They have self-serve wifi, a bathroom, and seating (although it is limited: 4 tables inside indoors, 1 table outdoors). The drinks are super high quality and the tea is strong. Cutest cafe ever! It's a bit tucked away at the corner of an appt building and seating is limited, but it's a good place to study-quiet and chill. Also has cute capybara merchandise and plushies on display. We were in need of energy boost and stopped by for a drink and decided to order the lemon poppyseed muffin. Wow, that muffin! Soft and moist, and freshly baked with the best burst of lemon-sooo good! I would probably come back just for that muffin! For drinks, I ordered a hot Hojicha Latte and the next time I was there, I ordered an iced Strawberry Hojicha Latte, and both were good. I also tried a Calamansi Green Jasmine Tea and it was a bit sour. After adjusting sugar and ice levels, and watering it down, I still didn't like it. If you enjoy authentic tea flavors instead of super sweet dessert style drinks, this is definitely a great spot. The only downside for me was the pearls. I've come here on about two occasions, and the Black Sesame Latte is one of the best I've ever had. Its flavors are not overly sweet, and you can taste the quality of their coffee and ingredients. The place itself is small, so it's not the best place to get work done, but as a grab-and-go drink spot, it works. I was particularly eyeing the corn latte, and was hoping they could make it with matcha instead of coffee but they couldn't :( I still enjoyed the coffee tho because it was sweet and creamy (even with 25% sweetness!). I normally get 50% sweet, less ice at boba shops, their 50% classic sweet is perfect in their drinks. Their ice amount is not overwhelming either. Love that they do not charge extra for oat milk! The guava matcha is my go to, but you really can't go wrong with their matcha strawberry either. Both are not super sweet at 50% and the guava with the guava or strawberry are composed well. Drinks are both not overly powerful in the flavor you choose, while the matcha is not overly bitter as well. I love the aesthetic of this tea shop! It's so cute inside, from the simplistic menu to the cute capybara decorations. I'm not from the area, and I will happily say that when I come to town, I will give this spot a visit. I've been here twice now, and the cookie butter matcha really stands out. It's a delicious and truly perfected drink. I haven't tried a combination like it before. I lovee the concentrated, earthy, and a hint of bitter matcha bottom paired with the sweet, creamy cookie butter cream top. They go together so well. The other two drinks I've tried are the Guava Jasmine tea and the Mount Everest Black Tea with Salted Cheese. Of these two, I liked the black tea more. The black tea was strong, and the Salted Cheese topping was a nice, thick consistency and a good balance of saltiness, sweetness, and cheese taste. I would probably not order the Guava Jasmine tea again. I was looking on this Yelp page for which drinks to order, and I was sad to find out that they don't offer their White Peach Oolong tea anymore, but Haiku has an easy-to-access website to order from in advance, so shoutout to that. The ambience, service and flavor of the product was great. The establishment is very clean and welcoming. The kiosk system is set up very easy and customizable. A simple, clean and smooth process. I've gone to this store front when it first opened and I haven't gone back since. When they first opened the quality of the drinks were not as great due to how impacted and busy they were as any other "new business" opening in the Bay Area. The flavors were very chalky and unbalanced. Going back to it now months/year(s?) later I can definitely taste the difference in flavor, depth and quality put into it. I'm not a big fan of matcha but when I do want a cup the Guava matcha is my #1. The guava matcha has been one of my favorite go to's ever since I've tried Haiku's pop up in their earlier days. Despite being a small spot, it is cute and the drink menu is a good size--enough options to satisfy a lot of people, but not so many that it's feels generic or overwhelming. The menu focuses on espresso, matcha, and hojicha lattes, with some small bakery items as well. The baked goods aren't particularly eye-catching. The drinks were good. I had a black sesame hojicha latte, and I also tried the black sesame latte (with espresso), both of which were strong on the black sesame flavor. I did find the hojicha in my latte a little weak, and the sweetness is really strong, even at 50%. I think ordering 0% or 25% sweetness would be best. That said, I did enjoy the drink.
