Definitely one of the best places to get gas in Cupertino, you can't even miss it at night- it's so damn bright! (That makes me feel VERY safe.) Not only does Chevron make my car feel like a driving machine ( woops, I don't drive a Beemer just a Benz*), but the selection of food, snacks and even the cashier give great service. How great can a gas station be? Well I'll tell ya' - bright overhead lights at this location make it that much more safe - every time I've stopped to get something to eat or fill up, there's always a cashier watching everyone outside (peak mornings and late nights) - lots of spots for cars to fill up - they have all the necessary snacks you could want: that's right, 5+ varieties of jerky and OH YEAH Rockstar Recovery! - Always clean, clean, clean inside the store and out by the pumps One of the most trusted stations I go to. read more

I get my car washes here (aside from the complimentary ones when beamer goes to the dealer). For nicer vehicles, they know how to drive your car and will not try to ignorantly move the side mirrors manually (they did this at Lozano's and I wanted to kill them - it's automatic with the press of a button on the driver's side). The reason I started coming here was because they know how to deal with nicer vehicles and I realized how important it was after hearing a horror story of my one of my gfs' bmw side mirror coming OFF at Classic Car Wash in Saratoga. Anyway, they accept all competitor coupons and do a great job. I save my Safeway receipts that have the $10.99 or $11.99 coupons for Lozano's on the back of them and use them here. Maybe I shouldn't yelp it b/c I don't like standing in line here. Usually, there is no line but the car wash takes awhile since they are doing a thorough job. They have a program where if you save 10 claim check stubs, you get the next car wash for free ($14 value). Minus one star for the young, rude Indian dude temping for the nice Mexican older gentleman who is in Mexico on vacation for a month. And the tire machine was not working. read more

So disclaimer taco sauce doesn't last forever and if you keep them there as long as these people do they go bad. Which is why I usually have to fish for the fresher ones. Today I went back to this place that I've been going to for about 12 years and the only worker there who had a horrible attitude. Barked at my mom and me and told me we couldn't take as much as we had. And I told him how much we put in each soup and that we would never come back again and he just didn't know what to say he didn't really say much after that. But the gas is expensive here so are some of the products and now thanks to the customer service I won't be returning. Here goes 12 years down the drain. OH WELL. read more

It costs about 50 cents more than anywhere else but darn it i need milk for my Raisin Bran when the craving hits. If I'm going to pay higher than average prices for gas, I expect higher than average performance. That wasn't the case with my experience here. I pay as much attention to my car's mileage as the next person. Even without consulting my spreadsheet (okay, maybe I pay a bit more attention than the next person...) I could tell at my next fill up that I had gotten noticeably less miles out of my tank than usual. Considering Chevron's reputation, this was extremely disappointing. I don't know if I just got there on a bad day or what, but I'm pretty sure I won't be going back to this location again. I could've just gone to a cheaper gas station and gotten the same or better mileage. The one thing this place does have going for it, and the only reason why I'm not dropping it down to a single star, is the relatively clean and well maintained facilities. Prices are higher than other gas stations, but it's right near a Noah's Bagels, Starbucks and Pizza My Heart, so AWESOME location. Overall, I have no issues with this gas station. It's A-OK. I do not frequent this one as much as others in the neighborhood. read more

This one star is for the girl that doesnt get to work on time, doesnt come early to work to start her daily duties actually id give her none if i could shes lazy, late and should be fired i come to get gas since its the closest and fastest way to get off the freeway and back on it BUT!!!! I come in after 5am....no lights no gas pumps working no other car saying someone is going to turn on the pumps or their on duty and its always the girl too because the guy, hes early 30-40 min early. has the pumps 10-30 min on before opening time which i appreciate it cause sometimes i get there 10-20 before 5am and the pumps are on i see him getting everything ready, working hard, making sure he opens are 5am so i give him 6 starts out of 5, thats how awesome he is its so annoying that whenever i either need cash or gas. it happens to be the girl and she hasnt even started her shift. or even began it. for that matter shes not even on time. as my dad says its best to be 30 min to an hour early to work she needs to be replaced with someone else or have the guy thats there on time working their everyday with a pay raise....seriously read more

