Parking in the area can be a little tricky and it is paid parking, but that's pretty common for most downtown areas. While I was there, I ordered the Teddy Graham latte to try out since it seemed like one of their staple drinks when I did my research. The drink itself was good, toasted, with a nice subtle graham flavor. I would say though for $9 per drink, it was overpriced.
