They like Scam people, instead of charging you the exact amount, plus tax. Horrible customer service. I just really don't recommend to go here. I used to go here all the time and they would never scam Me with adding an extra drink saying it was buy one get one free or buy one get one half price when I don't want an extra drink, just the exact them out of stuff. The person working the register (not sure if he's the owner) is quite slow, and I don't mean that in terms of speed, showed ID for some scratchers, and he claimed I wasn't the one in the photo, I don't mind just seemed either racially motivated or wanted to express some power trip for whatever reason, anyhow here's a review don't care Weather or not it gets resolved never really intended to bring my business back. read more

Quik Stop is just walking distance from where my girls live making this location super convenient. This place comes in handy whenever we need to do a beer run, recharge on snacks, or if we needed any forgotten necessities. Quik Stop is large in size, well lit, and they carry all types of supplies beyond the typical beverages and foods. This establishment is open 24/7 and the flow of traffic is never ending [so the owner is making good money]. Customer service is pretty good, nothing to rave or complain about. My gripe: -Super slow lines that are unavoidable. Even with two cashiers on hand, everything moves at a snail's pace. -The shelves and fridges were not stocked. Empty spaces|racks were a common sight. All in all, 3.5 stars for this Quik Stop. There is definitely potential here. read more

This spot is exactly what the name suggests- a place to quickly stop! If you want milk, chips, candy, fountain soda, energy drink, lottery tickets etc- but don't want to wait in long grocery store lines this is the place! Their milk is usually a little cheaper too! The parking is generally super easy but occasionally when the surrounding shops are hopping this can be an issue with parking. The staff is seriously kind. I feel like I expect to barely be said hello to at these quick stop places but no -these people are kind and care. This is a great place to stop and grab some quick snacks, I'm glad I have something like this close to me. read more

This is a great neighborhood spot to grab a fountain drink, some snacks or whatever you need to get you on your way. They usually have a sale on the single cans of energy drinks so you can grab one for now and one for later! One of the best things about this location is the customer service. All the employees I have encountered are super friendly and try to get you out of there as soon as possible. The bad? The ATM is out of order sometimes but at least you can get a small amount of cash back at the register. The crowd can also get a little shifty in the wee hours so just make sure you are aware of your surroundings. Overall, I am glad this place is in my hood! read more

I've been to a lot of quik stops in my life and this one isn't the most stellar one I've seen. The clerks are a little rude to customers and the store looks less than clean. There's the usual things for sale inside and they offer propane and ice for sale as well. The night time clientele look rough and tough to me but I figure if u ignore them, u will be safe for the most part. There's a bathroom in the store but the clerk won't let u use it. She says it's against store policy. This store is located in the foothills of alum rock which is an area I frequent so, I guess it is what it is.....gotta stop in quickly and get on my way is my usual modi aperendi and my philosophy is just mine ur own business and no one should bother you. The beer I bought was from November of last year! After checking other boxes a lot of it was old, wish I checked before drinking, 2 shock tops and I felt extremely sick in the stomach and not even a light buzz. read more

Been going here for years. Always have my favorite soda (Blue Mountain Dew) which is really hard to find. Their staff is friendly and the store is always clean. Plus it's in walking distance, which makes it the most convenient of convenience stores. read more

a large, clean, well-lit, well-stocked store. it's open 24 hrs. it's a welcome part of the neighborhood, which has few convenience stores and even fewer late night options. they don't sell snapple, which bummed my stepsister out. they sell icees, basically slurpees. they have a hot breakfast sandwich area. 2 hamburgers are $2, the sausage and bisquit, or sausage and croissant type things are $2 each, or 2/$3. there was a shooting or a stabbing death a few years ago, so i think that's what stepped up the police patrol here. there are ALWAYS cops in here, or in the parking lot, just hanging out. the older guy who works here (maybe is the owner?) is very friendly and helpful. read more

I live in East San Jose and I'm a frequent customer to this QuikStop. I find the cashiers to be very friendly and Helpful when ever I shop. The store is always clean and well stocked. And being that i have to shop late at night the store is well lit including the parking lot. I like that they even know me by name when i walk in someone always greets me Its like a family friendly store. read more

I have been to many Quik Stop's in my lifetime but it doesn't get better than this one. It is the cleanest and best managed Quik Stop I have been too. The employees are really respectful and nice. The minute I walked into the door, I was greeted. Customer service is my biggest pet peeve but this Quik Stop went above and beyond that. I will be coming back to this Quik Stop all the time. Huge props to the owner of this Quik Stop. Another up side is that this Quik Stop is open 24 Hours. read more
