This review is only about the car wash bc that's the only thing I have purchased here. This is the best mechanical car wash I have ever been to and I get my car washed every time I fill up on gas. I usually get gas and car wash across the street but the car wash was closed. My car was not only clean and streak free but my tires were CLEAN! I never clean them because it's too hard -- the grease and grime never goes away, but the man who sprays the cars before the car wash got the tires so clean and I don't know how. I'm only gonna get my car washed here from now on. It's only $9 for a basic wash versus $10 everywhere else. read more

If the system has 0 star rating, i would give this store. The employee in this store is crook and deceit on the number gallon of propane you filled in the tank. They round up the number of gallon to the nearest number to get extra money on hard working people. For example: if you filled in for 9.5 gallon, they will round up to 10 gallon, you will have to pay extra 0.5 gallon (around $2.5 for 0.5 gallon). Talked to the store manager named Rose. She said this is the way store operates (which is so wrongful and deceitful). Try to reason with her, ask her about where 0.5 gallon will go and why being charge 0.5 gallon extra. She can answer the question. Not sure if it is legitimate for store to do that. read more

I just got gas here last night, and I was able to pull right up to the pump. Usually it is pretty packed at this location, so I was pretty happy. Prices are typically competitive here, so I prefer to drive a block further, which saves me around $.05 cents per gallon in comparison to the Chevron off of Aborn & White Rd. When I'm driving my older vehicle, I usually take advantage of the $2 discount given for the Premium Car Wash right before you end your transaction. That said, you end up paying $9 instead of $11. Is it worth $9, probably not, but it is better than driving around with dirty car and filthy windshield that needs more than that just quick mist and windshield wiper action. Premium Wash ($11 regular price): *Soft cloth wash *Wheel cleaning *Blue coral triple polish *Rain-X complete *Blue coral clear coat protectant *Spot free rinse *Dry You can also get a Vacuum which is located to your immediate right after your dry session: $1 for around 4-5 minutes. The Arabic or Indian lady specifically was so rude, I asked her for two sandwiches and she ignored me and started to make the one for the white older gentleman behind me. Then I asked for chicken bacon and she didn't put bacon on. Asked her for ppjack cheese and she ignored me. Then she put on a souse I didn't asked for and she ignored me when I was asking for the other sandwich. I'm not sure how often they change their windshield wiper containers but if you go late in the day the water can be pretty dirty. The gas prices here are competitive, and like most gas stations, that's even more so the case if you add on a car wash. Here, you get 15cent off per gallon if you buy their $7 touchless car wash. Win! I thought wrongly. After filling up, I drove my car around to the car wash and found a man with a hose in his hand, odd, I thought, but was low-key excited that they're going above and beyond on the car washes here. Usually you end up with a receipt with the car wash code that you have to somehow punch into the machine that begins your carwash (and inconveniently can never actually reach from inside your car..) This man began to hose down my car a little and then punched in the car wash code for me. Cool, right? So my car eventually makes its journey through the touchless car wash, I didn't really bother checking if all the gunk and bird poop came off because honestly.. there's not much you can do anyway.. I finally make it to my next stop and unsurprisingly there's still gunk stuck on parts of the car. Not only that, the car doesn't even look like it was washed at all. Bah. Never again.. read more

This 76 is relatively new gas station. Competitive prices, has a great clean store inside with a Subway. Bathroom is coed and pretty clean. I love the car wash here. *NOTE* It's NOT touchless. The car wash does a pretty good job cleaning your car. It gets all the dirty areas. I really like that there's an attendant to help pre-wash your car with a pressure wash hose. Definitely helps clean the car more. I wish the dryer last longer, but I bring my own drying cloth because I know the dryer isn't enough. The whole car wash takes literally 2 minutes. read more

What is up with pimped out gas stations lately?! (See my previous review). In keeping with the new food + gas station trend, this 76 station is right on the mark. A recent remodel left this station with a friendlier than normal, faster than normal, cleaner than normal, and tastier than normal Subway sandwich shop located inside (I recommend the Melt), as well as a very fun and quick car wash. If you get gas on the same trip, you get a car wash for $8. This is the kind where you stay in your car, put it in neutral and keep your foot off the brake and your hands off the wheel. Having never been in a carwash like this before, it totally goes against instincts to do this, so be careful! I freaked out for a second. Less than 2 minutes later, my tire was released from the track and off I went. I'll definitely be back when I need a quick, decent exterior wash (and slight scare). read more

I am a regular car wash customer here. Recently had a very bad experience. My car got white paint from the car wash station. I noticed some dirt on my car glass after car wash. I thought all the dirt did not washed off properly since I selected for Express Wash. But later I realized it is white paint from the car wash station. So horrible experience and when I informed the store owner, he was not even ready to admit his fault. He said I might have drove near some painting areas/ drove near painting truck. Gas and propane... this place has all the gas. Not to mention it is on the corner so easy access from 3 separate directions. They just remodeled and now have a Subway in the minimart. They refill propane tanks for $17, which is 4-5 bucks cheaper than an exchange at most places. Plus a drive through car wash. The only real problem with this place is having to park if all you want to do is go inside. All in all I recommend this place to fill up with all kinds of gas. read more

I just took my car to get the Premium Wash (without the coupon: $10) but if you shop around Evergreen and look at your receipts, you can use a coupon for $3 off, so I got it for $7! The car wash attendant is very helpful-- they direct you in order to help you put your tire on the rack. Remember take your foot off the brake and shift into neutral. This is the only gas station I go to near my house. They tore down the shell and are currently rebuilding a new structure. I sometimes get a car wash here when I'm in a rush. I like the fact that there are actual people in front before you enter the car wash power washing your car first so that the car wash does not half clean your car. There is a subway and small little food/drink area where you can grab snacks to go. The gas prices are fair but not the cheapest in town. read more

This is by far the worst car wash EVER!!!!! It didn't wash my car properly not only that but something kept clashing with my tires which had me worried. The guy there was so confusing and didn't know how to explain anything. He sprayed the car which had me confused because I thought it was one of those car washes that you drive through. BOYCOTT!! This place does not even deserve a star...twice I have been to this place and both times have gotten the most WORST customer service from the workers. First time, after getting gas I was washing my car windows and then washed my front headlights and the guy worker came out and said I can't do that because I will dirty the water...Really?...dirty the water come on guy I am a paying customer and the water is already dirty. Then, my second time a few years later on this past Friday night (4/19/13) at 10pm I stopped by against my own judgment to fill up two propane tanks and the lazy guy behind the counter said they closed the propane at 8pm and it was too dark...Really?...the propane tank is right under a light post and is fully lit up like daylight. Now I was reminded why I NEVER EVER will patron this place again forever. I will pay the extra bucks to exchange and get a new tank at Save-mart (now they know customer service) I really hope that was not the manager because then the owner is in real trouble because this place has NO customer service at all. Be aware this car wash eats the rear window wiper on SUVs. I used this car wash for the first time 2 weeks ago and when I got home, I went to remove the plastic bag off the rear window and was shocked to see that the wash a pulled my wiper off it hinge. I will never go back to this car wash. Be very careful if you have a SUV, your rear wiper may be damaged upon exit. read more
