This is definitely one of the better ARCO locations because it has a lot of gas pumps and a huge selection of snacks and drinks as well. I love how you can use your phone to tap on the pump to get gas and the pumps fill your tank very fast as well. The staff is very nice and they are always smiling and moving the lines quickly because this Arco location is always busy. I also love that it has a car wash and also the store is very clean as well. I can see the staff is always keeping the store clean and restocking the shelves all the time. I would drive out of my way just to pump gas at this particular ARCO location just for all of the reasons I mentioned. read more

Avoid the car wash. It wont wash your hood. And the employees only response it that the car wash acts screwy. I ran it through twice. How about fixing it or putting an out of service sign? OMG - they gave so many Mexican pastries! I was not paying attention, saw a chocolate donut & grabbed it. Then, I saw it - a churro donut! Then a concha, then a chocolate concha! I need to go back! Gas was fine. Gas is gas and there was no line. But I got a car was and it didn't work my car did not get dried. So I had to go back to cashier and she talked to manager and they don't give refund so I had to run it again with a lower level car was. Went thru again and it didn't dry my car again. I don't know if it was defective or what. But I went back in and they said it's my fault. Not great customer service so I asked for towels so I can dry it myself. Such bad service. Cons: -Cash only (or use Debit for a fee) -Long lines -Hoses don't stretch very long. You can't pull it to the other side. -Lots of a$$holes and d*cks. I only go here to get my car service. They are very nice and helpful. They do stuff quick here unless you have to keep your car there until they call you. They are fairly price when doing a service on your car. I got my oil change for only $25. I will definitely come back. read more

I liked that they updated the stations to have the t.v's over the last ten years or so since I've moved away from the area. This place is as busy as ever but it looks like they still keep the same great prices. Which is awesome for me. This is my go-to spot for gas. I've been coming here since I started driving at the tender age of 18! This location is unbeatable! Super convenient and close to everything. There's Eastridge Mall and off a busy street, Capitol Expressway. It's apart of my transition to adulthood, as getting gas and starting to drive is an 'adult' responsibility. I come here at all times of the day and night, sometimes at the wee hours of 3 - 4 AM just to pump gas. The people who work here are very nice and friendly. They let you get air and water for free, you just need to let the cashier know, otherwise you'll get stuck with paying for it (25 cents). I normally see the same people who run this gas station, an older Asian man and a couple of Asian women. I've also had to use their auto shop, because of a nail (twice). Gas prices are always reasonable here, and I come here mostly for the convenience. Great people, cash or debit only, quick and easy. read more

Cons: Hose is shorter than most, do not try to fill up if your tank is on the opposite side as the hose. The wait is long unless your gas tank is on the right. Does not take Credit Card. I merely asked for a smog check quote, and she was unable to transfer me to the correct person, even hanging up on me. I used to think that oil changes can be done anywhere, but a few experiences here have definitely changed my mind! A couple years ago, I went in to get my oil changed and asked them to check out a noise my car was making. One of the gentleman told me what was going on, but he told me that before i did any other work, my tires were almost bald (such a clueless girl, know nothing about these things) and should be a priority. They don't even sell tires here, but they recommended that I go take care of that before I took care of anything else. Since then, I have been faithfully coming here. I know that they will be honest and efficient. Highly recommended!! read more

I used to come here for the gas, but I'm a 76 user =P......so my review is for the service station. I go here to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Great service and cheap price! $35 for oil change and tires rotated! But of course this may change due to what type of car you have or requesting a pricier oil. My husband's Benz was like $100 something, since it takes top notch products. Sometimes you would have to wait to get serviced since they can get pretty busy, I would say 10-20 minute wait....unless you are lucky and they just finished with someone than they will help you. read more

We've been taking all the cars in our family here for years. Steve is a super honest guy. It has gotten to the point I just drop off the cars and have him call me when it is done. Alway a fair price and never worrying about him trying to sell me on unneeded work as with many mechanics do these days. My mom recommended me to get an oil change here because it is cheap. I've been here before and the first time they only charged me around 30 bucks. This time around, they charged my 55 bucks because my car uses a higher grade oil. I don't really know much about cars and I don't understand what made it different from the last time I went?? Whaddevz. The service was good because it took them about 15 mins to change the oil, and pump the tires. Very disappointed today. My moms car battery died while she was pumping gas there today. They gave her a jump only for it to die again. She asked a couple of the workers if the would push her to the parking lot next door so she could get out of the way of other customers. They were reluctant to do it then they finally pushed her car just enough to get her out of the gas station and left her blocking an isle in the parking lot next to them. I just got gas from this arco 5 min ago and I put $20 on my tank and when I start my car I swear it's only give me $10 worth of gas in my tank. First the machine to purchase the gas wasn't work properly and then when I put gas in my tank it makes Gargle noise like I'm only pump air instead of gas!!! I have a 2014 Honda Odyssey with gas tank filling up on the left side. It seems that this Arco gas station is the only place that gives me a hard time filling my gas on the left sided pumps. Costco.... No problem, 76.... No problem, Chevron.... No problem, Shell.... No problem, Rotten Robbie's.... No problem. Just this place. I don't get it. I've even filled my gas there before on the left side with no problem. Don't know what there problem is. I've been going here for years, today I had the guy come and tell me i couldn't back up to have the hose face my gas intake.
