Great service always! They were able to get my mom's car back to normal after a previous mechanical repair.

Top notch customer service, fast, friendly at a competitive prices. Highly reccommend.

Took my son's Acura RSX to get an aftermarket exhaust installed. The aftermarket kit didn't line up well and had to be modified to fit properly. Jose was very helpful and well experienced, and explained the best options to take to get it to look good and fit properly. After some slight modifications the exhaust was installed, looked really good on the car, and fit perfectly. They did an outstanding job and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you for a job well done! read more

Great service!! The owner and his daughters are extremely friendly. Will definitely have my business

Fair prices, very responsive and very friendly. With all the cadillac converters being stolen, I needed to see if my vehicles needed protection. The guy there told me to come in and he'd check both my vehicles for free that day to see if I even needed it at all. After checking, he said only one of my vehicles would benefit from it. There were 2 options to choose from. I got the soldered wired option which offered the most protection. That was $450 with lifetime warranty free. To me its a good price a worth it because cadillac converters are thousands to replace. The service here was quick and friendly. I would recommend them to family and friends! read more

I needed an OEM M235i muffler welded onto my 228i. The person assisting me complained more about the job, than he actually did the work. Plenty of attitude, and the outcome of the job looked terrible - the muffler is not straight, the tips are sticking out. He tells me literally this "I can't do it anymore, you'd have to come back on Thursday and pay again to get this fixed" Took the car to another muffler shop, the guy had to redo the whole job since it looked like a person with no experience welded it on. He charged me almost $150 and couldn't even get the job done right. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. Total rip-off. read more

I want to say "Thank You" from bottom of my heart to Mr. Zamudio's for his professionalism. It took senior Zamudio's 45 minutes to remove & install new catalyst converter & fixed the exhaust pipe on my deceased dad's 1990 Honda Accord LX. I passed the smog check and received my sticker on this vehicle after 9 years. Lastly, charges were $315.00 which was very reasonable in compare to Tracy Honda and other muffler shop. I recommend everyone to visit Zamudio's Muffler Shop. Thank You, read more

So thankful for Zamudio's muffler shop! They were able to accommodate me to put a CCM CAT shield on my car the same day I called. I had purchased the shield in advance, and brought it with me, so I only paid for labor. (My last car's catalytic converter was stolen, so when I bought my new car I knew I wanted a shield to prevent easy theft again. I feel so much safer now, knowing I'm better protected from theft in the future.) I was a little worried since he didn't have experience putting this shield on my newer generation model, mine was his first of this model. But this guy has lots of experience with muffler work. When I arrived to pick it up, it was on the lift and I was able to see the work he had done. I really appreciated this. Great work! Very kind, accommodating, small family business. They don't price gouge you, very fair. I highly recommend that anyone looking for a cat security install come here! Dealers will charge you a crazy amount to do the same work. Put money in the pockets of the small businesses instead. It's also comforting that If I notice any issues I can take it back to be adjusted. I will continue to spread the word. They did a great job, so don't hesitate to check them out for your muffler-related needs! read more

I've gone to them for a couple of my vehicles and have always done a great Job. I love how my car sounds now! Highly recommend read more

Keeps changing the prices on me. My first car was $250, co workers all $200-250. I bring my other car which was older and less mufflers and wants to charge $390 for muffler delete and resonator. Not sure how the price went up so much on a car with less work :-/ read more

Zamudio's is top notch! Even other exhaust shops in town recommend him because he has the tools and expertise to get the job done right the first time. I been coming to him for the last decade for upgrades and repairs on my vehicles exhaust. He can quickly tell you what type of work it will require and how much. He's very busy so you'll have to stop by real early to drop off or wait around because it's non stop work in this muffler shop. read more

Came in for a quick spot weld. They definitely took care of it. Was very respectful and their prices are competitive and fair

Took my car here to get a exhaust leak looked at and possibly fixed. Service was prompt and was ae to place my car up on the rack right away. Identified the leak, but employee told me he wouldn't work on it with a 10ft pole because there was rust. Then he told me to see if any other muffler shops would do it. I get it, it's more work to do because of the rust but come on! Your a muffler shop, you can weld right. Go elsewhere if know you have rust underneath. read more

