Such a nice looking location! They make online orders fast. The new velvet Jasmine line was tasty so I'd be back for that. I'm a tieguanyin fan and I would say their version tasted like a regular roasted oolong which is still good, just not quite yet what I'm looking for. Overall the tea taste comes through in their drinks so I'm happy. No outdoor dining tables - only nearby ones from a competitor. It's located in a plaza with a good amount of parking.

Super easy experience, placing an order online and picking up once ready. The store itself is super small and can see maybe 6 to 10 people maximum. There are two self order kiosk inside the store, but I would highly recommend ordering ahead of time online. YGF family milk tea was so good. Would not recommend getting the Bubble Egg Waffle though, it's supposed to be crisp but moist and even a little chewy on the inside, like a waffle, but this rendition tasted (texture-wise) crisp like a waffle cone and lacked the flavor of the classic bubble egg waffle batter.

I was needing some boba on my way home from work and well I have a lot of options now so we decided to try the TP Tea at Berryessa. In short, maybe it was just a bad day, but my hubby's Jasmine Milk Tea did not treat his tummy well and mine was slightly questionable but it was the perfect sweetness with solid grass jelly and the service was quick! L O C A T I O N TP Tea is located in a plaza off of N. Capitol Blvd and easy access right off of 680. They have a shared parking lot and though there are a number of compact spots, they're much wider than your typical ones and could be treated as normal parking spots. I easily found a spot not too far away. I N S I D E It's small inside. There are two kiosks to the right when you enter and there are maybe 2-3 small tables where you can sit but it's really not a place to hang out. M E N U I perused their menu at the kiosk. I decided to go and order something classic. I've had TP Tea before at other locations. I got their House Milk Tea with Grass Jelly and my hubby a Jasmine Milk Tea with boba. I typically get no sugar and no ice whenever I get a topping and for me my drink was perfect in terms of sweetness from their grass jelly. It was milky. My hubby unfortunately had some stomach issues after only drinking a few sips. I don't know if it was the tea or the creamer or even the boba they use but yeah he did not have a great experience. Mine seemed fine. S E R V I C E I believe they use SnackPass as their ordering system so may be easy to just order and pick up, though it took very little time from my ordering at the kiosk to when I picked up my order. I paid by touchless payment. O V E R A L L Not a bad spot to grab a milk tea or drink of your choice. Be wary though of the jasmine but perhaps it was just that batch that day. The spot is tiny so don't expect to hang out there but for a quick boba grab, it was good!

This TP Tea is located in the Berryessa Hills plaza. They have plenty of parking available but maybe the closer spots are harder to find. They are located close to Christy's Donuts, Frank & Further's, Tastea, etc. The place is small and only has a few inside tables and seats. Two kiosks & an cashier to order from. The large display shows you when drinks are ready or where in the queue. They were offering a BOGO on their Orange Series Drinks. *California Sunset: w/cube pearl, strawberry, orange (4/5). 80% sweet and less ice. The drink was tasty, though, still a tad sweet. The cube pearls were unique and pleasantly good, soft, and chewy. Support your local business.

TP Tea is poppin' off and opening multiple franchises all across the Bay Area. I originally tried the TP Tea in Berkeley and thought it was just ok. Recently, I tried something else at the Sunnyvale location and loved it! Ever since, we go to TP Tea all the time. My absolute favorite is the Taiwan Milk Tea which includes 3 toppings, but the Classic Boba Milk Tea, Lemon Green Tea, and Black Tea Crema are all delicious. The only drink I didn't enjoy is the Strawberry Milk Tea. Unfortunately, at this Berryessa location, they don't allow preordering through Snackpass yet so you have to order in person and wait for your drink(s). They mentioned it's because they want to interact with customers but I'm sure people would prefer to just order online and pick up to minimize wait time and increase convenience like at all the other locations. Overall, I'm so glad that they're opening more shops and cannot wait for the Milpitas one. In the meantime, we'll continue to visit this Berryessa location.

