Checked in at about 3 pm fir a 4 pm appointment. Vehicle received and was told that an hour and a half to replace 4 tires. I asked what time do you close shop, 7 pm, okay then. Went shopping finished about 4:30. Went to the repair shop to check my vehicle. Same spot where I parked my vehicle, no work was done. I asked what happened, no technician available to work on my vehicle. No manager nor supervisor. Ended up taking back my vehicle and they rescheduled me on another date. And was told they would close at 5:30. No info whatsoever. Very bad service reception, very bad. read more

Absolutely not! August 24, 2024 , Arrival time 7 AM, departure 9:56 AM, service done to vehicle none!!! Was told that my car would be ready in an hour. Went shopping came back. The guy was working on two vehicles before mine. When I complained, they so rudely informed me that they now have an appointment for oil changes and they so inconveniently forgot to inform me of... also, there is no signage stating that they have an appointment system and if someone makes an appointment and you're there when they open, they will not work on your car because that's their policy, remember to make an appointment if you want to oil change here also, don't forget you got four hours to kill and if you don't like it, call corporate baby! I came for a oil change and the service manager was very rude I didn't make an appointment he said he came by my car after making me wait 39 minutes then he checked if I made an appointment and took over an hour for my car service made me wait there the entire day go to another Walmart by far the worst experience I've ever had read more

My boyfriend needed a new battery for his car so we came here back in June on a Sunday afternoon. No appointment was need, just a walk-in. Once we arrived at the desk, there was no employee on sight to help a customer ahead of us. We had to use call for assistance. Also they were short staffed. Two people working on the cars had to keep getting interrupted to help at the desk and it seems like they are working on multiple cars. So once we got his car checked-in, it took about 1 hr to finally get his car in to be worked on. We checked and they didn't work on his car. We came back again and it still wasn't completed. We had to ask when his car was going to be worked on. The mechanic said he will work on it. What could have been a 5 min job turned into a 2 hour wait. read more

First time ordering tires from Walmart. Was referred by my bro in law. He said the Walmart in Fremont where he got his new tires, the service was great and got em installed fast. So I wanted to try them out near my home at the Tracy Walmart. First of all, the Walmart app isn't accurate. It says the tires are delayed but according to FedEx it was delivered. So I wanted to call them to make sure my tires are in the shop. For 4 days straight, no one picks up the phone. Called twice a day at the Walmart auto care and the phone just keeps on ringing. So I decided to come in in the morning. It took the employee 30 minutes to find my tires and he's said there's 5 cars in front of you. So I made an appointment in the afternoon. Arrived on time and it took 1.5 hrs just to get my auto inside the shop. It took 4.5 just to install 4 f****** tires, are you serious! America's Tires get them done in 1 hour. Never coming back here again to purchase tires. Go somewhere else guys read more

My battery died in the parking lot. I was helped by Jeffrey who at first tried to jump with the box and then with his car and it still wouldn't start. Mind you it cold and raining! I already knew I was due for a battery so we ended up getting new one. I'm appreciative of him so much. He changed it for me and the car started like a charm. read more

This place is a fucking joke! Where do they hire these fucking people?! If you do happen to go to Walmart and need a new tire or anything and you happen to have "Robert" assist you, you're in for a TREAT!! Prepare to open the door for him 100 times so he can ask the mechanics a million questions. Prepare to be there for at least 3 hours. Absolutely horrible! Came here for an oil change because maintenance light came on, got an "oil change," light went away and came back up 2 months later. Checked the oil dipstick and there was absolutely no oil on it. What came out when drained was literally 4 tablespoons worth of black oil. I have no idea if they even changed the oil, just made the light go away. I'm not sure how my engine isn't dead, maybe because it's hybrid? Who knows. Won't be coming back and if you do get your oil changed here, make sure you check to see right there in the parking lot, if they did in fact change the oil. Such bs. read more

Horrible customer service. I went for an oil change. Nobody came out to check my car. After 5 minutes, I went inside and was told to go back and wait by my car, that someone would check me in. Waited another 5 minutes. Finally asked a technician who told me once again just to wait and one of the 2 other guys in the garage would help me. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went to the work area and asked again. They told me once again to wait. Finally, the first guy that I talked to came out to talk to me. The same guy who brushed me off earlier. I left without an oil change. I'm not paying a cent for a service that these guys obviously don't care about their customers. I've gotten oil changes at Walmarts in Turlock & Lodi with amazing customer service. This Walmart is not Customer oriented at all. read more

Yester morning I took my car to Walmart for an oil change. I went at 8 am thinking I would beat the crowd. I have had dozens of oil changes there over the years. Prices are good. Today when I arrived I pulled directly up to the bay door as always. I got out of my car as always. A lady pulled her car in behind me. A worker named John came out a barked at me to get back in my car. He then barked at the lady behind. His tone was as if was ordering a prison inmate. He then yelled back at another worker apparently referring to Walmart, "if they don't like it they can just hire more employees ". He then barked at me to shut my door and roll down my window. At some point in time I have to get out of my car. I'm not sure why the big attitude. I was wearing a k95 mask. I was thinking it was a Covid thing. I asked him where his mask was? He replied he didn't have to have one because he was outside. I then asked him where the hell did he think I was. I advised him I changed my mind and was going somewhere else. He just laughed. So after close to 10 years of bi monthly oil changes , I will no longer be going to Walmart. read more
