I was prescribed a cream for the dark spots on my face and that would not generally be covered by…read moreinsurance. The dermatologist's office suggested this pharmacy because the cream would be a bit more affordable. The pharmacy called as soon as they received the prescription and even though insurance would cover the prescription at a much higher cost, they still checked. The cost would have been close to $300 if I went through insurance but if filled directly with Wellness, it was $90. Communication was smooth, I got regular updates via text, even an option to prepay before gong to pick up the prescription. I went by to pick up my prescription around 3pm on a weekday and there was no line and I was in and out with my cream. I removed one star because of the parking situation - I can never get parking here, I used to go to a RN in the same building and it was always bad. For the number of businesses in the building, there is very limited parking in front. You can go around the back and park in the dirt and walk up or park in the underground parking. Basically, it's a bother. Great service and people!

So, that's a reason to like this photo location, even though they currently only have one person who knows who to operate the machines. She's trying to train everyone- I will let you know how that develops.

After having had my prescription refill request for hours, I showed up on my way home to get it. The assistants were very nice, but basically told me it wasn't finished and they weren't allowed to give me an estimated time. When the pharmacist herself came over to speak to me, she was downright hostile and completely unprofessional. She told me I should have my doctor's office just use a different pharmacy, even though they've had my prescription order for most of the day. I would avoid this pharmacy like the plague. One time I accidentally dropped my…read moreentire bottle of medication into the sink and watched most of the pills go down the drain or otherwise get too wet to be rescued. I explained the situation to the pharmacist and showed them a photo of what remained in the sink and they quickly worked with my insurance to replace the medication. I also come here for my annual flu and Covid shot and some other vaccines and they've always been very fast and professional.

Incompetent & condescending pharmacy staff on Saturday. Waited 25 minutes in a (slow moving) long…read moreline just to find out that the antibiotic wasn't in stock & they'll need to order for Monday (2 days later). I was confused because my doc confirmed with the pharmacist regarding stock availability when the doc phoned in the prescription about an hour ago. When I confronted the pharmacy staff, she was really defensive, rude & uncaring with no apologies whatsoever. The same staff then grabs the actual antibiotic from the shelf & yells in a snarky tone to come back in one hour & did confirmed the antibiotics was in fact in stock. I have since transferred all my family prescriptions to a locally owned independent pharmacy.

I will make the drive and wait as long as needed because Jay and the staff treat me like family and are nevertheless mindful of my needs.
