We went to 7-Eleven last night after dinner. The kids really wanted a slurpee. We always go to 7-Eleven after practices but it was our first time going to one up here. What an experience it was. They had different flavors from what we have back home. And they didn't have a lot of hot foods or spam musubi (haha). Instead they sold donuts and other snacks that I have never seen before. Everyone else got a small slurpee but I didn't want one. As I was looking around, I found the jackpot! On the soda dispenser I found horchata! Oh I love horchata. I went to a restaurant that served that to try and from that moment, every time I see a horchata, I gotta get it. We don't have that at all back home. So I made myself a cup of horchata. I drank a little but I was still really full from dinner so I kept it until the next morning. Still so good. The 7-eleven might be different but it was nice. Maybe I can convince my husband to take us back one more time before we fly home. read more

FRAUD! went and bought Pokemon cards at the register and got them home to find they had been opened and resealed. Then realized they had fraudulently charged my credit card. Horrible! I should have known there was something wrong when the men were telling us a story about how they just got them in and my son couldn't believe how lucky he was to get them much cheaper than online. I hope they feel good about scamming a little kid. read more

I understand that there are high schoolers going in and out of the store during their lunch, but I was VERY rushed and the workers were extremely rude. Slamming their fingers on the screen to make me go faster and yelling at me to "hurry up." Extremely rude. read more

We finally come to that moment , our very first sub zero rating Now 7-11 is 7-11 fast and simple and if lucky a friendly place This day a person who was not clean was ahead of me , bought two chicken taquitos. Received them and walked out the door. As I was paying came back in and asked to exchange the unwrapped food. He first said had not touched , then said he ate one. Likely then touching the other in same bag. Sooooo to my surprise the attendant takes it, puts it back on heating unit and gets the one he wants Clearly , this person regularly hangs outside and I feel bad he seems down on his luck. But the attendant could of exchanged by throwing away the sold item. So I say something to the attendant thinking maybe the rush wasn't thinking and nothing. Didn't remove the contaminated item or anything Never ever ever ever again will I get an unwrapped item from 7-11. And this store has Lost my business in full And why the others in line didn't say something God only knows. Disgusting !!!! read more

The guy who work at night shift is the worst. He start around 10 or 11 pm. He is the worst. He said the store is closed whenever I go after 1am. If I ask why, he just said I don't know. It happened to me about 3 time now. This is 711 it opens 24 hours. He is very lazy and rude. He just talking with his friend. He don't even look at me to answer my question. This is the worst experience I ever had in my life. Treat customers like trash. read more

I've been going to this 7-11 since 2015 and it's always a joy to shop there. The staff is always courteous and kind. They always put out fresh coffee and are willing to make new ones when requested. I always see them keeping the store super clean. I appreciate that they allow regular customers in during the high school lunch rush, despite the large number of students waiting to shop during that time. Rude racist against woman person working the counter yesterday. I don't ever go to a 7- Eleven, probably a year since I've been in one, but I wanted to get my son a special treat so we stopped to get him a slurpee. When I was paying, the rude unhappy guy at the register was rushing me, like I was wasting his time, sighing out loud and obviously wasn't happy because I was taking too long, in his eyes. This rude behavior was directed to me a woman, and two, my son who is special needs. I am a paying customer and you better believe I will share this experience with friends and coworkers. Keep in mind this location is down the street from many prominent companies & I work with executives and VPs on a team of over 3000 people alone. His demeaning racist behavior against women (not to mention my son) is clearly obvious because of his language barrier. I could care less if he owns the place you still don't have the right to treat people this way. read more

It's a 7-11 so don't get overly excited. The staff is hit or miss at this location but once some of them get to know you it's great! Drink selection is somewhat limited compared to the one down the road (Sunnyvale-Saratoga). read more

The night shift worker who works around 10 or 11 pm treats rudely to the customers. When I tried to shop the store around 1 am, he said the store is closed and always kick off us from the store. This 5-star review of this place is so long overdue. My family and I love this 7-11 so much. We live nearby, so we're always running over to buy some snacks and drinks at all hours of the day and night. The location is right next to a high school, so it gets incredibly crowded between noon and 1pm, so steer clear during that hour unless you're a fan of giant crowds. The employees always greet you with a genuine smile, always super helpful and even give us the occasional treat. They treat us like family and we can always count on them for genuinely friendly service. No other 7-11 has service like this one does. The service is always exceptional and the employees are all such amazing people. The employees are super nice and always incredibly helpful. My family and I haven't had a single problem with any of the employees in the 10 years that we've been frequenting this store. In fact, the only problems we've had living near this store are related to the high school students who seem incapable of picking up after themselves. But that's not the store's fault in any shape or form. It's more on the high school to teach the students to clean up after themselves (looking at you, Homestead HS. I see you). There's one review that gave this place a 1 star, which is super misleading. I'd like to address that review (and anyone else who read that particular review) by saying that of course, the workers are gonna keep an eye on the patrons. With the influx of students entering the store during their lunch hour, there's a good chance that someone might steal something. Don't fault the employees for trying to minimize any issues with theft. If you don't like it, don't come here. read more

This is my favorite 711 in the Bay area.. More hazelnut coffee please!! However, these people treat my kids and I like family every time we come in.. The lady who works in the morning give my kids treats! The young guy who works in the afternoon always greets you with a genuine hello and helps you out when needed..They have a great stock of craft beers and always have a wide selection of hot food especially this low carb diet I can eat some chicken tenders and Buffalo wings! Overall, the two workers I mentioned just make going going to 711 a mainstay throughout the week! read more