Probably one of my most favorite gas station since it's the cleanest Chevron I've been to. It makes the location by my house look like a total dump. Never really a wait to get gas here. People are quick and just leave. Gas prices are slightly higher here but I don't mind considering how I hate getting gas at sketchy cheap places. Clerks in the convient store are always nice and friendly. The store is also super clean too! They always have everything in stock so nothing is left empty. Awesome Chevron! :) read more

Always Expensive gas (there are 2 more chevrons down the street as u keep going...the one by the freeway is is always cheaper) and expensive snacks. & the snacks are most of the time are expired! So look twice for the expiration date on everything. read more

I'm a fan of this location! I always use chevron Gas but not every location is the same. 1.They have a full mini mart and the workers in there are very nice. 2. Water and Air are FREE! It's difficult to find that around this area. 3. They have an awesome vacuuming system that I use all the time 4. I started out my day with a big decision..."techron" or "pro power"? I have no idea what either of those things actually is, but I think "techron" has some kind of cleansing agent and it being the new year, that's what I went for. This Chevron location is gas station perfection - of the self-serve variey anyway. It's easy to pull in, never too busy, conveniently located, spaceous inside and out, clean, usually has clean water to wash the windshield, priced fairly, has very clean bathrooms, good selection of junk food and cold beverages and to top it all off, they offer wet wipe packets at the register. read more

My favorite gas station in the world! Daljit, the manager has done a great job in training his sales people. They are all friendly and helpful. I needed to rinse my coffee thermos and Daljit was kind enough to let me rinse it there before refilling it. He even gave me a little soap. If that isn't beyond customer service. This gas station is always immaculate and restrooms are always clean. I'm a shuttle driver in the area won't go anywhere else unless I absolutely have to. read more

The gas prices are a bit expensive here so I try to avoid this location if I can, but it's conveniently located so I'll go here if I'm in a hurry or if the gas light is blinking. Just down the street on Saratoga-Sunnyvale towards Sunnyvale is a Shell which is also a Tier 1 gas with extra cleaner additives - it is cheaper and only 2 minutes away. read more

This station is deplorable! I stopped in because my tire was flat. I did not have my cell phone to call my automotive roadside service. I asked the owner if I could use the phone to call a toll free 800 number. I forgot my cell phone at work. He said, "NO, this phone only make local calls." (Yes, his grammar was bad) What a low life creep! He was so rude! Please do not patronize this service station. I come in here every now and then for gas and to grab a drink when im in the area. Good place. Pretty clean. I usually talk to an employee irene. Great girl. Friendly n professional. Love goin in to a place where i feel the staff knows me. Not many businesses have employees that r good with customers like that. On a side note, gas prices here could be lower...but what can we do?? I usually don't get gas here since its out of the way. The one night I came here after work, it was the worse experience I've had a gas station. I saw a price discrepancy on the price sign that was on the street corner compared to what was on the pumps. Right away I stopped and went into the food mart and asked the pacific islander looking cashier to change the prices on the pumps because they were wrong. He argued with me and told me he can't change the prices and can't honor what is on the price sign. What this guy said was, he ran out of a particular # for the price sign so he used a substitute. Its not about the how much money can be saved, its more about the principle and honoring what you have advertised. Any business you go to will honor it but not this one. Unless they change the policy or replace that cashier, I will not be returning. read more

Absolutely NOT! I would not go there ever again nor would I do business there again. Don't ever trust that this store will honor ANY terms on ANYTHING you buy. This station doesn't deserve your business or mine. I bought two retail gift cards from there. When the cards got stolen the retail store said that if this gas station would pull the receipt and tell me the number on the cards, then the store would cancel the cards. I called the station. They would not honor the terms of the card which clearly states that if lost or stolen the card can be deactivated. This station was completely unwilling to help...but they were very willing to take my money. I carefully and simply explained what I needed and forced them (they were very uncooperative) to write down my receipt information, invoice number and date. The attendant said the owner would call me back but he never did. When I called the next day they said "what's the difference, you're calling me now." I explained that timing is important because I'm trying to keep the cards from being used! The owner never called me, the manager never called me and the attendant was rude and uncooperative. Once they got my money they didn't care about anything else. I'm reporting them to Chevron, the regional franchise manager and the Better Business Bureau. This store is TERRIBLE! STAY AWAY! There are plenty of deserving places to buy gas and convenience items. read more
