... With the music on full blast you hear nothing so i thought nothing . Until i noticed about a week ago with the wind on hell i heard clicking ..... im like nooooo its at 141k i hope its not its time...... hauled ass to infiniti to see what it was ..... before i could even speak to the desk people a few mechanics saw what i didn't..... The right fender was not aligned properpley to the left ..... the bumper , or the hood was not put on correctly .. they had me pull it up to another Infiniti opened the hood and showed me that things weren't put in the right place...... That it was done by someone who had thought they can do what they do with Nissans ...... exact words " Nissan Work" all the measurements were not aligned correctly and that i needed to take it to who ever did it to fix it. Back to Caliber Collision i go Please mr adam sir I was told that the car was put together incorrectly can you please help me.... Sure i'll help you but it looks like u hit something else that may have cause damage .... (two scratches on bottom of bumper) caused the whole bumper to shift and the fenders and the hood is the theory..... How loose was it intially put on then? agree to align in 2 days cool bring car in half (10:30am- 230pm job done at bout 1 should've known better) day got half a days work ..... my car is even worse now even more gaps the fender is now overlapping bumper no lie check pics!!! Who Approved it touching the bumper and they still refuse to fix my fog light the insurance said was supposed to be there Wouldnt consider getting any body work done here .... its not cool that they allowed me or my wife to go on theses windy streets with everything loose .... The Latch for the hood isnt secure either its shakey as well

If you go to this shop make sure you don't get Jimmy he's a racist guy! He was mad because I didn't understand English that well he was yelling at me outside when I was addressing my concerns of the vehicle. The other girls would translate for him were sweet I give them a 5 then another guy came to answer my questions and he was nice but jimmy is racist and talked to me like I was a dumbass because I didn't know English ! read more

Do not come here! My wife came to pick up van and Travis G. Was rude af yelled at her and slammed our van door because she didn't want to take van home since repairs weren't done properly my wife got scared and FaceTimed me. I have spoken to insurance about this situation, we have pic and video of him acting aggressively, feel bad for the girls in the office that work with him. There's no way I'll ever recommend this place to any one! Keep in mind my van still there not bc I want it there . my insurance is involved in getting my van back how it should be . read more

Chris and Jason did a great job getting the car back to looking brand new again, especially since it is less than a year old. I was impressed with the turn around time, and the quality of the work. Did you know that the car's frame is mostly steel or aluminum to protect drivers and passengers, sensors, electronics, etc. but in most cases the outside cover is bendable plastic for aerodynamic reasons? The bad news is that plastic deforms too much from a collision, you can't just massage it back to shape with a hair dryer. Also, who knows if anything else on the car behind the plastic is damaged or out of alignment. California Collision came to the rescue and was able to replace my bumper cover, have it painted, and then recalibration done for the various car sensors to eliminate fault codes. Even minor collisions can cause sensors to be faulty, so don't assume it's a cosmetic thing and try to cut corners and get your vehicle repaired properly. The job took a few hours one day to paint match, then a separate full day to install, recalibrate, and test drive the vehicle to ensure bo more fault codes. George was extremely friendly and transparent with the repair process. He even gave me a tour of his shop and explained the workflow. Its a family business as his son and daughter also work here. He obviously values work-life balance and is closed Friday-Sunday. Body Shops are not cheap but if you need a thorough repair and want things done right, I highly recommend California Collision. If paying out of pocket, use a debit card with a high spend limit to avoid credit card fees.

Don't do that. After I wisely had my car towed home instead, I took a deep breath, talked to my regular mechanic, and he recommend I send it to George at California Collisions. This was a very good choice. George and his staff did the grueling work of haggling with the insurance company, multiple times, over weeks. He also did an excellent job reconstructing my vehicle within the constraints of the insurance coverage. I got my adventure wagon back in good-as-new condition. Customer service and communication were excellent. About 15,000 miles later the rebuild has been tested and proven. Happy to support and rep this business.

The third time has been successful, but here is the kicker ... he contacted me a year later and wanted to do a check up on his work, so I agreed and came all the way back he did his check around the car , maybe washed it , I don't recall now, but then tried to charge me for the visit , like $200 I think. I refused to pay and left .... I would NEVER go back to him or his shop for anything ! My son had his Tesla Model Y completely wrapped in a beautiful green, teal, gold, transition ... it took 1.5 days , was $2700 , and done right the first time at another place of course ....

I called wondering if I could have him come out to fix it (I thought labor was covered under warranty). He said it wasn't and started saying that he has never had issues in 10 years and he wouldn't come out because gas was too expensive. I am willing to pay someone (including him) to fix it, but opted not to go with him because he was speaking unkindly and accusing the other mechanic of being wrong. I am disappointed in the service and follow up. I would suggest going to a local shop instead of someone who travels.

The team members who assisted me, Thomas and Richie, were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. From the moment I walked in after my accident, they were on top of things and made sure I was well taken care of. Richie was especially helpful in getting me set up with a rental car so that I could go about my daily life while my car was being repaired. My fiancé got our brand new BMW hit while parked at downtown Tracy. We took our vehicle to Caliber Collision to get a quote, as well as two other places. In the end we decided with East Caliber Collision. We got a quote from them on a Friday and they had us in the shop Monday morning. The repairs went exactly as explained and we got our vehicle back by Wednesday afternoon. The girls at the front were very friendly that I felt welcomed each time I walked in. The staff in general was really easy to work with and kept me updated throughout the whole process. I had my car dropped off after a repair and later discovered that someone had turned on a fart noise for my lock sound. This isn't a harmless mistake, it's blatantly immature, disrespectful, and incredibly unprofessional. As a female customer, it feels especially inappropriate to have someone tamper with a feature I've never used and would never choose to activate. It's unsettling to realize that staff felt comfortable enough to make unnecessary changes to a customer's settings for their own entertainment. It genuinely makes me question the level of professionalism and seriousness that went into the repair itself. I hope management addresses this immediately. My experience with Caliber Collision was great. My car needed minimal repair work on a back fender from a parking lot hit and run. I was able to get it in right away for the estimate and brought it back to be fixed the next day. I worked with Sarah regarding all details. She gave me a delivery time and met it within reason. After 2 days she called with an update which surprisingly was just that, no extra charge surprises! She even brought my car to me when she understood my problem picking it up.
