    Wandered in to pick up a new trailer lock because the key for ours broke. They had a few different options and it was easy to locate exactly what we were Looking for inside the store. The shelves were well organized and seemingly well stocked. Floors were dirty but I don't really expect much different in an auto parts store. Taking 1 star away primarily because the staff seemed rather disorganized and service was slow. We stood at the front, along with 3 or 4 other customers for a good amount of time before anyone came to the checkout. New people would walk in and stand in random places and the staff Failed to Direct them to the designated checkout line. It evolved into a bit of confusion with everyone on who was to be helped next. Luckily we weren't in too big of a rush and our lock seems to be working out just fine. I appreciate the convenience of specialty stores to help us get exactly what we need.

    Fast service and friendly staff. Theres an motor pil and filter drop off station out front, which is very convenient.

Not only that but the guys working there don't close 5 or 10 minutes early as I've encountered elsewhere. I like that - and although I understand the temptation to close a bit early I'm used to the high customer service from Trader Joes - there the rule is as long as your there before closing time - even just half a minute - they let you in... they have the same policy here due to the strong work ethic from the two behind the counter. They run right through the finish line. Store was clean and bright and nothing out of place. Very impressive. Its evident that the workers here wear many hats and preform a variety of tasks to achieve efficiency. One thing I always keep in mind is how restaurants operate. I can't stand some waitress just hanging around killing time when things are not tidy. I like the slogan 'if you've got time to lean, you've got time to clean.' Some of the cars I have are getting difficult to get parts for. Often special order is necessary - and the willingness to check and order close to closing time was noticed. In a strip mall with Harbor Freight nearby. The old Star casino location was across the street. Lots of parking.

While the long wait was not ideal, it was somewhat expected how busy their auto care center gets before closing mind you I parked my car at 5:15pm) I took this time to browse through some items for my car, and catching up on this detailed review. Despite the lengthy delay, the staff at the Walmart Auto Care Center demonstrated commendable customer service. From the moment I checked in, the employees were courteous and matched the vibe that I was in, ensuring that I was informed about the expected wait time and apologizing for any inconvenience. They addressed with me any specific concerns I had regarding my vehicle, offering reassurance that every car gets thorough attention. Though rushing because it was near closing time, they kept their demeanor and professionalism were refreshing amidst the typical chaos of retail environments. They even checked in periodically to update me on the progress, which personalized the experience and reminded me of their dedication.  However, the behavior of some other customers during the wait was less than ideal. A few were notably inconsiderate, raising their voices to express dissatisfaction over the delay without acknowledging the evident effort from the staff. Their impatience created an unpleasant atmosphere, making the wait feel even longer. These individuals seemed oblivious to the fact that all customers were in the same situation, contributing to the noise and tension in the waiting area. Their obnoxiousness tarnished the otherwise professional environment, causing unnecessary stress for both the staff and fellow customers.
