I really like the fact that they offer a monthly unlimited wash pass. For example, there's: full…read moreservice wash pass ($49.99) silver ($59.99) gold special ($69.99) platinum ($79.99) and just the exterior wash pass ($34.99). This means that you can go anytime throughout the month and they remember your car. It's almost like your car has a membership for a car wash which is awesome! One time, i just had my car wash and that very same day i had bird poop all over my car (never park in a parking spot where you see bird poop on the ground!!!) but the next day i was able to go right back in and get a car wash. The staff is very friendly and work hard to clean your car the way you would like. There were times when there were some specific areas I wanted them to give special attention to and the staff were friendly and did what I asked. Overall, i love the customer service and their willingness to help. Also, I noticed that the Chevron here has the cheapest gas price! One last thing- just a friendly reminder to be nice to the staff and be patient. Try to leave a nice tip if you're satisfied with the work theyv

Here for the car wash first time and completely not satisfied. We went for the standard wash 34.99…read moreplus tip 5. Which includes interior vacuum, wash, interior and exterior wipe down. So disappointing as wash didn't get all the stuff oof and you think it would be caught since they wipe dry your car. The vacuum still see remnants of dirts as they didn't lift off the mats to vacuuming it all up. Then there's the interior wipe down of dash and console, looks like half fast job as still dusty. I thought going here would be good as I would get full service interior vacuum and wipe down. That was total waste of money. No wonder they try to to sway you to do the hand wash detaiI service up sale. Doesn't mean go skimp on their standard wash. I usually just go to a gas station wash and wipe down vacuum myself. But I thought I'd pay this time so I wouldn't have to clean inside. My mistake.

I paid for gas and a car wash specifically because of the combo. I pulled into the car wash lane…read moreand waited, only to find a sign stating that a staff member would return by a specific time to assist with the wash. After waiting beyond the time on the sign, I decided to follow up inside. When I asked about it, the woman at the front told me there was only one person working and that the wait would be a while. What was especially frustrating was that the manager was standing right beside her and could have stepped in to help or at least offered a reasonable solution--especially since the posted sign indicated someone would be available by a certain time. There was also already another customer waiting behind me for a car wash. I understand staffing issues happen, but the way this was handled was disappointing. Simply offering a refund doesn't really resolve the issue when I specifically came here for the gas-and-car-wash combo and don't have time to make another trip. Had I known the car wash wouldn't actually be available, I would have gone to my usual gas station instead. At the very least, I expected better communication and an effort to make the situation right beyond simply refunding the wash. Safe to safely I will not be returning.
