Located on the corner of an intersection, so depending on where you're coming from you may have to do a U-turn to get to it. They have a lot of pumps and you get good gas for your money; we filled up and it gave us a lot of miles verses other gas stations. It has a convenience store but is also very close by lots of other food places and stores, and close to the freeway. read more

Great gas prices - across from Arco, perhaps that is the additional competition that makes this possible. Panera Bread is next door if you need to fill up on something better than gas station pre packaged junk. Time: 3-5 minutes, max Love it! Sure beats 5 minute wait in line for Tesla super charger, then charge for 40 minutes while fiddling with weird Tesla audio system to kill time and being bored. What I don't like about this fueling station is the LACK of give a crap from the female employees when the idiots with the diesel trucks pump their fuel with their engines idling. Same with fueling customers smoking. Now, in most areas, this is illegal. These idiot female employees don't enforce it. They can easily shut that pump off until the fueling customer offender complies and shuts his engine off or extinguishes the cigarette, but they refuse to do that. This is a serious health and safety issue for everyone there. Those two females don't care enough to shut the pump off, or maybe they're not trained by the owner well enough, to shut the pump off until the fueling customer complies. SHUT YOUR PUMPS OFF when someone tells you there is a fueling customer smoking or when a fueling customer is pumping fuel while their engine is idling. Rotten Robbie is opposite the Arco Gas station on Almaden Expwy, it is near Safeway store. .It is easy to get in and out. I only come here on a bind, otherwise very happy being a patron of Chevron gas stations, like that Techron! Prices are normally competitive and you can quickly clean your windshield while you pump gas. They do keep the lot clean, pricing is easily visible from the street and the pumps do work. I don't particularly like the name Rotten Robbie, not sure what it stands for. But if you want cheap gas, then this is your stop. The shop does carry the usual confectionery (chips, candy, newspapers, drinks, etc) and the cashiers are friendly. They do have air and water on the side for your car, not very convenient as the lane there is narrow. 3 stars. read more

This gas station is very easy to get in and out of even during the rush of all the pumps being used. It does not happen that often, but I have been there at times. This station is clean and well kept up, and they have been around as long as I can remember. The air works, the pumps seams to always work, and the drinks are cold. This place is convenient because it is located right off the 87 S exit. The prices are always lower than Chevron's and 76's. It is located in the same plaza as a Safeway and McDonald's. 6/16/2012 (started review on my phone but forgot to finish) Beyond upset with this gas station right now. In the middle of pumping gas apparently it was closing time do the guy shut down the pumps. Display says " pump shut down". It won't print my receipt so I go to the cashier and the door is locked do through the window I explain that I need my receipt. He just points at the register and shakes his head. It looks like he's closing it out for the night. I say but the pump shut down and I need my receipt. He just shakes his head again. This is crazy...he shuts it down while I'm pumping gas? How the heck do I get my receipt? I have bought gas at this station for over 10 years now but honestly I think I'll stay going to the Arco right across the surrey if this is the kind of crap they pull. I paid by credit card and they are refusing to give me my receipt! Bad business practices and possibly illegal to refuse to give me my receipt I would think. The price is right - the staff has been friendly as far as I have encountered them. You just can't beat the prices here when they are much higher across the street. It has pretty good access to the freeway and Safeway. read more

This is my go to gas station when I am in the area running my errands. The gas here is cheaper than most and it's located in a lot where it's easy to access and get out of. It is also in an area where there are a lot of things for you to do or you can go eat. There's plenty of space between each gas aisle and everyone moves pretty fast in and out. read more

Used to be good for my business fuel account. They no longer take corporate credit cards with the company name on the card. We spend thousands of dollars a month on fuel. Looks like we'll use the new Valero on Blossom Hill. read more