Sesame Iron Goddess Cube Pearls Milk Tea

I'm such a sucker for black sesame. They had a whole series surrounded around it which was really exciting for me. I ordered the Sesame Iron Goddess Cube Pearls Milk Tea -- perfectly nutty and sweet. I will forsure be coming back to order this! Two ordering kiosks upon entering. I went on a Saturday night and it was not busy at all which was surprising to me. Pretty chill environment. They make it easy to obtain your order as they have a huge screen monitoring your order status, a loud speaker that announces your order, and designated spots on the counter that coordinate with your order number.

Pricey but good! Use to frequent TP Tea a lot back in Cal and it's always a solid spot for Jasmine and blended strawberry. Got smaller straws for smaller boba/grass jelly/ no boba and large straws for drinks with boba in it. If you order on Snackpass be sure to ask for no bags otherwise it's an extra 10cents. Insides got 3 tables and is pretty small / warm, this a grab n go spot for me.

My favorite tea shop has recently opened. They serve decent boba milk tea, and I always order their boba noodles. I like that I can adjust the drink with zero sugar and ice. It's so easy to order ahead with the Snack Pass app. The plaza has plenty of parking.

I ordered a drink with less ice, but when it came out, about half the cup was still filled with ice. I went back and asked if they could remove some, and when they returned it, the cup was only about 70% full. I was told this was because I had asked for "less topping." it was disappointing they gave this kind of service. I hope the staff can be more attentive to customer requests and clearer about modifications in the future.

Strawberry milk tea

Strawberry milk tea 5/5 - I love this drink! Tastes like I'm drinking a pocky smoothie. Very flavorful and the tea flavor is strong which I like but it's still a good balance with the strawberry. Not too sweet. Bits of strawberry is good too and it doesn't taste like artificial strawberry Parking lot is big. Only downside is there isn't much seating inside so more of a pick up and go boba spot

Premium Jasmine GT Latte & Golden Osmanthus Aiyu Lemonade

Hmmm.... I'm just not impressed. Had TP Tea for the first time since they had recently opened its Berryessa location. I'm typically not huge on boba and only have few places where I visit to satisfy this kind of craving. Purchases: PREMIUM JASMINE GREEN TEA LATTE x2 GOLDEN OSMANTHUS AIYU LEMONADE WINTER MELON TIE GUAN YIN TIE GUAN YIN OOLONG LATTE This was the first time the entire fam unanimously agreed that these purchases were a waste of money, calories, and an absolute DISAPPOINTMENT. Drinks were either super super sweet, including the lemonade!! With a lemonade you'd assume you would be receiving some kind of tart effect and it was just a punch of heavy sweetness straight to the throat! OR!! The drinks were super bland- containing no tea flavor or sweetener. 1 star. I can't see myself wanting to come back. I'd like to assume these disastrous buys were due to staff being new and still trying to learn the ropes.... But who knows.

Another new boba spot in the Berryessa area! TP tea just recently open so expect a line when you come here. Very small location with only 3 small tables, so very limited seating. Expect to wait outside the store and/or get your drinks to-go. Just tried the Four Season Osmanthus Fresh Milk Tea and Mango Matcha Latte. Both very good drinks! You can customize the sweetness and ice level, just keep in mind some drinks cannot be adjusted. They also ran out of boba when we arrived and it was going to be a longer wait, so fair warning you may have to wait longer if you really want your boba. Plenty of parking, the spots directly in front might be taken but just park further over by McDonald's or Dollar Tree, just a few steps away!

Was picking up lunch from Frankfurter's and saw TP tea a couple stores down. I decided to try their milk tea. A very modern looking store which seats 8-10 people. No one was at the register so I ordered from the kiosk. There were two of them. As usual, I order the standard boba milk tea. Their advertisement says they are the best and they certainly are. I look forward to trying their other flavors out.