Zamudio's Muffler Shop - Extended the tips! - Auto Parts & Supplies Near Me - Tracy, California

This shop is amazing! My truck and my father's truck were taken care of on the same day. Everything was done with precision, from making sure placement of the tailpipe tips were even and spacing the same on both sides (did dual exhausts) was correct and even. Also, watching the work be done was great! You can tell Zamudio knows what he is doing. I will definitely continue to bring all of my other vehicles here and continue to refer to this shop! Thank you for the great work! If anyone needs muffler work done, I highly recommend this shop. read more

Called three different times in a span of a couple weeks and for a quote on some exhaust work. Was told the guy who does that work is put of town and could call me in about a week with the needed information. Well needless to say, I never received a call back. Obviously not a way to do business and certainly not award winning customer service!! read more

This shop does quality work I took my truck to get flow masters and dual exhaust over a year ago and one of my pipes came loose brought it in yesterday and he welded it for free and noticed my tips were rusty so he's ordering new tips for me and is going to put them on for free. Businesses like this are very rare these days he's an honest man and does quality work I recommend this shop if you want any type of exhaust work done. read more

The business is close to MacArthur and 6th Street, right across from the railroad tracks. I had a small hairline crack on my Y pipe. I called up Zamudio's and he quoted me $45 to reweld it. I took the exhaust down there the following week to get it fixed. I met with the owner and told him they had quoted me less than $50 to fix it. He told me he would do it for $25. I dropped off the exhaust and picked it up later in the afternoon. Oh and did I mention it was a Saturday also? I couldn't find any other muffler place open on a Saturday. He did an excellent job repairing it and told me if there were any problems with it he'd take care of it. I gave him $40. Honesty from a business holds a lot of weight with me and this place didn't try to rip me off. He was honest and professional. Five stars for Zamudios. read more

Have only heard great things about this place so it was obviously my first choice. Took my car in Saturday morning to get a muffler put on and I had it back in a couple hours sounding amazing fair price keeps his word and does his job right. The owner does a really good job , his welding is spot on and he actually has a detector that checks for leaks . Totally recommend!

After talking to the receptionist on the phone who seemed really nice, we made an appointment to take my nephew's 2017 Dodge Charger in to get some options for a more aggressive exhaust sound. The guy we met with was translating for another guy (presumably the guy that does the actual work) in Spanish.  Here's the problem; they didn't even know the difference between a resonator and a muffler.  They kept trying to tell me that the resonators toward the back of the car were the mufflers, and that the muffler was the resonator.  Then told me a very few mufflers would fit, one of which they just happened to have in stock.  Hmmm... Anyway, if you're a muffler shop that doesn't know the difference between a resonator and muffler that's pretty bad.  And if you're misinforming customers on purpose to get quick sales, that's even worse.  Either way, you're not touching any car I'm working on.  Needless to say, we left. read more

Great family ran business! The turn around for my vehicle was incredibly quick and the customer service was not half bad. As far as price goes, I can honestly say they were very fair. Taking in consideration of the great quality of work and speed when it came to the installation of my new mufflers. I never felt pressured nor rushed, the whole experience was very relaxed and the staff were quite professional. I came in (no appointment) told them exactly what I wanted and they made it happen. I highly recommend this place, too bad it's close the the police station. I wanted to test out the mufflers as soon as the keys were handed to me. read more

They've done an amazing work! on my Year 2000 Mercedes E320 station Wagon. Decided to give this place a try after reading the great reviews. Went in the previous day to make sure they had in stock the muffler and tips I wanted on my truck. Was greeted quickly and the lady seemed very knowledgeable. After talking to her and the gentleman who would be working on my truck we decided on a price and scheduled the time I would be back the following day to get the work done. Today I show up at the agreed upon time and am told, by the same guy I talked to the day before, that he took another customer and wouldn't be able to see me today and asked to return tomorrow. As a person who works 10 hour days and on weekends my time is very precious, it's poor management/ownership to make an appointment and then just decide not to keep it. If you want to chance wasting your time then this is the place for you, me however I'd rather choose someone who is dependable. read more
