This place used to be 24 hours, and great for night owls like my husband and me wanting to get gas and a Coke late at night. Sometimes we'd have problems with the pay at the pump thing, but that was only mildly annoying. A couple of months ago they switched to be open until midnight and have kind of gone downhill since. I've had problems with the soda machines and the staff are a bit surly. Tonight, my husband was pumping my gas at (I looked at my watch shortly afterwards, and you'll understand why soon) 11:53 pm when the pump shut off. What the heck? My husband went inside to ask what happened at the clerk informed him that she had shut off the pumps (with no warning mind you) to close. Early. As I composed an email message to the corporate headquarters and she drove out of the parking lot it was still only 11:55 pm. Is this how Quik Stop treats customers now? Not many pumps, but the gas was cheap. Went at a non-peak time, so it wasn't crowded. Not consistently the cheapest around but there's no card surcharge, so it's useful sometimes. read more

I love the excellent priced gasoline/gas/petrol you can find at this brightly lit stop. When it's late at night the convenience store part of Quik Stop offers a decent selection of items to fill your needs or tide you over. The few times I had to ask for assistance I found the people who work here to be friendly and helpful. Give Quik Stop a try. Conveniently located for this who live in Cambrian, with one of the lowest prices around the area. The configuration of the station makes it a bit weird to come on and out, because it only has 4 bays and traffic can come from multiple directions. They also have propane tanks for your BBQ, so you don't have to go to Sears or Home Depot for it. They take all major credit cards, which is a reason I go here instead of Arco (I hate Arco). My go-to place for cheap gas when I have no time to stop by Costco! read more

Quick Stop offers a rewards card that card be scanned at the pump (no more magnetic readers that won't work), and every time I buy coffee or a fountain drink I scan my card and the fourth one is FREE! I like that I don't have to do anything but scan my card to get my rewards. The other thing is this location has one of the best fuel prices in this part of San Jose pretty consistently. This location is pretty hectic to get in and out of sometimes since it's on a busy corner, but they have coffee on fresh and hot at 5:30 in the morning when I come in, and once when I forgot my wallet the guy was kind enough to let it slide- so I of course paid the next morning I came in. I don't do much besides get coffee (or a soda) and gas at this location, but they are friendly and offer good prices. read more

Least expensive gas I've seen in awhile! I remember using this gas station several years ago, and had the opportunity to use it as I was hangin out in the area. Last Friday it was $2.13/gal for regular. Awesome! Can't say much for the convenience store, because I have yet to walk in. read more

Gas prices, 5 stars. The situation at the pumps, 0. The customer service depending on who you get between 1-5. So 1st off, yes the gas prices are great especially for the area. You can drive farther n get cheaper I'm sure, but this is like the cheapest around. Now, 4 gas pumps. It's like a free for all. The pumps are right off two major streets and if there's already 4 cars, the next few waiting are in the street. There are no arrows so one car will come in and point one way and the other car will back in to the other one. Now what? This place is so stupid, put arrows down so you only pull in one direction! Customer service with the guy ive had a few times is good, he's nice n funny. Today the lady was on her cell phone and talking while helping me and not talking to me or listening to me. I just felt like it was rude. Will I come back, of course. Can this place improve, hell yes! Just simple arrows and don't be on a personal call in your earbuds while helping customers. read more

Gas is cheap. Inside it's a pretty stereotypical quick-e-mart kinda setup. Plenty of snacks, fair prices. The guy working the counter was really nice and laid back. I have no complaints. read more

I usually come here to buy gas since I live in the area. I noticed that the lack of paper towels at the pumps just in case one decided to do some work on their vehicle. I also noticed that one of the tellers of this station is really unfriendly and rude, she never says hi and one will think that she is always angry. She usually works in late nights, shaved head.
