Shell is usually more expensive than say Arco, but here if you add a car wash, you get a discount from on the gallon price. I like the car was here because it does not have the rail that you need to aim your left tire at. You just drive in and stop when the light turns red. Also the dryer at the end is better than the washes that have the dryer as part of the washing mechanism. read more

For those of you that are familiar with this particular Shell, it was recently demolished, and rebuilt with a new Food Mart (Loop), and with a brand new pump configuration, as well as a car wash. Since I've never set foot in their Food Mart, I will only comment on what I've experienced. Comparing it to the old configuration, they've added a few more pumps, and it is much easier to maneuver once you drive into the station. If there is one thing that annoys me, it is pulling into a gas station, and getting trapped when there isn't enough room to pass other vehicles that are filling their tanks. Prices here are competitive with the other 2 gas stations across the street. Another perk is the car wash that was added. The previous station was more focused on the repair shop, and did not offer anything outside of filling up your tank, buying a bag of chips, and a pack of smokes. Bottom line: Nice and clean, equipped with everything you need, competitive gas prices, and super convenient after you pick up your milk tea from Pekoe!!! read more

Gas service okay. Car wash station jacked up my car. Worse part is when I told the store they said that they didnt want to talk about it and that the incident was my fault for using their car wash. I agree, its my fault that their machine sucks and scratch the top of my hood and roof of my car. I literally wasted money because I assumed that managed did preventative maintenance to ensure their machine doesnt leave scratches. If i could give them a negative stat I would. read more

I never really cared for Shell but I will say this new make over is great! And they have Loop points which I of course signed up for. You are able to earn points and rewards whenever you enter your Loop card at ANY Loop gas station. Now, remember, not all Shells are Loops. So just be careful with that!!! Which does suck, I would stop by Shell more often if ALL locations had this. Anyway, they have easy entrances and exits which I think is so important where you get gas at. The store inside is pretty clean too. Good selection of food and drinks available here. read more

The roommate and I needed gas before we headed home last night. Dropped by this new Shell on Sunday, December 27th a little after 1am. Prices at the time without a car wash were: $2.699 regular $2.819 plus $2.939 prices This gas station basically has the same prices as Evergreen 76, so to me, it doesn't really matter if we get gas here or across the street. With a car wash, prices are cheaper per gallon, but since we didn't get a car wash, I didn't pay attention to those prices. Speaking of car wash, the roommate got my car washed here and he likes the car wash at the 76 more. With this wash, you drive into the center of the wash and everything moves around you. So instead of getting on a track and moving through the wash, it all just happens as you sit there. The thing the roommate didn't like was that you still have to move as your car gets dried. Since there's nothing guiding you, you have no idea how fast or slow to move. My car still needed a towel dry afterwards. This never happened at the 76 car wash. A nice gas station as it's got that shiny new feel, but if you'd like a car wash as well, I'd hit up Evergreen 76 instead. read more

This car wash sucks and the staff is not helpful at all. In fact they'll blame you for their broken car wash. The person behind me was saying it was the second round he did for the car wash since he had already paid for the wash, since it was broken and not working. When I went in to complain, the attendant claimed that it happened because I drove too fast. How fast can you go into a car wash? I was moving inch by inch, because I'm always scared that I'll miss the correct spot. And when I said no, I didn't drive fast, she kept insisting that I drove too fast and that's why the car wash broke. What a b....!! read more

The five star is purely a review for the employee Jemma. I had avoided going to this gas station ever since the renovation. They ended their partnership with Lucky's and I like to save money. However, today I needed gas and I pulled in to an unlabeled broken pump. I wanted to make sure I wasn't charged so I walked into the store and talked to the cashier and explained to her that the pump was broken. Jemma, who was cleaning at the time, put her cleaning tools away and walked me out to the pump to show her the problem. She immediately closed the pump and was apologetic about the inconvenience even tho it was no fault of her own. I had to go in to pay when I moved pumps since my card was tried twice at the broken one, and she immediately asked how else she can help me. A gas station isn't a place where you would expect excellent customer service. Jemma, thank you for your excellent customer service. You made my day. read more