We upsized to the large, which was massive, definitely shareable. The tea itself tasted fresh. We asked for 50 percent sweetness, but it was still way too sweet, so I let the ice melt a bit to balance things out. Overall, a decent drink but nothing particularly impressive. It feels like many places lean on extra sweetness to mask an average tea. The boba, though, was nicely done: fresh, chewy, and lightly sweet. Overall, a solid 4/5.

Could barely taste the avocado. The drinks are very ordinary - nothing special. My fruit tea tasted like a bunch of syrup and water with ice. Tea scent wasn't too fragrant. Service: 1 out of 2 Service here is horrible. The girl at the register wouldn't even take my order. It seemed like she was busy but the place was pretty empty. I wanted to order an additional item in addition to my pick up. I ordered both food and drinks. The food - large is not worth jt at all. You pay more but the portions are barely distinguishable. The box is slightly bigger but it's not as if the food is being filled to the brim or anything. The food is kind of pricy for the amount you get. Ambiance: It's small - barely any room. Overall, not much to write home about.

I've been to Happy Lemon in the past in other locations so I know it's good in general. L O C A T I O N Although this Happy Lemon is located off 680, it's kind of hard to get to and you can miss the entrance to the plaza. I had to drive around twice to finally get into the plaza. Just be careful and slow down even though Capitol Ave can have some crazy drivers. Parking is plentiful and it's also next to a Popeyes :) I N S I D E There was a good amount of seating on both sides of the building. And they do have a restroom for customers. M E N U Happy Lemon is known for its lemon drinks as well as their puff drinks. The puff drinks are definitely a dessert. Hefty. What was quite shocking was the price of the toppings were $1 for even boba. When did just a black milk tea with boba start at almost $8? I had to clasp my pearls. But you know what, it's fine, I'm donating to a local-ish business. How was my drink? It was milky and tea-y and delicious. So I guess I'll just enjoy my $8 drink. And who doesn't love a drink that's winking at you? S E R V I C E I ordered from a tablet/kiosk and paid by card easily. Apparently they updated their app so I had to reregister my email to get points. I guess it's been a while since I've gone to a Happy Lemon. Drinks came out in no time at all. O V E R A L L Although the price was a bit shocking, the quality of the drink is there so I don't mind paying it. I like a creamy milk tea so it was delicious. For me to have a coffee means it is excellent. 7 leaves is excellent. The first time I ever had 7 leaves was in Los Angeles. I don't know what branch but it had a drive through, which was lit. I was with my aunt and uncle who know I don't drink coffee, and they peer pressured me into getting a house coffee. I am so grateful they did . Creamy, sweet, with the salty cream top. Absolute nectar of the gods. If you hate sweet coffee this is not for you. But if you are an aspiring diabetic in terms of sugar consumption, then this place is heaven. I was so happy to get my signature- house coffee with boba. The boba is tender and good quality. Not the best boba in the world but solid. The coffee, ohhhh the coffee. It literally brought me back to life- I had been awake since 1 am for my fuckass day of travel and quest to get to California to get yelled at. If you're on the verge of a crash out, get the coffee. You'll probably still crash out but at least you have a delicious drink.

As always, their mobile app ordering system is fully functional and easy to use. You can order with Apple Pay and rewards points. Stopped by to do some work on my laptop on a weekend afternoon. The furniture has shown signs of wear and tear in comparison to the other locations. Most tables are rocky and have pieces of paper/cardboard to stabilize it. Countertop stools are missing from the counter area. Sprayed graffiti on the window and sticky caramel spillages outside the entrance were not cleaned up. Store has more of an ambiance to hang out with friends. Music choice wasn't disruptive. Not really a good place to do work in comparison to other locations due to noise level of other guests. There's also 4 Wi-fi networks to choose from and none of them worked except for Berryessa Square, which was super slow. Staff was friendly and quick with service. Drinks are consistent with other locations. Will be back for just picking up drinks. There's better locations to go to for working on a laptop.
