The only big issue here is the line that develops. I will say that the store is a bit cleaner, better stocked, and more organized than it has been in the recent past. There's quite a bit more locked up (mostly the more female products: make-up, mani-pedi stuff, etc.) than I think needs to be but I understand why they have to. That said, the usual crowd in here is non-threatening and the store is definitely safe and in an excellent location. There are far worse locations to visit with a lot rougher looking patrons than this one. Overall I'm grateful it's right across the street from my apartment. There's also a lottery ticket machine in here if that's your thing and you don't want to make a second stop somewhere else.

When my doctor first sent the prescription to my usual Walgreens pharmacy, the immediate response from them was "delayed, out of stock, we've ordered more." I had to call to different Walgreens to hunt down a box, which was an annoying waste of my time. This time, I simply had my doctor send the script to Cureall as they had a box in stock. I paid online through their Nimble Rx app using my HSA card and picked it up yesterday. Easy and fast! Mini, one of the Pharmacists, also gave me advice on an alternative to Azelastine nasal spray. I look forward to using this pharmacy going forward as a better and more personalized option to Walgreens. Plus they are literally a 6 minute drive from where I live.

I like them because their wait times are almost nil, especially compared to giant chains. I like them because they're able to pivot more easily when a wholesaler or manufacturer is having a problem. I transferred from a big retail pharmacy and while I empathize that those folks are overworked and understaffed, it was really difficult to get a hold of any of them to get my C2 medications filled on time unless I were to go in person, ask them to fill it, and then return another time for pickup. With Cate and Wellcome, I can easily send a text or call. However, because Cate knows I will regularly need these medications, she works out the calendar to know when they can be filled and tells me the dates. Parking is easy in the El Paseo plaza - it's in the section of the plaza next to Saratoga Avenue - a little northeast of Lawrence/Quito, next to a traffic light. It's been such a delight these few weeks knowing my medications are handled in a timely and wonderful manner. I really appreciate the care Cate provides and her desire to be here for the community. It's so nice to be able to develop that relationship with a pharmacist as many retail pharmacists don't get the chance to do so with their patients due to the volume of their work.
