    Late for pharmacy hours

    Not opening on time for pharmacy hours; patients patiently waiting but staffs taking their time

    This pharmacy and probably Walgreens in general have staffing issues. If you have time to waste then go to their pick up window. Suckiest and worst service. Live close-by so use this pharmacy but I would really prefer moving elsewhere. The people are lazy and don't care about the customers and have 0 value for time. Care and compassion is no longer part of medical services and this place has kicked it out the pick-up window long ago! Pathetic!

    The store employees at this pharmacy are not friendly. There's almost never someone at the photo department and it's so hard to get someone to retrieve my photo order. Pictures are printed fast though. What I don't favor is the perpetual long line at the pharmacy. The technicians are unfriendly and lose their patience with customers.

    This is for the PHARMACY. I don't usually leave negative reviews but I have to in the hopes that MAYBE someone at Walgreens corporate will finally pay attention to us. Tons of issues here that I suspect arise from severe understaffing. Prescriptions sent in by doctors office are never even LOOKED at until you're physically standing in front of them. Then it's a "25 minute wait" which is usually more like 45. Things that should take 10 minutes take an hour. I've transferred everything possible out of this pharmacy just because they are so incredibly slow and unreliable. I have one (ONE) prescription hanging on that is finally ready (after 48 hours) and I went to pick it up at 8:24am today to find they are not yet open despite an 8:00am advertised opening time. HELP. Someone - anyone. This is the WORST pharmacy experience on the planet. It's a shame for such a big company in such a progressive place to be THIS bad.

    The staff at this Walgreens are consistently both caring and professional. The store is clean and well stocked. I appreciate this store!

MIIN is a Korean laser so I wanted to check out this technology. Heejung is an amazing RN. She is very careful and detailed with the process and super sweet. I also appreciate the way she applies the after treatment sunscreen, as she applies it thoroughly and also with outward and upward strokes to promote lifting of the skin and blood circulation. So far I have had 6 sessions and can see the noticeable fading of sunspots. Yes it takes quite a few sessions but it works (US has RNs for med spas whereas in Asia it's primarily MD only, so the types of allowable lasers and scope of practice is different). I also want to give a shoutout to Vicky who is also super sweet. She assists with consultations and scheduling and is very knowledgeable. She is also bilingual in mandarin for those with language barriers. Overall I recommend this type of laser and medspa :)

Over the last few months, I was contacted at least 5 times via Yelp private message by other yelpers, asking me about my results. I wanted to wait until I had all the facts, so I recently went back to the medspa to have them retake my photos so I could properly compare my before and after images. Unfortunately, after a thorough comparison, there are no obvious results. My jaw line and neck are still sagging, and I have not seen any noticeable improvement. While the staff is helpful, I cannot recommend the software and ultherapy combo treatment for lifting at this place, based on my personal experience.

I'm no expert on skin care, facials, or detoxes, but I'm super impressed upon my first (and definitely) not last visit. L'Ami offers facial treatments that hydrate and support cellular regeneration. This will be on my next trip, but today, we're going to talk about my food detox session that I had, that was not only refreshing, but educational, as well. What you will notice upon entering the salon, is that the place is super clean, unlike other establishments. Cleanliness is the first and most important priority at L'Ami. With the foot detox treatment, this is paramount. As such, clean new bags are placed in the water basins where your feet get detox. Once the treatment is done, the entire bag is disposed of, preventing any other person form using the same (dirty) water. L'Ami doesn't cut corners by using bags over and over! For the foot detox treatment, I sat on a very comfortable massage chair (lovely)! The water is clean at the start, but once the electrodes are connected to your arm, and the machine is running for ~25 minutes, the toxins go out through the pores of your feet and turn the water yellow, green, or red, depending on what is being cleansed. As a first-timer, the experience can be quite trippy to see all the stuff leaving our body, but once you read the educational pamphlets that are provided while the treatment is undergoing, you get a sense of appreciation that the treatment is wonderful for your body. Thanks, L'Ami!!! Once done, I felt totally refreshed!!! When you visit L'Ami, not only will your body feel refreshed, but you learn so much more about your own body, and how to take care of it. Tina is very knowledgeable, and always happy to explain things to you and the benefits of organic ingredients in skin care products. The foot detox was great. I'm looking forward to the heavenly facial and (haircut) next!

She seemed to be using the mobile check-in device for pick-up. After standing there for a bit, she finally said, "I'll be right with you." She eventually turned around and asked what I needed. I showed her my pick-up barcode, and she asked if I had my ID. I pulled it out. Then she grabbed my shampoo, opened the bag, asked me to double-check everything was there, and I left. I might be a bit spoiled by the friendly service at Cupertino Ulta, but I didn't have a great experience and don't think I'll be back. Customer service is so important! A simple greeting and acknowledgment right away can make a huge difference.

Upon arriving no one welcomed us; which initially wouldn't be a problem but as we continued walking in they did great other customers. Customers of a different race. My boyfriend and I are African American, so it's not hard to pick up when people are choosing not help purely because of what we look like. We even walked past a worker with a terrible bob and clearly botched filer job. Not a peep. I was looking for a vanilla scent that day so we went to the fragrance area. As I was looking around no one asked if we needed help, which once again I said would be okay if the primary reason didn't seem to be because we were black. They asked other people if they need help and completely ignored us. I had to ask a worker who was about 50-60 years old with a blonde bun (which I recommend she loosen because baby it's snatching your edges) . She was not friendly at all and seemed to not understand what I was asking of her. There was another lady with glasses and red/brownish who was also no help. At this point customer service needs to be worked on and maybe teach about discriminatory practices, unless they lack range. Either way it doesn't take rocket science to work at Sephora as shown with your choice of employees; I found the scent I was looking for and ordered it through the actually company online. Next time I'll just go to Ulta Beauty. So yea-1000/1 I would avoid this location at all cost. Sucks when workers make the environment unwelcoming, especially when not one in there gets paid enough to be that rude.