I recently came in to pump gas and paid for a car wash where I sat in my car for about an hour waiting for the gas truck to get out of the way in order for everyone to get their car wash. After having waited the car wash had stopped working, still waiting for the worker to fix the problem. Finally they got it to work, it was than my turn and the car wash stops working again we have had enough and asked for a refund THAN they changed me twice instead of giving me a refund. 5 stars for two cashiers Jacky and R.J., both of whom went out of their way to be helpful and kind today. I witnessed them treating other customers the same way. As far as the station goes , sometimes it can be a bit of a drag getting to the fuel area. The lot is way too small for the amount of traffic coming in from two different directions, plus cars entering the car wash and then those exiting the wash and trying to maneuver back to the vacuum area, it is kind of a goofey set up. The shop interiour is very clean and tidy. Most items are way over priced, although today I did get 2 bottles of Body Armour on sale. The Amazon locker is also a nice bonus so you don't have to worry about deliveries being stolen off your porch. read more

My wife crashed her Mercedes GL450 there. Poorly designed gas station with confusing entry and exit. Horrible, horrible, horrible experience trying to get from gas pump to carwash. She had to back up twice to make the narrow turn and ended up hitting one of the white poles. Considering lawsuit. read more

This is related to the posing on 09/17/16 that Lester F. posted! I, myself was also a victim of this MALFUNCTION car wash machine around 3:30pm that day. To be honest with everyone, there could have been a lot of cars damage because of the "Malfunction" of the blades on this car wash machine that day! I had 2 other witness with the same similar scratches from the hood, entire roof, and to the end of the trunk. We spoke to the manager Lucky (408-274-1160) and she state they are not responsible for any damages to cars during the car wash. She said there is nothing they will do and they are not responsible for the damages. This is obvious due to the "malfunction" of the car wash equipment that day and the manager Lucky advised and told her assistance to STOP the car wash that day after 4:15pm because she knew something was terribly wrong with the car wash equipment! We live in America and operating a business there is liability and responsibility from any business owner. Why do you operate and have a car wash machine in a brand new updated gas station and most of the cars being scratched up after a car wash that day? This car wash machine had a malfunction equipment during that day causing more than 4 cars to be damage. The owner of the gas station should be responsible for the damages and I have file a claim with my auto insurance company to directly contact the owner. read more

I've been to this gas station a few times before since it's on my way home from work. They advertise a deal that saves you 15 cents per gallon if you get a car wash when you fill up your tank. My car had desperately needed gas all day but I had avoided filling my tank elsewhere so I could do this combo. Upon pulling into the station I entered the car wash. There is no information anywhere saying that you need to get the gas before the car wash if you want the discount. For some other unrelated reason my debit card kept being declined. So I abandoned my car in front of the car wash, unable to back out or pull forward, to go inside and pay. The man behind the counter (the only identifying feature I can remember is that he wears a turban) charges me for the car wash and I tell him I intend to use the discount to buy gas too. He tells me that it all needs to be done in one transaction to get the discount so he asks to charge my card in advance for the gas and put it the second station. He tries to tell me that it is advantageous to purchase the gas and the car wash at the pump, but he is unable to communicate clearly or effectively. I walk back to my car, go through the car wash, drive back to the gas pumps and wait for the woman already using station 2 to finish. Once I finally pull in, the man behind the counter comes out of the store yelling at me about how he kept having to move the balance from station to station because customers kept coming and how inconvenient it was for him and how he was done and I wasn't getting my discount. Excuse me sir, but isn't this your job? I have a job too, but I don't yell at customers when they inconvenience me. The one star is for the terrible service. read more

after going specifically for a car wash with my gas, the car wash was broken...ok that happens sometimes...the next time, it happens again...super annoying the next 2 times i wait in line and the car wash breaks and then it will not accept my credit card at the pump so I can get out of line pay inside and re-wait because you can't pay in advance with a card or I can just be fucked again. If I could buy a car wash with out gas at the one across the street without going inside I would...it is far more reliable. Don't use this station for the carwash and be prepared for their pay at pump stations to be down too read more
