Good quality tea. Their matcha with guava cream too was excellent. The guava flavor was mild and without that artificial flavoring. You could still taste the earthiness of the matcha, very good very balanced. You can tell they use high quality ingredients. Service is quick. The space is clean and beautiful with a minimalist design. Good for studying or chatting with a friend over tea.

I ordered the: Banana Hojicha Latte Guava Hojicha Latte banana hojicha latte was more on the sweeter side but even then it was just right sweet. I enjoyed the drink fully and didnt feel bloated Guava hojicha latte was actually super enjoyable. I liked both flavors as they melted together well. These were the best hojicha lattes I've had. Both drinks were strong. I prefered the Guava syrup more than the banana cream top. Banana is very versatile and can be strong or super light depending on how it was made but it worked well with hojicha.

The matcha here is delicious, we ordered their Biscoff and Banana cream matcha lattes and I would say that the matcha flavor in their drinks were much stronger than the cream The interior is nice and spacious that offers indoor and outdoor seating. We ordered on an iPad but their service was still welcoming when we walked in

My friend and I finally made it to Haiku Teahouse, a spot we've been eyeing on TikTok for a long time, and we drove 40 minutes to get there. It's been on our list for so long, and it did not disappoint. I usually try drinks at normal sweetness when visiting a new place to see if it's too sweet, but this time I went with less sweet, and it was just perfect. Even with less sweetness, it wasn't too sugary, and it hit the right balance for me. We got the Hojicha Cookie Butter Cream Top and the Corn Einspanner. The Hojicha drink was smooth, rich, and delicious, especially at less sweetness. The Corn Einspanner was really different. I've always been curious about corn drinks but hesitant to try them. My friend, who loves corn drinks because of his ethnic background, really enjoyed it and could tell it was made fresh. For me, it was an interesting flavor, not my usual preference, but it was a good first-time try. The café itself is clean with great ambiance, and the staff were really nice and took their time carefully making our drinks. Overall, it was a fun and satisfying experience, and I'd definitely come back to try more of their creative drinks.

strong matcha that wasn't too sweet (I did get the second level of sugar). Got a guava matcha. The drink was very creamy and thick. I did find that the guava flavor got a little bit lost as the drink got more mixed. But would drink this again The guava jasmine tea had less guava flavor :(. But the tea was very floral and pleasant

Today I got the Matcha Cookie Butter Cream Top and I was unfortunately displeased. I've came here twice before and enjoyed this drink so this is usually my go to when I come here. I hate to make this review but I was very unsatisfied with my matcha today. I got 100% sweet and with straus whole milk but my matcha came out tasting bitter and unpleasant. They are very inconsistent with making the matcha here, as my friend's matcha (he got 75% sweet with the lactose free milk) tasted sweeter and more delicious. Im very disappointed since I drove a pretty decent amount to get here :( and paid almost $9 dollars for my drink. My friend also tried my drink and said that there was a huge difference between the two. Im thinking either the labels on our drinks were switched or I had gotten very unlucky today with my drink. I have nothing to say about the service as I ordered on the self service tablet. The interior is pretty and nice.

Been here once before for a YELP event, so when I saw that they had a banana matcha latte added to the menu you know I had to come back. Parking was easy on a Saturday afternoon and no line! I was pleasantly surprised. The matcha latte with oat milk was delicious! Banana cream added the perfect flavor. I got 25% sweet and it was just right. They use cane sugar to sweeten. They have a few tables, are pet friendly, and the inside is light and bright. The staff were cheerful!

Haiku Teahouse has the best hojicha lattes in the area! In my opinion, others always pale in comparison. Parking is available in the retail parking garage. Upon exiting the garage, the shop is right there! There aren't very many tables but it's a perfect place to do some work if needed. There is also free wifi. My favorite drink is the Obsidian Hojicha Latte! It has the deepest and smokiest flavor out of all the places in San Jose. I find myself thinking about this drink often when I crave hojicha. Overall the drinks aren't too sweet and everything is adjustable. An added bonus to the aesthetic decor is the cute drawings left behind by staff and customers. They add the feel of a lively tea shop that is well loved by its customers!

Delicious and unique drinks! Love that there's lots of options for matcha and non caffeinated options. The guava hojicha was delicious and unique, and the flavors of the hojicha shone through. The corn milk was also unique and delicious

We were looking for a unique boba place that wasn't sunright or tp tea. I really enjoyed their guava matcha latte and the corn latte! They don't charge extra for oat milk or lactose free which I loved. The boba was also perfect consistency and sweetness! FYI you can't add any adding for the corn latte but it's okay cuz it was really good. My kind of coffee. I would come back if I'm in the area!

I've been here twice. Found it through yelp; I had no idea it had a large social media presence (judging from other Yelpers) It's a bit out of my way, but every time I've gone, they've executed my special requests :) I like my matcha lattes more on the bitter side. I want to taste the matcha. For this place, I ask for no added sweeteners, substitute ceremonial matcha, and add extra matcha. There's an additional $1-$2 charge which is fine, but it was made well and that's what's important! There's a kiosk to order as well as an actual human to order from. Decor is simple and chic.

I really enjoyed the last time I came here, so I came here again Black sesame hojicia (5/5): I relay enjoyed the nuttiness of the hojicia and the sweet bean taste of the black sesame. It's great when you can have two flavors in one drink.

Some of the best drinks I've had have been at haiku! Really yummy and lots of variety! I tried their corn latte (which comes with a cute little corn ice cream mold) and corn cream top which was so delicious, I love corn so this flavor in a latte really elevated it. I also had their guava matcha which was by far one of my favorite matchas I've had, the guava was perfectly paired with the matcha (you can customize your sweetness and milk type which is awesome). Haiku is my been my recent addiction, absolutely fire drinks!

Temperatures were just under 90 degrees Fahrenheit outside. The air conditioning was great in here, not freezing cold but cool enough to be comfortable. There were a few other tables of people with their laptops out, and I was excited to see that they have expanded since my last visit and added more seating for customers. The lotus milk tea is still one of my favorites in the whole city. We sat at a table so there was no outlet, but I can't remember if there were outlets along the walls for the booth seating. I would definitely keep this spot top of mind if I needed a reliable spot to work remote again, especially since there is now more seating than there used to be. Note: Tono is more of a quick grab and go environment with some seating outside (limited), so not a place to work from home/do school work, but more to get your caffeine fix. My drink took about 15 minutes to come out. Maybe it was just an off day? But I had higher expectations for their banana cream matcha.

Jovanna has such an amazingly kind and effervescent personality. Seeing the staff really brightens my day before I even have my first sip of coffee! Gabbie is super fun to chat with and knowledgeable, too. Literally everyone, from top to bottom, is a nice person who's passionate about the fine drinks they produce. It really warms my heart when people show a great amount of care and respect for their craft. I was a coffee noob a few months ago, and have received an amazing education from the team. I really just want to say, from the bottom of my heart, thank you! Keep doing right by your customers and your products. 5/5, no notes! P.S. The Guatemala-origin coffee is crazy amazing. I've gone through pounds of the stuff. On a serendipitous day a few weeks ago, I even got to meet the grower who was in town visiting the Park Ave location. Where else can you find that type of commitment to excellence?!
