Those guys are not too bad and wave at me every time I pass by since we are on first name bases. You can fill up on your propane here also. The snack shop has chips, drinks, candies of all kinds and a small selection of hygiene items (chapstick, Tylenol, etc.). Try to avoid in the morning because the pumps get crowded.

He kept going on and on like I was the problem. Finally, a younger employee checked the security camera, clearly saw me insert the bills, and confirmed the machine took my money. But instead of just giving me a refund, they insisted on giving me another code to try the car wash again. My job often sends me into this area, and I sometimes stop here if it's not too busy. The station in general is a bit rundown, and looks dirty. I only stop here for their low gas prices. Sometimes up to 50-60 cents cheaper than the Chevron nearby. BTW, Speedway is Top Tier gasoline. So it's cheap in price, but not cheap in quality. My vehicle runs fine on their fuel. On a Monday evening, I went inside the food Mart to look at the snack selection. The food mart looked dirty. The drink machines don't work. No ATM, but they offer Bitcoin. So, nothing much to see here. I didn't ask to use the restroom, and I don't know if one is available. I think the Yelp average is incorrect for this Speedway. It looks like the better reviews are for when it was a Shell station years ago.

(It's especially interesting on the east coast where Hess has green handles for gasoline and orange for diesel.) The price was reasonable at $2.259. I generally pay $2.359 elsewhere but I've seen $2.799 or more around Pleasanton and Livermore. Everything at the pump worked as expected and there was internet-driven TV, so you would have some distraction while filling the tank.

This business frequently holds benefit carwashes for people in the community who cannot afford a funeral... They often host benefits for people from Carclub's... Children with cancer... The person who is very sick and cannot afford medical care... Many times I've stood in the parking lot at this car wash to celebrate the life of someone I knew... Someone who had died too young... Another died tragically... Or someone who was just sick... If there was an Eastside award for community love... The owner this gas station should receive it... Funny, I don't even know his name... But I go there frequently just to say hi and every time I get my car washed when there's a benefit wash... I always thank him for who he is in the lives of others...
