I told him that he didn't ask me. He then proceeded to tell me that it is not his job to ask me. So unprofessional and extremely rude. I will never come back to this location ever again. I was able to get gas fairly quickly. However, you don't really see any signs when you pull in that leads you to the correct way of getting to the gas station part. I just knew that it was at the very front of Costco and just kind of followed my own route through the parking lot . There is sinus once you close and about to pull in the gas station and there is a do not enter if you're trying to turn in the wrong way, but not much getting to it . Once I pulled in five cars pulled in seconds later. This is a location where it is better to get gas very early. It is filled with a lot of people living in berryessa and Hostetter areas probably Milpitas too . The annoying part is some people either don't know what side their gas is on or they're just purposely going to the wrong pumps to avoid waiting-, which is annoying if you know what side your gas pump is actually on and people are in the wrong line or taking up space in your line. All in all, just get there early for your cheap gas and hope it last week. They do have signs above that are like red or green, depending on if someone is at the pump or not I didn't notice until after the fact, I just looked for open spaces on my side of the pump

I really like the fact that they offer a monthly unlimited wash pass. This means that you can go anytime throughout the month and they remember your car. It's almost like your car has a membership for a car wash which is awesome! One time, i just had my car wash and that very same day i had bird poop all over my car (never park in a parking spot where you see bird poop on the ground!!!) but the next day i was able to go right back in and get a car wash. The staff is very friendly and work hard to clean your car the way you would like. There were times when there were some specific areas I wanted them to give special attention to and the staff were friendly and did what I asked. BEWARE- BAD GAS…read more Came in on Saturday 3/14/26 for gas- I've never visited this station before- but my car was pretty empty and I only put $40 to get home. I used pump 5. As soon as I left the gas station my car started shuddering, shaking each time I tapped the gas pedal. Unfortunately I got right on the 280 as the exit is right next to the gas station. The check engine light began flashing and I had to pull over and call a tow truck. My car had zero issues prior to this trip. After a mechanic checked out my car, My car had to be drained of gas which was a timely process. New gas was put in my car and it runs perfectly fine. The culprit was bad gas. I contacted the gas station immediately and was told the manager would contact me- he didnt. I am out the $40 for the bad gas and the cost of a mechanic fixing the issue. It could have been much worse if I kept driving and hadn't pulled over immediately.

I don't know about weekends since I usually avoid going to Costco on Sat/Sun. If I can wait to fill up my gas at Costco it's totally worth it.
